This research discusses the criminal act of money laundering through crypto assets and the form of criminal liability for crypto assets as an object of money laundering in Indonesia. Crypto assets function as an investment not for currency as a means of payment, but crypto assets are legally designated as digital commodity objects in the form of assets. Crypto assets have the threat of being misused as a new mode of money laundering to hide and disguise the proceeds of criminal acts. This research is structured with a statutory approach, concept approach and case approach with data collection based on literature and secondary materials.The results of the discussion of this research show that legitimate crypto assets as digital commodities can turn into illegitimate or illegal crypto assets as a result of the object of the means of criminal acts of money laundering. Money laundering through crypto assets that fulfill the elements of the criminal act of money laundering has criminal liability. The perpetrators of money laundering through crypto assets can be reached and held accountable according to the money laundering article violated in Law Number 8 Year 2010.

This study aims to assess the impact of the General Intelligence Test (TIU), National Insight Test (TWK), and Personal Characteristics Test (TKP) on the success of the Basic Competency Selection (SKD) for Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS). Using data from participants in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights' SKD selection in 2023, we employed univariate analysis, simple bivariate analysis, and binning methods to comprehend variable relationships. Results reveal non-normal distributions for TIU, TWK, and TKP scores, highlighting the intricate nature of distribution in CPNS selection. While a positive correlation exists between variable values and total SKD score, binning analysis emphasizes TKP competitiveness over TIU and TWK scores. These findings offer practical insights for SKD participants to prepare effectively, with a focus on TIU, TWK, and TKP. Additionally, they contribute to transparency and effectiveness in the CPNS selection process. Further studies are recommended to explore additional factors, like age and gender, for the development of more holistic and accurate selection methods. This research supports enhancements in the adaptive and efficient CPNS SKD selection system.

Bawasalo beach sand shows the potential of abundant material resources, but local people still face several considerations in the use of this material. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristics and effect of the addition of bawa salo sand on compressive strength and split tensile strength. This research uses an experimental method carried out at the Structure and Materials Laboratory of Muhamadiyah University of Parepare using a sample of 27 cylinders with the compressive strength of the plan used is 25 Mpa. Based on the test results, the characteristics of Bawasalo beach sand have met the specifications to be used as fine aggregate for concrete mixtures. The results of normal concrete testing aged 7 days with an average of 17.41Mpa, at 28 days testing with an average of 27.77MPa, 50% variation aged 7 days with an average of 16.84MPa and 100% variation aged 7 days with an average of 13.16MPa and at 28 days testing with an average of 21.80MPa. Normal concrete testing aged 28 days 10.444 MPa, 50% variation with an average of 5.556 MPa and as for the 100% variation with an average of 3.889 MPa. Based on the results of research data analysis, compressive strength and split tensile strength decreased as the percentage of Bawasalo beach sand use increased.

The research was conducted to analyze the wiring process on the low-voltage connection panel (PHB-TR) at PT. Powerindo Prima Perkasa using PLN standards. The standard used in the production of low-voltage circuit boards is the PLN standard number D3.016-2 in 2010. Recent developments in information and communication technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) provide new opportunities to increase the efficiency and accuracy of performance assessment. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to a remote work model has created a need for technology solutions to unify and transmit the performance of employees working from multiple locations. The use of technology in performance management evaluations may raise concerns regarding data security and privacy, inconvenience or resistance to employees or stakeholders. Not all employees or managers have the same level of skill and understanding of the technology being implemented and it requires a high initial investment in maintenance and upgrades. This article provides an understanding of how technology can be applied in management performance evaluation and its benefits in increasing efficiency, objectivity and accuracy in employee assessment as well as providing recommendations for innovation and changes in the use of technology in management performance evaluation. The methodology used is a qualitative method by collecting data from various information sources. Some of the positive impacts of implementing technology in performance evaluation management are increased efficiency and productivity, real-time feedback, increased objectivity and fairness, more accurate and measurable performance monitoring. The technologies that can be used are Go Talent, Feedback and Recognition Systems, Analytics Technology, Application-Based Performance Evaluation Systems, Use of AI for Objective Evaluation and Chabots for Feedback.

