UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem memiliki peluang untuk berkembang karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan dan keunikan yang berpotensi. Namun pelaku UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem masih menggunakan pemasaran offline dikarenakan kurangnya ilmu pemanfaatan teknologi para pelaku UMKM, hal ini yang menyebabkan UMKM Desa Kedungdalem kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, kelompok 50 KKN-T MBKM melakukan kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan rebranding dan digital marketing melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik MBKM dengan tujuan dapat membantu dan memotivasi UMKM di Desa Kedungdalem agar berkembang mengikuti perkembangan industri kreatif masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu dengan pendampingan secara tatap muka dengan pelaku UMKM Desa Kedungdalem. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu dapat membantu beberapa UMKM dalam hal pembuatan logo, memperbaharui kemasan, dan juga menerapkan digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk atau jasanya.

MSMEs play a very important role for the progress of the Indonesian economy. With the involvement of MSMEs as a driver of improving the economy in Indonesia, it is certainly hoped that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. In the current era, MSME actors are expected to be able to make the best use of technology. One of them is the world of digital marketing, because digital marketing has an extraordinary influence so that MSMEs can continue to develop in the long term. This prompted the East Java MBKM Thematic KKN UPN Veterans Group 74 to hold counseling with the theme "Utilization of Digital Marketing in Improving MSME Marketing" this is also because the results of surveys and observations that have been conducted by KKN-T MBKM Group 74 Surabaya showed a lack of knowledge and the use of digital technology in marketing. Therefore, by holding this counseling, it is hoped that MSME actors can develop more quickly by expanding the market.

Kandangmas Village through the PKK mobilization team conducts a household waste treatment program one of which is by processing it into eco-enzymes. The stages of this program start from surveys and program planning, introduction of mentoring through workshops and training, monitoring evaluation, review of service results, and final report of service. The results of the household waste treatment program as many as 40% stated that this program is beneficial and 32% stated that it is quite important to be useful. Eco-enzyme products have an aroma favored by partners and are used for various purposes, in particular for anti-septic agents and plant nutrient additives.

Tantangan kita di masa sekarang dan di masa mendatang adalah meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing masyarakat.  Masyarakat harus memiliki kemampuan yang kuat untuk berkarya dengan semangat mandiri, tekun, teliti dan produktif, mampu dan berani membuat keputusan, berani mengambil resiko, serta berjiwa kreatif dan inovatif. Sifat-sifat ini juga harus dimiliki oleh para nelayan, sehingga dapat melahirkan jiwa wirausaha unggul yang memiliki daya saing dan berkemampuan merebut, memanfaatkan serta menciptakan peluang usaha. Kemudian  mampu memasarkan dan menjual produk yang dihasilkan pada masyarakat secara luas, melalui pemanfaatan social media, sehingga tingkat perekonomian masyarakat nelayan bisa  terangkat lebih baik, dan lebih sejahtera.  Hal tersebut merupakan tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat UNIMAR AMNI periode ini.

Pengembangan sektor pertanian di pedesaan seringkali menghadapi berbagai kendala dan tantangan. Kendala dalam pembangunan pertanian ini dapat berupa berbagai factor seperti factor manusia maupun lingkungan yang dapat terjadi di Desa Cupak, Kecamatan Ngusikan, Kabupaten Jombang. Desa Cupak memiliki potensi bidang pertanian dan peternakan yang cukup baik. Potensi yang ada di desa ini antara lain ketersediaan lahan pertanian, adanya sektor perkebunan, dan tanaman pangan, ketersediaan SDM pertanian, dan adanya kegiatan kelompok tani yang cukup aktif. Sayangnya, potensi ini tidak diimbangi dengan pengembangan kemampuan petani dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bertani sehingga hanya terbatas pada pengelolaan umbi porang yang seharusnya bisa dijadikan produk tertentu. Dengan masalah tersebut perlu diadakan serangkaian pelatihan bagi petani porang desa cupak.  

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.

