This research to analyze the contribution of variables from three economic policies, with monetary policy through interest rate variables, exchange rates, and money supply in facing economic recession. Where the fiscal policy variable is through tax value. Then macroprudential policy through Non Performing Loan and Capital Adequacy Ratio variables. This study uses secondary data or time series, namely from December 2019 to February 2021. The data analysis model in this study is the Vector Autoregression (VAR) model which is seen from being sharpened with Impulse Response Function (IRF) analysis and Forecast Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD), Panel ARDL, and Different Tests. The results of the IRF analysis show that the stability of the response of all variables is formed in period 8 or the medium and long term, where the response of other variables to changes in one variable shows different variations, both from positive responses to negative responses or vice versa, and there are variables whose responses remain positive or remain negative from the short term to the long term. The results of the FEVD analysis show that for the short-term inflation variable it is influenced by inflation itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by interest rates. For the JUB variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB itself and in the medium and long term it is influenced by NPL. For the interest rate variable in the short term it is influenced by JUB while in the medium and long term it is influenced by the exchange rate itself and CAR. For the tax variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by the tax itself and JUB. For the NPL variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. For the CAR variable in the short, medium and long term it is influenced by JUB and tax. Then the results of the ARDL Panel analysis show that the country that is able to become a leading indicator in controlling the economic recession in the Four of The Group Twenty, namely Turkey, is only done by interest rates. While South Africa is done by interest rates, taxes, NPL, and CAR. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the errors in terms of syntax, which are found in online media Kompas.com; (2) to provide correction of language errors in terms of syntax, which are contained in Kompas.com online media. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used is the listening technique to obtain data by listening to the use of language and note-taking techniques to record words or sentences for analysis. Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

This research aims to analyze the influence of exchange rate, exports, and  imports on Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves in the period of 1992-2021. The dependent variable is foreign exchange reserves, whereas the independent variables consist of exchange rate, exports, and imports. The research uses secondary data in time series obtained from Indonesia’s World Bank Data. Data are analyzed with VAR (Vector Auto Regression), those analyzed use E-Views 10 apss by including analysis method, which includes stationary tests, stability tests, optimum lag tests, cointegration tests, VAR estimation tests, Engle Granger causality tests, Impulse Response Function (IRF) tests, and Variance Decomposition (VD) tests. The results of the study show that exchange rate variables have a large influence on foreign exchange reserves, while export and import variables have a small effect on foreign exchange reserves.

In the Community Service (PKM) activity of STIE Mahaputra Riau, lecturers and students involved in this activity came directly to the Annisa Pekanbaru Orphanage to provide training on making handicrafts with simple ingredients to produce handicraft products that have a high selling value in the market, conduct discussions , questions and answers and counseling about effective marketing strategies to market the handicraft products produced as well as providing motivation about the concepts and benefits of entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage Pekanbaru. This PKM activity aims to generate and foster an interest in entrepreneurship for school-age children at the Annisa Orphanage, Pekanbaru, Riau, so that they are motivated to realize their own business or business independently and succeed with their own business by engaging in the handicraft business.

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

This study explores how the Qadiriyya–Naqshbandiyya Suryalaya Sufi Order (TQN Suryalaya) integrates spiritual practice and metabolic health to strengthen community resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. While global health responses have largely focused on biomedical interventions, this research emphasizes the complementary role of faith-based practices in promoting holistic well-being. Using a qualitative methodology—including in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis of the 2020 Maklumat and Abah Aos’s letter to the President—the study identifies two interrelated pathways that underpin the Sufi lifestyle. The psychospiritual pathway encompasses the reduction of death anxiety through tawakkul (trust in God) and riḍā (contentment), emotional stability via dhikr (remembrance of God) and muraqabah (mindful awareness), and theological framing that interprets fear of Allah as the ultimate form of protection. These practices helped practitioners reframe pandemic-related uncertainties, mitigate stress, and foster emotional resilience. The metabolic pathway involves dietary simplicity, moderated caloric intake, physical worship routines, stress management, and structured sleep hygiene. Together, these elements supported immune competence and physical health, aligning with contemporary models of psychoneuroimmunology and holistic health promotion. Findings reveal that the TQN lifestyle does not only enhance individual mental well-being but also fosters social solidarity through communal worship, mutual aid, and spiritual counseling, thereby functioning as a culturally embedded form of faith-based social welfare. The study highlights the policy potential of incorporating Sufi practices into community health strategies and enriches interdisciplinary literature on religion, resilience, and social welfare. This dual-pathway model demonstrates that Sufi traditions can play a critical role in mitigating both the psychological and physiological impacts of global crises.

Background: Lower back pain (NPB) Ischialgia is a pinched ischialgia nerve in the lower back area which causes the buttocks, thighs, lower legs and even feet to become tingling, painful, and sometimes causing weakness. Nerve mobilization is a manipulation technique by moving and stretching nerve tissue to increase axonal transportation so that it can improve nerve conduction. Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerves so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerves, which can have a regenerative and healing effect on injured nerves (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most popular health problem in society. The World Health Organization (WHO) states that there are 150 types of musculoskeletal disorders experienced by millions of people causing pain, inflammation, and functional limitation that will affect psychology and quality of life. Therefore, it is necessary to take steps for control the incidence of LBP and prevent complication due to LBP that can implemented to the community. This activity aims to increase the understanding of community members about Low Back Pain. Community service activities carried out in the form of physiotherapy counseling orderly with talkative method using power point and leaflets. Based on the response of the participants amount 8 respondents, it was found that before the delivered of material there were 3 people (37,5%) who had fair level of knowledge and 5 people (62.5%) had good level of knowledge about LBP. Meanwhile, after the counseling process, there were 8 people (100%) had a good level of knowledge about LBP. In conclusion, education and counseling had a good impact for increasing the knowledge of community members about Low Back Pain.

Limit of a function is the main of calculus that teached in high school. The concept is the value of a function gets closer or approaches some number. This research focuses on finding the use of the limit function concept in every sectors in our daily, inside and outside the mathematic. This research was conducted to increase motivation to students in studying limit of functions in school  and to become a source of knowledge for others. The research method used is study literature. The result of this reseach is the concept of limit function widely used in various sectors of life. In engineering, the concept of limit is used to calculate the speed and maximum output of a machine. In science, the concept of limit exists in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. In the health sector, the concept of limit is used in the eye checkup and in daily, the concept of limit is used with the expression almost, that something is only close, but does not happen.

This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. Cultural tourism is a travel activity carried out by certain parties (a person or group of people) by visiting certain places with the aim of learning about cultural attractions or taking advantage of the cultural potential of the places visited.

This study aims to analyze how the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data were obtained using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The results of this study state that there is a dual function in the billing section and the accounting department. The credit sales accounting information system document at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug Grobogan Regency is in accordance with the theory. The company has utilized information technology so that credit sales processing is computerized. Accounting records at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug need to be repaired by making warehouse cards, inventory cards, accounts receivable cards. While the procedure network that forms the credit sales accounting information system at PT Harpindo Jaya Gubug needs to be improved, namely by having the procedure for recording the cost of goods sold and the procedure for recording receivables.

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.