The Break Even Point (BEP) analysis can be used by company management to determine product pricing, establish minimum sales, set sales targets, and plan desired profits. The objective of this research is to analyze the determination of the selling price of a production item using the Break Even Point (BEP) method. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method through a cas study approach that employed Break Even Point (BEP) analysis calculations. The results of this research indicate that for the rice flour product of PT AMM, the Break Even Point (BEP) is reached at a sales amput of Rp. 2.129.816.330,-. At this break event point, the selling price of the product is determined to be Rp. 36,975,-, with a total quantity sold of 57,600 units. The sales level, with a variable expense ratio of 87%, allows the company to set the selling price of the product at the break even point (BEP) unit itself is 57.610 units that need to be sold. PT AMM has a profit target of Rp. 20.000.000,- must be made. This is because of the high variable costs; therefore, to achieve a high profit target, additional variable costs must be incurred.

This research aims to conduct risk analysis on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with a case study on XYZ MSMEs using the SWOT analysis method. Risk analysis is crucial in identifying internal and external factors that can affect business continuity. By applying the SWOT approach, this research evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by XYZ MSMEs. By identifying these factors, this research provides a holistic picture of the internal and external conditions of XYZ MSMEs and the risks that may arise. The SWOT method is used as a tool to formulate an effective risk management strategy to increase the competitiveness and resilience of XYZ MSMEs in the market. The results of this analysis can be the basis for more targeted strategic decision making and risk planning in supporting the growth of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

Abstrak. Hipertensi atau penyakit darah tinggi sebenarnya adalah suatu gangguan pada pembuluh darah yang mengakibatkan suplai oksigen dan nutrisi yang dibawah oleh darah terhambat sampai ke jaringan tubuh yang membutuhkan. Peran edukator berperan membantu pasien meningkatkan kesehatannya melalui pemberian pengetahuan tentang perawatan dan tindakan medis yang di terima sehingga pasien atau keluarga dapat mengetahui pengetahuan yang penting bagi pasien atau keluarga untuk meningkatakan kepatuhan obat terhadap hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan peran perawat sebagai edukator dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Bitung Barat.Metode penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. jumlah populasi 302 pasien hipertensi. Sampel yang diambil berdasarkan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling . Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Untuk di analisa dengan uji statistic Uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0,05.Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan Nilai ρ=0,019 artinya Ha diterima yaitu ada hubungan antara peran perawat sebagia edukator dengan kepatuhan minum obat.Kesimpulan semakin baik peran perawat sebagai edukator terhadap pasien hipertensi maka semakin patuh minum obat. Saran perawat harus selalu memberikan penjelasan tentang hipertensi dan kepatuhan minum obat kepada setiap pasien yang datang.

Abstrak. Dislokasi  Bahu adalah terlepasnya sebuah sendi dari tempatnya yang seharusnya. Nyeri merupakan suatu gejala yang tidak menyenangkan yang dialami oleh pasien dislokasi bahu. Alternatif untuk menurunkan nyeri yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi napas dalam. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh teknik relaksasi nafas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr. Wahyu Slamet Bitung.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode pre experimental dengan tipe One Group pre test and post test disgn. Sampel diambil berdasarkan jumlah responden sebanyak 12 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara lembar observasi. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan konputer program SPSS versi 16.0 untuk analisa dengan uji Paired T-test dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa didapatkan jenis kelamin terbanyak dalam penelitian ini adalah laki-laki sebanyak 9 responden (75.0 %) dengan usia 15-30 tahun sebanyak 6 responden (50.0 %).Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beda mean kelompok intervensi antara tingkat nyeri sebelum dan sesudah teknik relaksasi napas dalam  sebesar 2.58 dan p=0.000. Nilai p ini lebih kecil dari nilai α=0.05, terdapat pengaruh teknik relaksasi napas dalam terhadap penurunan tingkat nyeri pada pasien dislokasi bahu di Rumkital dr.Wahyu Slamet Bitung.   Kata kunci: Relaksasi Napas Dalam, Dislokasi Bahu

