This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.

However, if youth fail in the growth process, they run the risk of committing crimes and becoming more arbitrary in their power over others. Children engage in ways that often result in aggressive behavior, both individually and collectively. Fighting, forming convoys on the street to block traffic, skipping classes, and using unpleasant language such as swearing, insults, and ridicule are examples of aggressive behavior that are common among students. In human development, it is often characterized as a developmental milestone where new behaviors emerge and are increasingly complex as the stages of development appear in this modern era. Development does notoccur at a constant pace. A relatively fast growth (spurt) can be interspersed with slow growth (plateau). Some scholars use such uneven patterns of growth and change as evidence of qualitatively different periods of development. From the results of the study found 3 factors that have the potential to affect the development of each child's reasoning, namely; Hereditary factors (heredity), environmental factors, heredity and environmental factors that interact to form behavior. The characteristics inherited by each child have a sensitive period, namely when children are active and motivated learners and when children construct their knowledge based on experience. In implanting physical and cognitive devices there is thought and language becoming increasingly interdependent; As thought and language begin to fuse, children often talk to themselves which is known as self-talk. Self-talk has an important function in cognitive development: By talking to themselves, children learn to guide and direct their own behavior in the process of performing difficult tasks and performing complex maneuvers_just as adults guide them.
