Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

Introduction of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) from an early age is very good for educating and instilling awareness of the importance of cleanliness as an effort to maintain personal health and the environment in an ideal condition, so that we can avoid attacks from various diseases such as diarrhea, worms, toothache, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (dengue fever) etc. This community service activity aims to introduce CHLB to Dharma Wanita Sebewe Kindergarten students so that students are able to cultivate a culture of clean and healthy living in the school environment and in the family environment. The activity was attended by 20 students. The introduction to CHLB was carried out using a lecture method using stand-X Banner media and direct practice by giving examples to students with song accompaniment, then students followed and practiced again in turns. The types of CHLB that are exemplified and practiced together with students are: washing hands using soap and running water, brushing teeth properly and correctly and disposing of rubbish by separating organic and inorganic waste. All students were very enthusiastic and active in participating in a series of community service activities from start to finish.

The Ulu script is a form of native South Sumatran cultural heritage that lives among the Uluan (inland) people of South Sumatra. As a form of original regional writing tradition, it is important to preserve the Ulu script among the younger generation so that this cultural heritage is not lost. However, due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of the younger generation, the Ulu script seems to be foreign. Therefore, this training is important apart from aiming to provide understanding and also to preserve cultural heritage. The method in this training is through introduction, understanding letters, punctuation and direct training practice. As a result of this training, participants can understand the basic letters of the Ulu script and practice writing directly either through conventional media or through digitalized MS Word.

Introduction: Cases of drug abuse and smoking are increasing rapidly in Indonesia, even though the government and society have made various efforts. Drug and cigarette abuse is difficult to eradicate. What can be done is to prevent and control it so that the problem does not spread, thereby harming the future of the nation, due to the decline in the quality of human resources, especially the younger generation. Method: counseling, pre-test and post-test on targets are carried out orally. Results: Participants in this activity were 61 teenagers in Sumber Rejo village. Conclusion: From the pre-test results, the target generally does not know enough about reproductive health regarding the dangers of drugs and smoking. After carrying out verbal post-test counseling, teenagers generally know and have increased abilities on how to maintain reproductive health. The presence of invasive plants can often threaten biodiversity, affect the availability of natural resources, and even disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. In a residential context, in-depth knowledge of invasive plant species is important to identify risks and potential impacts on the environment and consider the possibility of their positive use. Therefore, this study aims to find out data on invasive plant types in this housing complex. The method in this research combines qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, distribution and interactions of invasive plants in the Bumi Panyileukan Housing Complex. Meanwhile, a quantitative approach was applied in data analysis to measure a number of variables related to the identified invasive plants. The observation method in the form of sampling invasive plants is used as a basis for collecting focused and representative data on plant types in the residential environment. It is hoped that the integration of these methods can provide a comprehensive picture of invasive plant species and their characteristics in the context of Bumi Panyileukan Housing in Bandung City. The location was chosen deliberately, namely around 16% of the total area. The results obtained were 31 families of 60 invasive plant species. The highest families are in the Araceae and Euphorbiaceae families with a percentage of up to 26% in this area. There are 58 species of plants introduced from outside Indonesia and two species are native to Indonesia. Most plants are used as ornamental plants and some are wild invasive plants which can threaten the balance of the ecosystem so comprehensive control needs to be carried out

Introduction Hard drugs are drugs that have hard properties and if used carelessly or not according to the rules, can cause dangerous side effects and even poison the body, aggravate the disease, trigger the emergence of other diseases, to cause damage to body organs and death. Hard drugs are drugs that can only be obtained by prescription. Its characteristics are marked with a red round circle with a black border with the letter K in the middle that touches the border. This drug should only be sold in pharmacies and must be prescribed by a doctor at the time of buying it. While Mandatory Pharmacy Drugs (OWA) are some hard drugs that can be submitted without a doctor's prescription, but must be submitted by a Pharmacist at the pharmacy. This research method uses qualitative descriptive research design. What was used was total sampling with the measuring instrument used, namely a questionnaire with the number of samples being 15 respondents who became pharmaceutical personnel at the pharmacy. The results of the study showed that for the variable level of knowledge of pharmaceutical personnel with good categories amounted to 12 respondents with a percentage (80.0%) and enough 3 respondents with a percentage (20.0%), Kesimplant from the results of the level of knowledge of pharmaceutical personnel at pharmacies Waimital Village, Kairatu District, West Seram was good because pharmaceutical personnel knew information about hard drugs without a prescription and it was known that the pharmacist profession and the pharmacist assistant have the same level of understanding.

One of the sciences, technologies and arts that is in line with the demands of the times and demands in the industrial world, is technical drawing using the AutoCAD program.  Based on the specific objectives of Vocational Secondary Education (SMK) according to Law No. 20 of 2003 it is necessary to carry out AutoCAD training for vocational school students.. The methods used in this community service are teaching and practice methods. The result of community service is that partners gain a level of understanding in AutoCAD theory as well as the use of AutoCAD applications in building structures. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with the value from 35% to 65% after the introduction and training of AutoCAD.

Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease which is one of the challenges in the development of the health sector, where the majority of people exposed to it are of productive age. The method used is to provide counseling in the form of self-care management for diabetes mellitus patients to the community in the working area of the Sibela Community Health Center, Mojosongo Village. Objective: The aim of the physiotherapy program in cases of diabetes mellitus is education and demonstration of self-care management to control the incidence of diabetes mellitus Results: It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity will become a reference for physiotherapists and other health professions so that similar activities can be carried out, so that The benefits can improve public health, especially in cases of diabetes mellitus.  

Introduction: Combined injection contraception can be an option for all women of reproductive age who have poor adherence. Most acceptors often complain that after using 2 months of injectable birth control they feel that they have gained weight. Many have switched to other birth control methods because of weight gain. Objective: to determine the factors that influence weight gain in 2-month injection family planning acceptors (Gestin F2) in the Working Area of the Purwoyoso Health Center, Semarang. Methods: The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. Sample: The population in this study were 45 people who were in the Working Area of the Purwoyoso Health Center Semarang with a sample of 44 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis used is Chi-square analysis. Results: that physical activity had an effect on weight gain, while husband's support, duration of use of family planning, diet, age, history of use of family planning had no significant relationship with weight gain in respondents who accepted the 2-month injection of family planning (Gestin F2) in the Purwoyoso Public Health Center, Semarang.

Introduction: Low birth weight babies are babies weighing <2500 grams. Babies with LBW tend to experience hypothermia and infection, so an effort needs to be made to prevent this, one of which is by using the KMC method. Kangaroo Mother Care is a treatment for low birth weight babies that involves making direct contact between the baby's skin and the mother's skin.Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the kangaroo method on weight gain in LBW babies at Duren Sawit RSKD.Method: This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pretest- posttest one-group design. The sample in this study consisted of 20 babies with LBW who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study were KMC management SOPs and observation sheets. Data collection was carried out 2 times, namely before being given the KMC method and after being given the KMC method. Data processing using the SPSS computer program using the Wilcoxon analysis test. Results: Most of the mothers were aged 20–35 years, namely 11 people (55.0%), and most of the babies were female, namely 12 people (60.0%). Before being given the kangaroo method, all babies experienced low birth weight, where the baby's weight was in the minimum BB category, namely <2500 grams for 20 people (100.0%). After being given the kangaroo method, most of the babies with LBW had a weight in the normal weight category, namely ≥2500 grams, as did as many as 12 people (60.0%). The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis show a p-value of 0.001, which means that there is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023. Conclusion: There is an effect of the KMC method on increasing LBW weight at the Durem Sawit Hospital in 2023.

Education is a very important level for every individual, especially at the golden age, early childhood education is the first education for children before they enter a higher level of education such as elementary school. To prepare things and various intelligences possessed by children, especially cognitive intelligence, effective and interesting learning methods are held, one method that is suitable for early childhood learning is the repetitive or repetition method. This method is applied to early childhood in Citeureup Village, precisely in the Sumurjaya Village, for early childhood to be provisioned when they enter elementary school education. The purpose of applying this repetitive method is so that pre-school children in the Sumur Jaya village are more mature and ready to go to elementary school. Introduction: The most common anemia in pregnancy is iron anemia, this is caused by a lack of iron intake in food due to reabsorption disorders, digestive disorders and bleeding. Method: counseling for targets is carried out orally. Results: Participants in this activity were all 46 pregnant women who visited PMB Lismayani Lubis, Simalungun Regency. Conclusion: From the results of the counseling, it was found that there were still pregnant women who did not receive enough support from their families in consuming Fe tablets, especially in reminding them of the schedule for taking Fe tablets. Introduction: Adolescence is a vulnerable period regarding information about sex. Teenagers need people around them, especially parents, to guide them in providing sex education. Therefore, parents must have the knowledge and insight to help teenagers understand sex as early as possible. Objective: to find out the description of parents' knowledge about sex education for teenagers. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 30 respondents. Results: of the 30 respondents, 11 respondents had a good level of knowledge, while there were 10 respondents in the sufficient category and 9 respondents in the poor category. Conclusion: 4 respondents graduated from junior high school, 18 respondents graduated from high school and 8 respondents graduated from bachelor's degrees. Of the respondents who were junior high school graduates, 1 respondent had sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents had insufficient knowledge. There were 5 respondents who graduated from high school who had good knowledge, 6 respondents who had sufficient knowledge and 7 respondents who had poor knowledge. Of the 8 respondents who graduated from bachelor's degrees, 5 respondents had good knowledge, 2 had sufficient knowledge and 1 respondent had poor knowledge.

This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and ability of MSME actors to carry out product branding, especially in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district. One of these problems is that the majority of MSMEs have not found a brand to attract customers and packaging that still does not attract buyers and there is limited information regarding product branding. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research and assistance. The aim of this research is to provide assistance and introduction to creating NIB accounts and checking business names and logos as well as assistance and creating the latest logos for selected MSMEs. The method in this research uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to make it easier for researchers to define problems and provide action as a solution to the problems that have been defined. The results of this research explain that so far MSMEs in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district have only prioritized taste without paying attention to branding and packaging, so the hopes of this assistance for MSMEs can be higher than before. Apart from that, creating an NIB account is expected to make MSMEs more concerned about the legality of their business.
