This study evaluates the efficiency of two artificial intelligence models, DeepSeek and OpenAI, in generating code for algorithmic systems. Efficiency is assessed through execution speed, code accuracy, and the number of code characters produced. Data were collected from 100 tests covering search, sorting, graph, dynamic programming, optimization, data processing, text, and machine learning algorithms. The objective is to compare the performance of both models to support the development of efficient information retrieval systems. The method involves algorithm testing with statistical analysis of execution time, accuracy, and code length. Results indicate that DeepSeek has an average execution time of 28.74 seconds, slightly slower than OpenAI’s 28.49 seconds. However, DeepSeek’s accuracy (85.88%) surpasses OpenAI’s (85.03%). The average number of code characters is identical at 96.35 characters. The study concludes that DeepSeek excels in accuracy, while OpenAI is faster in certain cases, providing valuable insights for developers in selecting AI models for information retrieval applications.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing the continuance intention of Al-Kautsar Senior High School students in using metaverse-based learning media. The background of this research lies in the rapid adoption of immersive technologies in education, while students’ levels of acceptance have not yet been fully understood. The objective is to identify the antecedents of satisfaction, which subsequently influence continuous intention. The research model examines the effects of perceived interactivity, perceived sociability, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived security, and social influence on satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to students, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that satisfaction is a very strong and statistically significant predictor of continuous intention to use metaverse applications (β = 0.716, p < 0.001). The six hypothesized antecedent variables were not found to have a significant individual effect on satisfaction. In conclusion, for digital native students at Al-Kautsar Senior High School, factors such as ease of use, interactivity, and enjoyment have shifted from being drivers of satisfaction to becoming basic expectations (hygiene factors). Satisfaction itself emerges as the primary determinant, likely influenced by more substantive elements such as content quality or pedagogical design rather than merely the technical features of the platform.

This study compares two service management models to evaluate the governance of the Wi-Fi network in Dusun Gita Nagari Baru. The main objective is to measure user satisfaction and service quality following the implementation of the COBIT 2019 framework, particularly the DSS02 domain (Manage Service Requests and Incidents). The research employed a mixed methods approach, using historical-comparative document analysis and Likert scale questionnaires distributed to 21 active users. The data were analysed through gap analysis, capability level mapping, and descriptive statistical analysis to identify performance differences between two periods. The results indicate that most indicators in the COBIT 2019 capability model are at Level 4 (Predictable), one indicator reaches Level 5 (Optimising), and another indicator is at Level 3. Indicators directly related to the DSS02 domain, such as ease of reporting, response speed, schedule accuracy, and repair time, demonstrate the most significant improvements. These findings support the hypothesis that implementing COBIT 2019-based governance for DSS02 can enhance user satisfaction and the quality of Wi-Fi network services in rural areas. This study also provides practical recommendations for the sustainable management of digital infrastructure in areas with limited access.

Selecting the right supplier is a critical aspect of supply chain management, especially in a retail business like Parfume Corner, which relies on product quality, availability, and on-time delivery. This study aims to implement the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method as a multi-criteria decision-making approach to determine the best perfume supplier. The VIKOR method was chosen because of its ability to handle conflicts between criteria and produce optimal compromise solutions. The evaluation criteria used include product quality, price, on-time delivery, after-sales service, and flexibility in negotiations. Data were collected from five potential suppliers through observation, interviews, and historical transaction documents. The analysis results showed that one supplier obtained the lowest VIKOR index score, thus being determined as the best compromise solution. The implementation of the VIKOR method proved effective in providing objective and transparent recommendations, which can support Parfume Corner's strategic decisions in building long-term partnerships with reliable suppliers. This approach can also be adapted by similar businesses to improve procurement efficiency and quality. The test results obtained were that in the expert test a Good value was obtained, namely 80%, while in the system test a Very Good conclusion was obtained, namely 100%.

Senia, bisnis penjualan bahan bangunan seperti semen, keramik, pasir, dan besi, menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilih pemasok terbaik karena keterbatasan informasi dan metode evaluasi yang subjektif. Hal ini menyebabkan pemilihan pemasok yang tidak optimal, seperti pemasok yang sering terlambat mengirimkan barang atau menyediakan bahan berkualitas rendah. Akibatnya, operasional usaha terhambat, biaya meningkat, dan kepercayaan pelanggan menurun. Persaingan ketat di industri ini membuat layanan buruk akibat pemasok yang tidak tepat berisiko membuat pelanggan beralih ke kompetitor. Dengan menerapkan sistem menggunakan Metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem rekomendasi berbasis website. AHP membantu merangking kriteria dan subkriteria secara sistematis, sementara MOORA efektif dalam menyeleksi alternatif terbaik. Kombinasi kedua metode ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam seleksi pemasok, mengurangi waktu evaluasi manual, dan menghindari subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan sistem ini, UD. Senia dapat memastikan ketersediaan bahan berkualitas dengan harga kompetitif, menjaga posisi pasar, dan meningkatkan daya saing.