Currently, there are many Instagram social media users. Currently, the use of Instagram as a promotional media plays an important role in building a company's business. Especially coffee shop businesses such as Kopilikasi. The research entitled Instagram social media analysis as a Kopilikasi  promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest has a research objective, namely knowing the role of Instagram social media as a Kopilikasi promotion media in attracting consumer buying interest and knowing content that attracts audiences on Instagram social media. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data sources in this study used interviews and observations. The main theoretical basis in this research is new media. The results of this study are that Instagram plays an important role in attracting Kopilikasi customers' buying interest. Kopilikasi attracts customers' buying interest by creating content on their Instagram. The content is used as a promotional tool that contains information about Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi has a characteristic in its content, namely creating content in a cinematic style. Currently, Instagram plays an important role in the Kopilikasi promotion process and has succeeded in attracting consumer buying interest and the content created has succeeded in attracting the attention of its audience on Instagram.   Keywords: Instagram, Promotion, Content   Abstrak: Saat ini pengguna media sosial instagram sangatlah banyak. Saat ini juga penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi berperan penting dalam membangun bisnis sebuah perusahaan. Khususnya usaha coffee shop seperti Kopilikasi. Penelitian berjudul analisa media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumen memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu  mengetahui peran media sosial instagram sebagai media promosi Kopilikasi dalam menarik minat beli konsumennya dan mengetahui konten yang menarik audiens di media sosial instagram. Metode penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Landasan teori utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu media baru. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah instagram berperan penting dalam menarik minat beli pelanggan Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi menarik minat beli pelanggan dengan membuat konten-konten di instagramnya. Konten tersebut digunakan sebagai alat promosi yang berisi informasi tentang Kopilikasi. Kopilikasi mempunyai ciri khas dalam kontennya yaitu membuat konten dengan gaya sinematik. Berdasarkan analisa peneliti menarik kesimpulan yaitu Konten yang menarik minat beli konsumen Kopilikasi yaitu konten dengan objek konsumen Kopilikasi karena terbukti berhasil meningkatkan perhatian dan ketertarikan dari audiens di instagram. When welding, you don't have to connect two metal materials, you can also weld the thickness of the component. Steel is a metal material that can be used in the engineering field to make alloys of other metals so that they can have better material properties than the original metal material. One thing that can be done to increase resistance to wear is to increase the surface hardness of the workpiece. This research carried out an analysis to increase the hardness of the surface of low carbon steel after heat treatment for 60 minutes with variations in quenching media resulting from hardfacing using SMAW welding (shield metal arc welding) with DC+ and DC- polarities. The data analysis technique used in this research is specimen testing. The results obtained later by the research show that DC+ polarity has higher hardness in all specimens tested with a value of 418.66 VHN water quenching, 402.8 VHN oil quenching, 348 VHN non-treatment when compared with DC- polarity with a value of 405, 92 VHN quenching water, 374.02 VHN quenching oil and 323.38 VHN non-treatment. Quenching media with water obtained the highest hardness results with a value of 405.92 VHN.

