Manual teaching journal management at SMA Negeri 1 Kayen frequently leads to documentation inefficiencies, risks of data loss, and challenges in the teaching supervision process. This research tends to design and develop a web-based teacher teaching journal information system employing the CodeIgniter 3 framework with a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. The system was improved employing the Waterfall methodology, comprising requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases. The system integrates four user roles—administrator, teacher, student, and supervisor—to support the digitalization of recording processes, real-time teacher attendance verification by students, and centralized activity monitoring. Black Box Testing outcomes present that all system functions, involving authentication, data management, and reporting, operate 100% in accordance with user requirements. The implementation of this system effectively reduces administrative time compared to manual methods while enhancing the accountability and transparency of teaching journal management within the school. With centralized data integration, this system helps as an effective solution for supporting data-driven managerial decision-making in education.

Abstract. The digital transformation in the healthcare sector, reinforced by Ministry of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022, mandates every healthcare service facility to implement Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This requirement compels educational institutions to provide relevant simulation media to enhance student competence. However, at the Health Information Management Laboratory of Esa Unggul University Harapan Indah, the use of existing systems such as Khanza EMR still exhibits limitations in terms of flexibility and alignment with practical workflows. This research aims to develop an adaptive web-based EMR system using the CodeIgniter 4 Framework and the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. The research methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) with an XP approach consisting of four stages: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. System development was executed through five main iterations, encompassing the formulation of user stories, design utilizing UML and UI, and program code implementation. This system realizes designs from previous research into functional modules, including registration, initial assessment, examination (SOAPE), medical support (laboratory and radiology), codification (ICD-10 and ICD-9-CM), pharmacy, cashier, and reporting. The results indicate that the EMR system was successfully implemented and passed functional verification through Black-Box Testing, achieving a "Successful" status across all scenarios. The conclusion of this study is that the developed EMR system fulfills the functional and security requirements necessary to serve as an effective and realistic practical learning medium for Health Information Management students. Transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan, yang diperkuat oleh Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 24 Tahun 2022, mewajibkan setiap fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk menerapkan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Hal ini menuntut institusi pendidikan untuk menyediakan media simulasi yang relevan guna meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa. Namun, di Laboratorium Rekam Medis Universitas Esa Unggul Harapan Indah, penggunaan sistem seperti Khanza EMR masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal fleksibilitas dan kesesuaian dengan alur praktikum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem RME berbasis web yang adaptif menggunakan Framework CodeIgniter 4 dengan metode Extreme Programming (XP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan XP yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: Planning, Design, Coding, dan Testing. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui lima iterasi utama yang mencakup perumusan user stories, perancangan menggunakan UML dan UI, hingga implementasi kode program. Sistem ini merealisasikan rancangan dari penelitian sebelumnya menjadi modul fungsional yang meliputi pendaftaran, asesmen awal, pemeriksaan (SOAPE), penunjang medis (laboratorium dan radiologi), kodefikasi (ICD-10 dan ICD-9-CM), farmasi, kasir, hingga pelaporan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RME (Rekam Medis Elektronik) berhasil diimplementasikan dan dinyatakan lulus uji fungsional melalui Black-Box Testing dengan status "Berhasil" pada seluruh skenario. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem RME yang dibangun telah memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dan keamanan untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran praktikum yang efektif dan realistis bagi mahasiswa Manajemen Informasi Kesehatan.

The development of information technology has become a primary pillar in enhancing corporate operational efficiency, where rapid and accurate data integration significantly determines business competitiveness. Case study in PT Gawi Anjung Bersama (GAB) revealed that the company is facing operational constraints because the management of delivery orders and invoices still relies on conventional office applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word. This procedure causes hurdles in data sharing among staff and results in low information security due to the absence of integrated access control settings. This research aims to design and develop the Gawi Anjung Bersama Information System (SIGAB), a web-based system implementing the CodeIgniter framework. The system is developed using Waterfall model, encompassing stages from analysis, design, and implementation to testing. The research flow starts with problem identification, primary and secondary data collection, and functional and non-functional requirements analysis. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, specifically Use Case and Class Diagrams, as well as Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) for the database. The system interface is designed as wireframes on Figma web. This system separates access rights into three main actors namely owner, administrator, and staff, to ensure data security. Blackbox testing results, conducted after the system was hosted, indicate that all functional features operate as intended. The implementation of SIGAB is expected to optimize the management of delivery orders and invoices at PT GAB.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Eweta Village Tourism Promotion Information System using the Codeigniter Framework to facilitate the dissemination of information on village tourist destinations to the community and tourists. Lokomboro Village has natural and cultural tourism potential that has not been optimally managed, especially in terms of digital promotion. This system was built using the Waterfall software development method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This web-based system is equipped with features such as tourist attraction information, photo galleries, tourism activity schedules, and contact details for managers. The CodeIgniter Framework was chosen for its advantages in MVC structure, which facilitates code management, security, and application scalability. Testing results show that the system is capable of displaying promotional information interactively, responsively, and accessible at any time by interested users, making it suitable for use as a tourism promotion medium for Pada Eweta Village.

