Background: Medical records at Udayana Denpasar Level II Hospital that exceed capacity are caused by double medical records, misfiles occur during the implementation of retrieval, the retention process has not run optimally and the increasing number of patient visits. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of medical record storage overload on the response time of medical record provision. Methods: The research design used is a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The data analysis used is the Chi Squere test. With a total sample of 16 medical record officers and medical record documents contained in 30 medical record storage shelves where each shelf consists of 5 sections.   Results: The results of the Chi Squere test show that the p value is 0.002, the value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an impact of overload of medical record storage on the response time of providing medical records, thus impacting the quality of hospital services, the services provided become long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic. Based on these results, it is necessary to transfer media by scanning medical records then stored in sharing folders and uploaded to the interface system. This media transfer is expected to provide a solution in dealing with the overload of medical record storage so that it can be more efficient in providing medical records.       Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is an impact of overloaded medical record storage on the response time of medical record provision, which has an impact on the quality of hospital services, the services provided will be long because they wait for medical records to be delivered to the polyclinic, so that doctors experience problems in patient examinations because they cannot see the patient's previous examination history.

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

In buying a laptop, you need to look at the specifications and standards that are tailored to your needs and requirements. Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including the price of the laptop, RAM (random access memory), processor, hard drive capacity, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, weight, length of warranty, availability of spare parts, service range center. The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.

Recurrent hypertension is a repeated increase in high blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg. Factors that can cause a recurrence of high blood pressure include: consuming unhealthy foods, consuming caffeine and smoking, rarely exercising, not maintaining body weight, consuming fatty foods, consuming foods high in fat and consuming unlimited alcohol. To prevent the recurrence of high blood pressure, patients should keep the following in mind: Get enough rest, change to a healthy diet, exercise, avoid alcohol, avoid stress, and handle the daily workload. The capacity to manage oneself and be positive, such as managing emotional intensity and reactivity, is important for preventing recurrence of hypertension and managing blood pressure. The aim of this study is to identify factors related to the prevention of hypertension recurrence in hypertensive patients. This type of research involves observational analysis with a cross-sectional research design. The study population consisted of 71 hypertensive patients who lived in the Wua Wua Community Health Center working area. The research results show the value of P = 0.263 < a = 0.05. This means that knowledge about high blood pressure and recurrence prevention is irrelevant. The research results show a value of P = 0.002< a = 0.05. This means that there is a link between treating hypertension and preventing recurrence. The research was conducted for 61 days.

This research focuses on identifying and analyzing risks that can affect the implementation of housing construction projects in response to increasing population. A survey method using a questionnaire was used to collect data from stakeholders regarding housing construction projects. The results of risk identification based on events and consequences show that K3L and bureaucratic, natural and information aspects are high risks based on events, while social and location, external, planning and implementation management aspects are significant risks based on events. Based on consequences, natural aspects and government policies are considered high risk, while social, location and internal aspects are considered significant risk. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) confirmed these findings. The implications of the results of this research include the need to adopt proactive strategies in risk management, strengthening capacity in dealing with critical risks, government involvement in addressing policy and natural risks, as well as emphasizing social and location aspects in planning and implementing housing construction projects. These findings can serve as a basis for improving risk management in the context of uncertainty in the implementation of residential construction projects and the development of more effective industrial policies.

This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants of this study, namely the Pekanbaru City AIDS Commission (KPA), the Pekanbaru City Health Office and other related institutions conducted interviews, observations and documentation so that the required data were obtained such as primary data and secondary data and then analyzed so that conclusions could be drawn from the existing problems. The development of transportation in the city of Semarang, especially in the Banyumanik area, has an impact on increasing the movement of people, stuff and services. this greatly encourages an increase in transportation facilities and infrastructure in the Banyumanik area. An increase in the number of vehicles that is not matched by the development of infrastructure will cause conflicts on the road, especially at intersections or roundabouts. So far, on roads in the Banyumanik area, at certain hours there is often an ineffective traffic rush with road performance being an important infrastructure in transportation. This study used calculations based on MKJI 1997. The data collection was carried out by survey directly at the intersection location in this study determined 5 days and 3 observation sessions every day. It was found that the tirto agung intersection had 322 types of intersection and the highest traffic was on Wednesday 21 June 2023 with a traffic flow value of 3528 pcu/hour, capacity 2722 pcu/hour, degree of saturation 1.296, intersection delay 92.938 sec/pcu, queue probability 69.225% - 143.302%. Based on the research results, the performance value of the Tirto Agung intersection does not meet the 1997 MKJI requirements where the degree of saturation allowed for the unsignalized intersection type is <0.75, it is necessary to have a physical intersection engineering (APILL) or non-physical (Traffic Engineering) at the intersection location.