The importance of K3 aspects in docking activities not only includes individual safety, but also has a direct impact on productivity and operational continuity. Accidents or incidents that occur during the docking process can not only threaten the lives and health of workers, but can also cause detrimental environmental impacts and hinder the smooth running of the supply chain. The HIRARC method allows identifying various potential hazards that may be associated with an activity or work environment. This approach involves data collection, situational analysis, and determining appropriate mitigation measures. From the results of the identification carried out during ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Service has 14 activities that have potential danger. With 4 activities that have very low risk, namely maintenance and repair activities in the engine room, ship maintenance in closed rooms, maintenance and repairs in the electrical room, and manual lifting of heavy materials. Then there are 5 activities with low risk, including welding process activities in open spaces, carrying out repair work at height, operating cranes, cleaning ship rooms, and plate cutting (LPG gas cutting) and material grinding processes. 3 activities with medium/medium risk, namely working around waters, working/standing around ships, and stuffing/stripping activities. And there is 1 activity with high risk, namely the ship maintenance process using the welding process in a closed space and 1 activity with very high risk, namely the activity of filling gas cylinders (for cutting and welding equipment). The risks faced include slipping, falling, scratches, shortness of breath, weakness, eye irritation, injuries, minor injuries, serious injuries, sprains, burns, fractures, electrocution and others. And the efforts made to control the risks above include using Personal Protective Equipment with discipline, working according to SOPs, installing K3 signs, providing fire extinguishers, regular inspections and implementing a good ventilation system. Based on the results of risk identification in ship docking activities at PT. Pelindo Marine Services. The importance of effective and continuous implementation of K3 in ship docking activities, in order to maintain the safety, health and welfare of workers and minimize negative impacts on company operations

In measuring the corporate performance of PT X in the third quarter period, it has not been achieved optimally. This non-achievement is caused by several factors including projects from several corporate divisions in the production section that have not been completed within 1 year, the realization of the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023 which is not optimal, and performance management by each corporate leader that is not optimal. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the company's corporate performance using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine performance measures in Quarter III. The research conducted uses information obtained from observations and data sources directly from the company. Then data processing using the Key Performance Indicator method to determine the achievement of the company's corporate performance. From the results of the achievement of each indicator, the total score of the company's corporate Key Performance Indicator in the third quarter of 2023 was 46.45%. For the Key Performance Indicator target based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget of 100%. Therefore, the achievement of the realization of the Key Performance Indicator score on the company's corporate performance has not met the target in the Company's Work Plan and Budget for 2023. So it is necessary to accelerate the realization of indicators that have not met the achievement of performance based on the Company's Work Plan and Budget Year 2023.

This study examines the cross-cultural dynamics within Microsoft, a multinational technology company with a global workforce. Utilizing the frameworks of Hofstede and Trompenaars, along with insights into corporate culture types and organizational structures, the analysis delves into the cultural dimensions influencing Microsoft's operations. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Microsoft navigates cultural diversity in its global business environment, shedding light on the formation of core values and organizational behaviors. Through an in-depth examination, the analysis explores the implications of cross-cultural aspects on human resource management strategies, such as recruitment, performance management, and career development. Insights gained from this study can contribute to Microsoft's sustained global success by informing strategies related to cultural training, onboarding programs, and global rotations. Ultimately, understanding and managing cross-cultural nuances within Microsoft are imperative for fostering integration, collaboration, and optimal productivity among employees from diverse backgrounds and for guiding successful expansions and acquisitions in culturally distinct regions.

As innovation develops and the human population increases, product competition between companies increases, so producers are required to produce goods as quickly as possible while still considering the quality aspects of the product. PT. Cipta Oggi is a company engaged in furniture production. PT. Cipta Oggi has several types of production, namely office tables, cupboards, TV shelves and decorative cupboards. In the production process for the 2DF WHT polo showcase furniture product, it has the highest rework rate, namely 10.67%. The method used in this research is the FMEA method. The FMEA method will later produce output results in the form of an RPN from which recommendations for improvement will be obtained from the types of causes of failure that are the highest. With this research, the aim is to analyze the causes of rework in the production process of Polo Showcase 2DF WHT furniture products which can later reduce the rework rate.