Tes psikologis yang handal dan objektif sangat penting dalam perekrutan anggota Kepolisian Nasional Indonesia untuk memastikan seleksi kandidat yang berkualitas. Namun, metode pengujian psikologis konvensional seringkali memakan waktu, rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, dan kurang transparan dalam pengolahan data dan manajemen hasil. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pengujian Psikologis Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk mendukung proses seleksi psikologis calon polisi di Polda Jawa Tengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi prosedur pengujian yang ada, wawancara dengan psikolog dan anggota komite seleksi, kuesioner, dan analisis dokumentasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja CodeIgniter 3 dengan arsitektur Model View Controller (MVC), sedangkan MySQL digunakan sebagai sistem manajemen basis data. Evaluasi sistem melibatkan pengujian black box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk menilai fungsionalitas, kegunaan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Tes Psikologi Berbasis Web (E-Psikotes) untuk Seleksi Calon Anggota Kepolisian Republik Indonesia yang diusulkan secara efektif mengotomatiskan proses administrasi, penilaian, dan pelaporan tes psikologis. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang tinggi, terutama dalam hal kemudahan penggunaan dan keandalan. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi pada bidang sistem informasi dengan menyediakan model praktis untuk pengujian psikologis digital dalam rekrutmen kepolisian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem pengujian psikologis berbasis web dapat mendukung transformasi digital dan meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dalam proses rekrutmen sektor publik.

Administration is an activity that must be managed effectively to support public service quality, and one of the main keys to achieving a good administrative system is the utilization of information technology, which is currently developing rapidly. Administrative activities at the Wendewa Barat village hall are still carried out using conventional and ineffective methods, particularly in population data recording, which relies on manual bookkeeping. This approach is time-consuming, labor-intensive, prone to errors, and incurs higher operational costs. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to manage administrative activities more efficiently, accurately, and systematically. This research aims to develop a web-based population administration system to improve administrative performance at the Wendewa Barat village office. The system development employs the waterfall method, which consists of several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and utilizes a MySQL database for data management. Additionally, jQuery is applied in several system functions to enhance system interactivity, effectiveness, and user interface attractiveness.

This research aims to design and implement a village MSME website as a centralized digital promotional medium to overcome the limitations of conventional marketing and expand the market reach of local products more effectively and sustainably. The system was developed using the waterfall method, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to ensure a structured, efficient, and maintainable development process. The implementation resulted in a responsive and user-friendly website equipped with key features such as an informative product catalog, village MSME profiles, and a content management system via an admin dashboard that allows MSMEs to update data independently and flexibly. Functional testing demonstrated that all features functioned well and reliably according to user needs. Therefore, this village MSME website can be concluded as an effective digital solution for increasing the visibility of local products, strengthening MSME competitiveness, and supporting village economic growth through sustainable and integrated online promotion.

Posyandu (Integrated Health Post) is a public health facility that plays a vital role in providing health services for toddlers and pregnant women. However, data management and reporting often face challenges, such as limited access to information and errors in data recording. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System using the CodeIgniter Framework to improve efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting. In the development phase, a system requirements analysis and web-based application architecture design were conducted. The system implementation uses the CodeIgniter Framework as a framework to produce a faster, more efficient, and more reliable application. Proposed features include recording health data for toddlers and pregnant women, immunization schedules, weighing, and health reports. The results show that the Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System can improve efficiency in recording and reporting health data. Users, including posyandu officers, midwives, and administrators, can easily access and manipulate data in real-time. Furthermore, this system helps improve service quality by providing more accurate and complete information on toddler health. In conclusion, the implementation of the Web-Based Posyandu Payolaumbu Service Information System using the CodeIgniter Framework provides significant benefits for data management and health services at Posyandu Payolaumbu. Suggestions for further development include maximizing system utilization, developing additional features, routine maintenance, and ongoing evaluation based on user feedback. With these steps, it is hoped that this system can contribute more effectively to improving the quality of health services at Posyandu and supporting comprehensive public health efforts.

The selection process for prospective cadets at a maritime college is routinely carried out every year. In the current system, the processing and calculation of prospective cadet scores uses Microsoft Excel tools, but this takes a long time and can lead to errors in the calculation of scores and the recapitulation of selection results. In addition, unintegrated data can lead to data duplication, resulting in inaccurate selection results that can be detrimental to prospective cadets. A fast, precise, and accurate integrated decision support system is needed to support the selection process for prospective cadets. The author conducted a study on the prospective cadet admission system at UNIMAR AMNI Semarang using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to assist in the selection of qualified prospective cadets who meet the established criteria. With this decision support system using the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, it can be used to solve the selection problem for prospective cadets because it has a short calculation time, is simple, transparent, and has high flexibility. This system will be built using the Codeigniter Framework and a MySQL database.

