Poultry agribusiness is a key driver of food security and rural economic development in developing countries. However, the sector remains vulnerable to infectious diseases such as avian influenza and Newcastle disease, which can disrupt production systems and supply chain continuity. Although previous studies have examined poultry disease control, biosecurity, and supply chain disruption, evidence on how risk and crisis communication supports outbreak management and resilience in developing-country poultry agribusiness remains fragmented. This study applied a systematic literature review (SLR) approach under PRISMA guidelines to synthesize risk and crisis communication strategies in poultry disease management and their contribution to supply chain resilience. Only seven relevant studies published between 2020 and 2025 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using the PICO framework. Quality assessment using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT), combined with systematic data extraction in Microsoft Excel 2021, was conducted to improve methodological transparency and consistency. The novelty of this review lies in integrating communication strategies, enabling and constraining factors, digital tools, One Health perspectives, and public–private collaboration within a single analytical synthesis. The findings indicate that participatory, transparent, and coordinated communication can support disease prevention and crisis preparedness, particularly when strengthened by stakeholder trust, policy support, training, and accessible information channels. However, limited digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and cultural barriers may reduce communication effectiveness. Overall, this review highlights the need for inclusive communication systems and collaborative governance to strengthen poultry supply chain resilience in developing countries, while recognizing that the small evidence base limits broad generalization.

The rapid development in the field of information and communication technology currently requires students to master Microsoft Word. This skill becomes a crucial asset, both to support academic activities and as early preparation before entering the workforce. One of the applications frequently used in document preparation is Microsoft Word. Observation data at SMK Ibrahiny 1 Sukorejo indicate that the utilization of Microsoft Word features by some students is not yet optimal. This is evident in the students' limitations in configuring layouts, margins, as well as creating headers and footers in documents. In order to achieve efficiency and speed in the creation of administrative documents, this training is focused on enhancing students' competencies in exploring the features of Microsoft Word. This training was conducted on June 1, 2026, in the computer lab of SMK Ibrahimy 1 Sukorejo, involving 15 students from the 10th grade forestry department as participants. The method used during the training included the delivery of basic material followed by direct practice and the use of a system roll method on each computer to identify obstacles or challenges in preparing administrative documents, as well as direct assistance to students to quickly resolve any issues and ensure no one misses the material. The purpose of this training is to improve efficiency in properly and accurately preparing administrative documents. Therefore, the organization of Microsoft Word training can be categorized as a strategic step in boosting the digital skills of the students.

Gatot, a fermented-cassava food, is the culinary icon of Gatot Tourism Village in Sumberpucung Subdistrict, Malang Regency. Cafe Koka, the pioneering gatot business in the area, faces two problems that hold back its growth. Its drying process still relies on sunlight, so production stops during the rainy season and the failure rate reaches 30–40%, while product presentation lacks adequate display facilities, lowering its appeal and selling value. This community-service program installed a 5 kg-per-batch cabinet dryer and two display refrigerators, accompanied by dried-gatot packaging development and staff training. The work followed a Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle combined with participatory mentoring over eight months, evaluating production and marketing indicators. After the program, drying time dropped from 2–4 days to about 4–5 hours, the product failure rate fell to 8–10%, and drying uniformity rose to about 90%. On the marketing side, impulse purchases increased by more than 40%, customer satisfaction with product display reached 4.5 of 5 (n=50), and monthly revenue grew about 175% owing to the new packaged-gatot line. Combining production and marketing technology strengthened the self-reliance of this local-food micro-enterprise.

The Society 5.0 era demands increased student health literacy as an essential competency. However, previous research has tended to focus only on the health education aspect and has not comprehensively examined the integration of technology-based health education management. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of technology-based health education management innovations and identify key factors influencing their successful implementation. This study used a mixed methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were collected through a survey of 200 students, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 10 teachers and the principal. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, while qualitative data were analyzed using a thematic approach to strengthen the interpretation of the results. The results indicate that technology-based health education management innovations have a significant impact on improving student health literacy. Furthermore, it was found that successful implementation is influenced by five main factors: school institutional support, availability of technological infrastructure, teacher training, student motivation, and parental involvement. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of managerial and technological approaches in health education, tested through a mixed methods approach. These findings confirm that successful health literacy improvement is determined not only by the use of technology, but also by organizational readiness and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The implications of this research provide theoretical contributions to the development of technology-based health education management models and practical recommendations for educational institutions facing the challenges of Society 5.0.

This community-based project aimed to analyze the cash management system of the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) Bakpia Juwara Satoe and develop recommendations to improve the company's financial performance. Cash management is a crucial but often overlooked aspect of MSME financial management, which can lead to cash flow problems, inaccurate record keeping, and poor management decisions. The methodology used included qualitative data collection through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and financial statement analysis. The project findings revealed that Bakpia Juwara Satoe lacked a functioning cash management system. There was no separation between cash receipts and disbursements, no standardized system for handling cash, and transaction recording remained manual and inconsistent. As part of the project, standard operating procedures (SOP) for cash management were developed, financial accounting training was conducted, and support was provided in creating simple cash flow statements. Following the implementation of these measures, record accuracy increased by 78%, and cash losses were reduced. It was determined that the implementation of efficient cash management contributed significantly to the improvement of Bakpia Juwara Satoe's financial performance.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 335 in the financial management of non-profit foundations in Tanah Datar Regency, particularly in Rambatan and Sungai Tarab Districts. The study employed a qualitative case study approach using semi-structured interviews with financial managers from four foundations: Yayasan SLB Az-Zahra, Yayasan Darul Ulum/Darul Hafazah, Yayasan Daarut Tahfidz Al-Sulaiman, and Yayasan Jabal Rahmah. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify the level of ISAK 335 implementation and the factors affecting its adoption. The findings reveal that none of the foundations have implemented ISAK 335 in preparing their financial statements. The main obstacles include the limited availability of personnel with accounting expertise, simple bookkeeping practices focused only on cash inflows and outflows, inadequate understanding of accounting standards for non-profit entities, and dependence on a single source of operational funding. Consequently, the financial statements do not comply with applicable accounting standards, resulting in low levels of transparency, accountability, and financial information quality. This study recommends enhancing the capacity of financial managers through training, gradually adopting ISAK 335, utilizing digital bookkeeping systems, and diversifying funding sources to strengthen accountable financial governance and ensure organizational sustainability.

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) has become an essential part of digital transformation in the healthcare sector, aiming to improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. In Indonesia, the implementation of EMR is supported by the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 24 of 2022, which mandates healthcare facilities to adopt electronic medical records. However, the implementation process is often challenged by various technical and non-technical factors that may affect its success. This study aims to analyze the success factors and barriers to EMR implementation in hospitals through a literature review approach. The research method used was a literature review by examining and analyzing 11 scientific articles obtained from Google Scholar and other relevant scientific sources. The findings indicate that the success of EMR implementation is influenced by three main aspects, namely human, organizational, and technological factors. Supporting factors include management commitment, user readiness, continuous training, availability of information technology infrastructure, system quality, and organizational support. Meanwhile, common barriers include limited digital literacy among healthcare workers, insufficient information technology personnel, unstable internet connectivity, system errors, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, budget limitations, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures. Furthermore, EMR implementation provides significant benefits, such as improving service efficiency, facilitating access to patient information, enhancing documentation quality, supporting communication among healthcare professionals, and increasing patient safety. Therefore, successful EMR implementation requires synergy between human resources, organizational readiness, and technological infrastructure to achieve optimal healthcare service delivery.
