Since 2022, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the healthcare sector has grown significantly, marked by the increasing adoption of wearable technology, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and blockchain integration. Research highlights India and China as leading contributors in this domain. IoT enables real-time monitoring of chronic diseases, tracking of patient vital signs, and detection of health protocol compliance. Integrated systems such as Monit4Healthy and RADAR-IoT support personalized medical recommendations and cross-platform interoperability. However, key challenges persist, including patient data privacy and security, system interoperability issues, data fragmentation, and barriers to user acceptance due to cost, digital literacy, and device comfort. Proposed solutions include blockchain for secure data sharing, adaptive congestion control for network performance, and user training to improve technology adoption. Therefore, successful IoT deployment in healthcare requires a comprehensive approach that addresses technological, social, ethical, and sustainability aspects to achieve an effective and inclusive transformation of health services.

The growing interest in learning the Japanese language in Indonesia, driven by popular culture such as anime, creates a need to understand the effectiveness of different learning media. The non-uniform effectiveness of media for each individual poses a major challenge. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effectiveness of both anime and textbooks by segmenting learner profiles and identifying key determinants of success using an artificial intelligence approach. This research employed a quantitative method through a questionnaire survey of 120 respondents. The data were analyzed in two stages: the K-Means Clustering algorithm was used to group respondents into learner profiles, and the Decision Tree algorithm was used to identify the most significant factors that differentiate these profiles. The analysis successfully identified three distinct learner profiles: "Intensive & Adaptive Learner," "Flexible Learner," and "Passive Learner." The decision tree revealed that the perception of textbook effectiveness and the frequency of anime use are the strongest predictors in determining a learner's profile, more so than theoretical learning style preferences. It is concluded that media effectiveness is highly dependent on the learner's behavioral and perceptual profile, which underscores the importance of a personalized approach in language education technology.

Current advances in information technology have encouraged universities to utilize student academic data as a basis for decision-making, one of which is predicting academic achievement. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm to develop a system for predicting student academic success in the Islamic Religious Education Study Program. This method was chosen because it produces a decision tree model that is easy to understand and has a high level of accuracy. The data used comes from student achievement indexes from semesters 1 to 5. The research results showed that the prediction system achieved 99.62% accuracy and achieved high recall precision across each class category. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the C4.5 algorithm in predicting student academic achievement and has the potential to serve as a valuable tool for decision-makers in higher education.

Communication is a fundamental aspect of human life. However, individuals with hearing and speech impairments often face barriers in communicating with the general public. The Indonesian Sign System (SIBI) serves as a communication solution for the deaf and speech-impaired community in Indonesia, yet public understanding of SIBI remains limited. To address this issue, this study aims to develop an automatic translation model from SIBI sign language into Indonesian text by utilizing Deep Learning technology, specifically the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm. CNN was chosen for its ability to effectively recognize visual patterns, making it suitable for processing hand gesture images in sign language. This research involved collecting and classifying a dataset of hand images based on the alphabet or words in SIBI, which were then used to train the CNN model. The designed CNN model was built to accurately classify hand signs and translate them into Indonesian text. The results of this study have the potential to serve as a supportive solution for inclusive communication between the deaf community and the wider public, and can be further developed for contextual sentence translation. ABSTRACT Information services on campus are often delayed due to reliance on staff, resulting in long queues and inefficient waiting times. This study aims to design and develop a robotic interaction system based on speech recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP), equipped with a virtual button as an alternative activation method. The system allows users to interact with the robot using voice, while the virtual button provides an additional option for users who are more comfortable with touch-based interaction. The research method employed is prototype development, which includes the design, implementation, and evaluation of the system. Testing was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the system in delivering information services quickly and accurately. The results show that the developed system can enhance service efficiency, reduce dependence on staff, and facilitate faster and more practical interactions between users and the robot. This study is expected to contribute to the development of technology-based public service systems, especially in the campus environment. Badan Pelaksana Pengelola (BPP) Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) mengelola aset yang terdiri dari real property maupun personal property. Namun, saat ini pengelolaan inventarisasi aset pada personal property memerlukan upaya lebih dalam mengelola basis datanya dan dilakukan secara individual, sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara fisik aset dengan data yang dimiliki sebelumnya dan output yang dihasilkan tidak bisa didapatkan secara cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi manajemen aset yang sesuai untuk pelaksanaan inventarisasi personal property menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use (UTAUT) dengan empat dimensi pengukuran yakni harapan kinerja, harapan usaha, pengaruh sosial dan kondisi fasilitas. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mix-method. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner yang ditujukan pada kelima orang di Bagian Laporan, Inventaris/Aset dan Rumah Dinas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset personal property tidak efisien, belum dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja dan kualitas hasil dan terdapat kesulitan dalam melakukan pengonsepan awal lembar kerja pencatatan dan pelaporan. Selain itu, BPP TMII mendukung adanya sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan aset dan spesifikasi fasilitas yang cukup untuk menjalankan sistem informasi. Yayasan Al-Muqowamah Tasikmalaya adalah salah satu badan hukum yang mengelola lembaga pendidikan dan bimbingan. Lembaga tersebut antara lain Pondok Pesantresn, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Islam Terpadu (SMKIT), dan Kantor Bimbingan Ibadah Haji dan Umrah (KBIH).  Salah satu kegiatan terkait pengelolaan aset di Yayasan Al-Muqowamah adalah inventarisasi aset. Kegiatan -inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Al-Muqowamah masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu dengan mencatat pada buku, sehingga terdapat masalah yang ditemukan dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di yayasan ini seperti  data dan informasi aset tidak tersedia secara realtime, terdapat ketidaksesuaian informasi mengenai kondisi dan jumlah aset yang telah dilakukan pendataan, oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi menggunakan model Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendefinisikan masalah mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi, menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi, dan mengetahui sistem informasi yang dapat direkomendasikan terhadap Yayasan Al-Muqowamah Tasikmalaya untuk pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset.  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi untuk pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Al-Muqowamah berdasarkan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan perancangan sistem informasi untuk pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset berbasis web.