The research method used was a qualitative experiment, starting with taking broken piston rings No. 2 and 3, cutting the piston rings and testing them with hardness tests and composition tests carried out at the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic and Undip Central Java Integrated Lab. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the used broken ring number 3 has the highest hardness of 140.26 HB and the used ring number 2 is 131.50 HB, so it can be concluded that the piston ring that has been used and exposed to high heat causes an increase in hardness and causes it to break. The composition test results showed that the carbon content of the new ring no. 2 was the highest at 15.30% and that in the used ring no. 2 was 12.08% because the compression ring was in direct contact with the compression chamber or in contact with heat. For the used number 3 piston ring, the carbon content is 10.43 and the new one is 11.02 because it is positioned below the compression ring and is not in direct contact with heat. for the used ring no.2, the Silicon (Si) content is low, namely 2.15% compared to the new one, 2.75% because the nature of Silicium is that it is resistant to high temperatures and as a compression ring compared to ring no.3, fracture occurs because there are no Manganese or Phosphate elements. which is wear resistant, strong and elastic. The microstructure of piston ring No. 2 is broken and the new two piston rings are less dense and have rough gaps. The broken piston ring structure of No. 3 and the new one looks a bit gray and has high levels of graphite iron and carbon elements.

Islam is present on earth by truly caring for the human soul and mind by providing healthy food from pre-conception to the next stages of life. Food consumed by humans must contain various kinds of nutritional content that can support human life processes. This research uses a literature review method where the researcher carries out a series of research involving various kinds of information originating from literature such as books, encyclopedias, documents, and so on with the aim of finding various kinds of theories and ideas which can then formulate results in accordance with the research objectives. The results of research from various literary sources show that in Islamic teachings, food and drink consumed by humans, especially Muslims, must be selective, namely halal according to Allah's instructions in the Koran and the explanation of the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the hadith, and of thayyiban quality, namely food that is useful for the body, it is not damaging, not disgusting, delicious, does not expire and does not conflict with God's commands, because it is not forbidden. Islam and health basically have the same goal for the good of humans. Pemodelan Gelombang pada Pelabuhan Marapokot, Kab. Nagekeo, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur melingkupi Kawasan pantai (coastal area) hingga perairan Marapokot. Penyebaran gelombang dipengaruhi oleh kontur dasar perairan, angin, dan arus perairan dimana pergerakan gelombang ditransformasikan menurut variasi topografi dasar perairan tersebut. Ada beberapa tipe transformasi gelombang, diantaranya: pendangkalan (shoaling), pecah (breaking), refraksi (refraction), difraksi (difraction) dan lain-lain. Pemodelan gelombang ini menggunakan software MIKE21 DLI guna mentransformasikan parameter hasil olah data menjadi pemodelan gelombang yang simultan dengan durasi yang di tentukan. Hasil evaluasi analisa pemodelan gelombang di analisa dan di katagorikan pada kondisi perairan di Pelabuhan Marapokot dominan pada tenggara dengan tinggi gelombang di depan dermaga setinggi 1.65 m untuk arah gelombang dari Utara, 1.20 m arah gelombang Timur Laut, 1.01 m arah gelombang timur, dan 1.42 m arah gelombang timur. Analisa model gelombang Perairan Marapokot dengan Kapal Tanto Sentosa masuk kedalam kriteria Medium Sized Vessel, dengan syarat tinggi gelombang 0.5 meter. Sehingga pelabuhan Marapokot di katagorikan sebagai pelabuhan yang aman untuk tambat dan bongkar muat untuk kedua jenis Kapal Tanto Sentosa berdasarkan acuan OCDI.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of dysmenorrhea reaches 90%. The prevalence is generally higher in young women in the 17 to 24 year age group, which is estimated at 60-90%. More than 50% of menstruating women in the world report suffering from primary dysmenorrhea. This research was conducted to analyze factors that influence menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in students at the Prima Husada Bogor Midwifery Academy. This study used a cross sectional design on 62 samples with a simple random sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate with chi square. The research results showed that the age of menarche factor had no influence on menstrual pain in students at the Prima Husada Midwifery Academy with a p value of 0.426 and an Odds Ratio (OR) of 0.659. From the results of the research conducted, it is clear that health education related to dysmenorrhea is very necessary for young women in general and students at the Prima Husada Midwifery Academy in particular by providing counseling related to reproductive health. Teenagers should expand their knowledge about dysmenorrhea so that they know what to do to reduce pain. during menstruation.