Advancements in information technology have created significant opportunities for more efficient spatial data management, including the mapping of government buildings. To support this effort, this study develops a web-based geographic information system for mapping government buildings in Bandung City using Leaflet.js. The system aims to facilitate interactive map visualization and provide more accurate and structured access to spatial data. The Agile method is applied in the system development process, consisting of six main stages: needs identification, design, development, testing, implementation, and evaluation. The system is designed using the Laravel or CodeIgniter framework as the backend and Leaflet.js for dynamic spatial data presentation. The research results indicate that the system can display geographic information accurately and interactively while supporting search, filtering, and responsive map display features across various devices. Additionally, the Agile approach has proven to enhance development efficiency and user experience. With this system, the government can manage building data more effectively, transparently, and efficiently to support planning and decision-making based on spatial data.

Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) serve as the frontline for basic healthcare services for the community. However, the services at Waimangura Community Health Center are not yet fully optimal due to several obstacles, particularly in patient data recording, which is essential for registering every individual who visits for health check-ups, registration, and medical record management. Therefore, an information technology-based system is needed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of services. This research aims to implement a healthcare service system at Waimangura Community Health Center using the CodeIgniter 3 framework by applying the MVC (Model, View, Controller) method. The MVC method was chosen because it can separate application logic, display, and data management, making the system more structured, easier to develop, and maintaining consistency. The research stages include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The implementation results show that the built system is capable of assisting officers in patient registration, medical record data management, and information services. Patients also benefit from more transparent and efficient services. Based on the trial results, the system operates according to user needs and can improve the quality of healthcare services at the Waimangura Community Health Center. Thus, the implementation of CodeIgniter 3 with the MVC method has proven effective in building a structured, easily maintainable healthcare service system that can be further developed to support digital-based healthcare services.

This research discusses the development of a donor module on the SiKembar (Barang Entry and Exit Information System) web-based application, designed to optimize the management of donor data and donation aid during natural disasters. The module is developed to facilitate the donation submission process from the public, ultimately aiming to improve coordination between the community, government, and BPBD (Regional Disaster Management Agency) of Cianjur Regency in managing and distributing post-disaster aid. The development method used in this module is web-based, utilizing PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework. The CodeIgniter framework was chosen for its ease of use in building structured and flexible web applications. The donor module developed is integrated into the existing SiKembar platform, allowing for more efficient and organized donor data management. The main feature introduced in this module is the donation submission, which enables the public to directly donate and track the status of their submitted donations through the platform. The results of the research indicate that this module facilitates a more structured and responsive donation submission process. Both donors and administrators can easily access and manage information related to the aid needed and the status of received donations. This enhances transparency and efficiency in donation data management while minimizing the potential for errors in aid distribution. The donor module on the SiKembar application is expected to increase the effectiveness of managing donor data and handling aid following natural disasters. With this system, the aid distribution process will be more organized and faster, while also facilitating better coordination among the involved parties. Ultimately, this module can contribute to accelerating post-disaster recovery and ensuring that aid reaches those in need in a timely manner.

The development of IT has a huge impact, so all information can be obtained easily and quickly. In addition, technology can help many humans in all activities in organizations, companies, and schools. Researchers designed an information system to provide an overview or profile of an elementary school, SD Negeri 4 Puu Kapaka. The system was built using the PHP and MySql programming languages with the codeigniter framework. The school profile information system can provide information about schools, facilities, news, and also activities that have been carried out by the school. The results of this study show that this application using the Codeigniter framework can meet the needs of the system desired by the school.

The development of digital technology has driven transformation across various sectors, including the food and beverage industry. Dessert businesses face challenges in improving operational efficiency and competitiveness in the digital market. One possible solution is the use of websites as marketing and sales platforms. However, without proper management methods, the utilization of this technology will not be optimal. Therefore, this study applies the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) method to develop a website- based dessert sales system aimed at enhancing business efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study employs a descriptive approach with the POAC method in website-based marketing strategies. The planningphase involves designing e-commerce features, such as product catalogs, an online ordering system, and digital payments. The organizing phase focuses on resource management and technology integration, while actuating includes implementing the system using MySQL, PHP, and CodeIgniter. The controlling phase is conducted through system testing using the Blackbox Testing method to evaluate application performance. The study results indicate that implementing the POAC method in a website- based system enhances the operational efficiency of dessert businesses. Transaction records become more accurate, customers can easily access product information, and the digital payment system improves transaction convenience. Furthermore, the website enables businesses to reach a broader market without geographical limitations. The implementation of the POAC method in website-based business management has proven to improve marketing and sales effectiveness. With a more structured system, businesses can better adapt to market changes and enhance customer interactions. This digital-based strategy also opens new opportunities for developing the culinary business in the modern era.