. Ekspor memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi, memberikan kontribusi terhadap devisa negara dan meningkatkan daya saing di pasar internasional. Menentukan produk ekspor unggulan menjadi tantangan karena harus mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, seperti nilai ekonomi, permintaan pasar, stabilitas harga, dan keberlanjutan produksi. Keputusan yang kurang tepat dapat berdampak pada efisiensi, daya saing produk lokal, dan bahkan ketergantungan pada pasar global. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendekatan yang lebih sistematis dan berbasis data untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat dalam pemilihan produk ekspor unggulan. Penggunaan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu mempermudah proses ini dengan menyediakan analisis berbasis data yang lebih objektif. Metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) dapat digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria, membantu pengambil keputusan untuk menilai seberapa penting setiap faktor yang terlibat. Sementara itu, TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) digunakan untuk memilih alternatif terbaik berdasarkan kedekatannya dengan solusi ideal yang diinginkan. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih objektif dan akurat, mendukung pengambil kebijakan serta pelaku usaha dalam menetapkan strategi ekspor yang optimal. Dengan cara ini, daya saing produk lokal dapat ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan, memastikan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih stabil dan meningkatkan posisi negara di pasar global

The objective of designing  information retrieval system (IRS)   with Vector Space Model (VSM) Method is to facilitate users to search Indonesian documents. IRS Software is designed to provide search results with the optimum number of documents (low recall) and accuracy (high precision) with VSM method that users may get fast and accurate results. VSM method provides a different credit  for each  document  stored in  a  database which in turns  to determine  the  document most similar  to  the query, where  the documents with the highest credits are placed on the top of  the search results.   The evaluation of search results with IRS is conducted under recall and precision tests. This study  fascinatingly creates a  system which can preprocess  (tokenizing,  filtering, and stemming) within computation time of four minutes forty-one seconds.    Keywords: IRS, Vector Space Model, recall, precision

Genetic Algorithm is a kind of search algorithm based on the mechanics of natural selection and genetics. This algorithm can  search  for a global optimum  solution using multiple path and  treat  integer problem naturally. This paper presents application of Genetic Algorithm for determining the size, location, type, and number of capacitors to be placed on radial distribution system. The objective is to minimize the peak power losses and energy losses in the distribution system considering the capacitor cost. The algorithm was implemented in Delphi programming language and tested for a realistic physically­existing feeder to show its feasibility and capabilities.

Tata kelola TI atau IT (Information Technology) Governance merupakan struktur hubungan dan proses untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan menambahkan nilai ketika menyeimbangkan risiko dibandingkan dengan TI dan prosesnya. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu rekomendasi IT Governance yang merupakan pengembangan dari IT Governance yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Institusi saat ini, namun saat ini proses IT Governance belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Rekomendasi IT Governance ini dibuat guna meningkatkan kinerja TI layanan akademik yang ada di UNISBANK, dimana aktivitas layanan akademik tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab kerja suatu biro yang bernama BAAK dan pengadaan dan pengelolaan TI yang ada  menjadi tanggung jawab suatu divisi yaitu P2ICT. Perancangan IT Governance dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT (Control Objective For Information and Related Technology) versi 4.0, Dalam penelitian ini hanya dibahas 2 domain dari 4 domain yang ada di COBIT dengan pembahasan dibatasi pada tingkat control process saja, tidak membahas aktivitas-aktivitas yang terdapat di setiap control process. Domain yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini untuk dibuatkan rekomendasi pengelolaan TI adalah domain Deliver and Support (DS), Monitor and Evaluate (ME). Dari pemetaan model maturity tersebut diperoleh bahwa tingkat maturity untuk DS mendidik dan melatih users berada pada level maturity 4 (diatur), sementara untuk DS mengelola data berada pada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan), Domain untuk Monitor dan evaluasi kinerja TI berada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan). Berdasarkan pemetaan maturity tersebut dirancang rekomendasi IT Governance untuk masing-masing control process agar tingkat maturity dari masing-masing control process tersebut bisa lebih baik. Berdasarkan visi, misi, tantangan masa depan, dan tingginya harapan manajemen UNISBANK terhadap proses IT COBIT, dapat disimpulkan untuk dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan UNISBANK setidaknya tingkat maturity pengelolaan IT yang dilakukan harus berada pada tingkat 4 – diatur (managed) dimana proses di monitor dan diukur manggunakan indikator tertentu.