Aset sangat penting bagi suatu organisasi karena dapat menunjang kegiatan yang dilakukan seperti pada Yayasan Assanusiyah. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan dan perusahaan yang dikelola, aset yang dimiliki Yayasan pun cukup banyak. Supaya aset dapat bernilai tinggi, perlu adanya pengelolaan aset. Kegiatan inventarisasi merupakan salah satu pengelolaan aset yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Yayasan Assanusiyah. Namun kegiatan inventarisasi masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Sehingga data aset Yayasan tidak realtime dan sering terjadi kehilangan maupun penumpukan aset pada satu lokasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem informasi yang tepat untuk membantu kegiatan inventarisasi aset Yayasan dengan menggunakan teori The Unified of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang terdiri dari empat dimensi, diantaranya performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating conditions. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan data mengenai kebutuhan sistem informasi yang sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan inventarisasi aset di Yayasan Assanusiyah.

Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

Academic data increases every year in line with the increase of students. Abundant data store is alsoan abundance of information. Data mining technology is a tool for extracting information on largedatabases and has been widely used in many domains. Predicting student performance (study evaluation) isan activity to determine a future state based on existing data. Data in the field of academic research hasbeen done with various methods and algorithms, but the use of algorithm SLIQ (Supervised Learning InQuest) has not been done.SLIQ is an algorithm developed by the IBM's Quest project team in 1996 for mining large datasets.SLIQ algorithm classify and predict the students performance, beginning with the data cleaning, conductedelection training and testing data. By calculating gini index of each attribute and then selecting thesmallest gini index data table is split according to the criteria until find the same class. From the results ofthe calculation process can produce a set of rules that can be used to predict student performance.From the experiment it can be concluded that the algorithm SLIQ with decision tree technique canbe used as an alternative in designing a system datamining applications. Tests conducted system showedthat the constructed model can be used to predict the performance of new students. The resulting accuracyof the model system in fact has a lower score than the accuracy of other applications that are used as acomparison of Tanagra. Advantages of the proposed system is in its design does not need complexcalculations in obtaining the gini index attributes.

Tata kelola TI atau IT (Information Technology) Governance merupakan struktur hubungan dan proses untuk mengarahkan dan mengendalikan organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya dengan menambahkan nilai ketika menyeimbangkan risiko dibandingkan dengan TI dan prosesnya. Dalam penelitian ini dihasilkan suatu rekomendasi IT Governance yang merupakan pengembangan dari IT Governance yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh Institusi saat ini, namun saat ini proses IT Governance belum dilakukan secara menyeluruh. Rekomendasi IT Governance ini dibuat guna meningkatkan kinerja TI layanan akademik yang ada di UNISBANK, dimana aktivitas layanan akademik tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab kerja suatu biro yang bernama BAAK dan pengadaan dan pengelolaan TI yang ada  menjadi tanggung jawab suatu divisi yaitu P2ICT. Perancangan IT Governance dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT (Control Objective For Information and Related Technology) versi 4.0, Dalam penelitian ini hanya dibahas 2 domain dari 4 domain yang ada di COBIT dengan pembahasan dibatasi pada tingkat control process saja, tidak membahas aktivitas-aktivitas yang terdapat di setiap control process. Domain yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini untuk dibuatkan rekomendasi pengelolaan TI adalah domain Deliver and Support (DS), Monitor and Evaluate (ME). Dari pemetaan model maturity tersebut diperoleh bahwa tingkat maturity untuk DS mendidik dan melatih users berada pada level maturity 4 (diatur), sementara untuk DS mengelola data berada pada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan), Domain untuk Monitor dan evaluasi kinerja TI berada tingkat maturity 3 (ditetapkan). Berdasarkan pemetaan maturity tersebut dirancang rekomendasi IT Governance untuk masing-masing control process agar tingkat maturity dari masing-masing control process tersebut bisa lebih baik. Berdasarkan visi, misi, tantangan masa depan, dan tingginya harapan manajemen UNISBANK terhadap proses IT COBIT, dapat disimpulkan untuk dapat mendukung pencapaian tujuan UNISBANK setidaknya tingkat maturity pengelolaan IT yang dilakukan harus berada pada tingkat 4 – diatur (managed) dimana proses di monitor dan diukur manggunakan indikator tertentu.