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Library Information System at the Sepuluh Nopember University of Papua to support the digitalization of library services in a more efficient and integrated manner. The development method used is the Waterfall model, with a UML-based modeling approach that includes Use Case, Activity, and Class Diagrams. The system is equipped with various features such as book and member management, QR Code-based borrowing and returning, statistical dashboards, automatic report printing, and password encryption using bcrypt to ensure data security. Testing was conducted using the Black-box Testing method to validate that all core functionalities operate as required, and performance testing was performed using Apache JMeter to measure system response time. The results indicate that the system runs stably, with response times within the normal range. However, there are still some limitations, including the absence of an implemented audit log for user activity tracking and the lack of full-scale testing in a production environment. Therefore, this system is expected to serve as an adaptive digital solution in supporting modern library services, especially in Eastern Indonesia.

State Senior High School 7 Surakarta is one of the public schools located in Surakarta City. The library activities, including member data management, book processing, and book borrowing and returning, are still conducted manually using physical logbooks. This manual process is considered inefficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop a book borrowing system at State Senior High School 7 Surakarta that serves as a tool to assist officers in recording, loans, and returning books. This system is designed using the CodeIgniter framework to support WEB displays, programming in PHP, and using MySQL for database management. This system is created using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with a waterfall model that includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System testing was conducted using Black-Box Testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The Black-Box Testing results showed that all features and functions operated correctly. The SUS evaluation produced a score of 75.68%, indicating that users generally agreed with the implementation of the system, which falls under the "acceptable" classification.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi inventaris berbasis web di Laboratorium Komputer Universitas Dharmas Indonesia (Undhari). Sistem ini dibuat untuk mempermudah proses pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan data barang di laboratorium. Sebelumnya, pengelolaan data dilakukan secara manual, yang seringkali menimbulkan kesalahan dan memperlambat proses pencarian data. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web, pengguna dapat mengelola data inventaris seperti stok barang, barang rusak, peminjaman, dan laporan dengan lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter serta basis data MySQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi yang dapat diakses secara lokal oleh admin dan kepala laboratorium. Sistem telah diuji menggunakan metode blackbox dan terbukti berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pengelolaan barang di laboratorium menjadi lebih rapi, terstruktur, dan memudahkan proses pelaporan. Selain itu, sistem ini juga membantu mengurangi penggunaan kertas dan meminimalkan kesalahan dalam pencatatan data inventaris.

Proses antrean manual di barbershop seperti APE Vabercaf sering menimbulkan ketidakteraturan, antrian tidak tertata, dan kesulitan manajemen dalam memantau layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem antrean digital berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dan kenyamanan pelanggan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4 dan basis data MySQL, serta dikembangkan melalui metode Waterfall yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Fitur utama sistem meliputi nomor antrean otomatis, pemanggilan digital berbasis visual dan suara, pencatatan transaksi, pencetakan struk menggunakan printer thermal POS, serta laporan transaksi harian dan bulanan. Sistem juga mendukung dua peran pengguna, yaitu owner dan staff, dengan hak akses berbeda. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Blackbox menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini mampu menggantikan proses antrean manual dengan sistem digital yang lebih tertib, cepat, dan informatif, serta membantu pemilik usaha dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi tepat untuk modernisasi layanan antrean di sektor barbershop.

This research iss motivated by the problem of the lack of digital learning facilities that can be flexibly accessed by students and theachers at SMP Djama'atul Ichwan Surakarta, so that interaction in the theaching and learning proces is limited. The theories applied in this study include the concept of E-Learning as a distance learning method rooted in information technology, web-based system development, and an interactive technology integration approach to increase effectiveness and engagement in learning. The method used is the Waterfall model system development life cycle (SDLC), which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation with PHP and MySQL using the CodeIgniter framework, and function testing. The research findings show that the designed web-based E-Learning system successfully provides features for managing student and teacher data, distributing teaching materials, scheduling lessons, giving assignments, and interaction through discussion forums. This system is considered capable of supporting a more organized and interactive online education process.The implementation of this systemis expected to a long-term solution to overcome the limitations of traditional learning methods and become a foundation for the development of digital learning platforms in the futur.

Suwargi Buwana Djati Integrated MA is one of several schools located in Cirebon area. The purpose of this research is to develop a website for the New Learner Information System at Suwargi Buwana Djati Integrated MA. CodeIgniter framework, Visual Studio Code editor, and PhpMyAdmin database management systems are used as tools for the development of information systems . One of the system development methods used is the Waterfall model, which includes analysis , design , implementation , and testing. The results of this research is a website called the New Student Admission Management Information System at Suwargi Buwana Djati Integrated MA which can operate properly .