Shallots are a spice plant that is very easy to find in various regions, especially in Nganjuk Regency. Red onion is a commodity with a short shelf life. The tubers rot easily due to their high water content. During the main harvest, red onion production is abundant, the selling price drops, causing losses to farmers. To overcome this, it is necessary to manage red onions, including making fried shallots because fried shallots are often used by the community as a cooking spice or as a complement to the daily food menu. This phenomenon is utilized by Puspita Makmur managers to produce preparations from shallots. The KKN-T 67 Musir Kidul group helps Puspita Makmur MSMEs to attract public interest so that they can reach all groups by innovating product diversification. The product made is in the form of making Fried Shallot products.  

Many of the indonesians like to eat chips as everyday snacks, one of them is menjes chips. Menjes chips are beans made from bean curd. One of the SMEs that produces the menjes chips, namely Menjes Kyu that owned by Mrs. Chalimah. In the drying process, the cips are still done conventionally, namely by simply airing them out. This can affect the quality and flavor of chips because of the amount of oil it contains. The purpose of this activity was to add to the knowledge and skill involved in the use of oil stonework (spinner), which was useful in raising the quality and value of chips. The methods used are location surveys and the filling of questionnaires, toolmaking, and socializing of automatic oil slicers. The presence of an automatic oil slicer helps to enhance the quality, flavor, and storage power of processed chips.

This Community Service activity was carried out in Sapelang Village, South Buko District with the topic "BUMDes Management and Institutional Assistance". The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and provide solutions to problems faced by Prosperous BUMDes. The implementation method used is mentoring which consists of providing material on BUMDes Management and BUMDes Management accompanied by practice and evaluation. The results of the practice and evaluation of BUMDes management participants have understood, so they know the main tasks and responsibilities of each based on a clear organizational structure and understand making standard operating procedures and BUMDes Management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising thanks to practice and answering questions correctly.  

The purpose of this service is to find out how far UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus applies the cash receipts and disbursement accounting information system in its transactions. The method used is library research and field research. Collecting data directly to the field using data collection techniques, namely interviews and observations directly to the owner of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus. In this service, the PKM Team found that UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus had not implemented the cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system properly. The transactions are recorded simply by recording receipts and expenses without applying the applicable accounting information system, so that the financial statements of the UMK Poklahsar Kembung Rebus are also not presented in accordance with PSAK.  

Outbond training ini diikuti oleh 91 peserta yakni karyawan PT Capella Medan.  Kita telah melalui Pandemi yang telah berlangsung hingga 3 tahun, dimana Hubungan antar divisi / unit yang semakin renggang sehingga Komunikasi yang semakin jauh karena dilaksanakannya pertemuan online, Kolaborasi yang tidak maksimal dan tidak menyeluruh akibatnya masih banyak Banyak divisi yang belum bisa proaktif secara optimal dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian kinerja menurun sehingga perlu ada perbaikan dengan melaksanakan  Outbond Training  agar tiap unit /divisi dapat membaur dan melebur Kembali menjadi lebih kompak dan harmonis.  Komunikasi menjadi lebih terjalin Kembali serta mesra dan harmonis sehingga kinerja semakin meningkat.. Mengoptimalkan peran serta kayawan dalam hal bekerja secara proaktif dimana dituntt bisa berubah dalam setiap kondisi, punya integritas dan inisiatif, bersinergi satu dengan yang lain serta memiliki sense of belonging yang tinggi dan akhirnya bisa menyatakannya dalam ACTION.

The purpose of this community service activity is to strengthen partnership-based village financial management in the Tomini Bay area. The problem that occurred in Huangobotu village, Kabila Bone sub-district, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province was that Huangobotu village did not yet have a village website to serve as a village profile, not just to introduce Huangobotu village to the public, but the expected goal was for Huangobotu village to become a fostered village that successfully published all activities related to the transparency of village financial management. The methods used in this study were 1) Coaching socializing material about the application to KKS  supporting students, 2) Providing training on making the Village Web to KKS supporting students, 3) Assistance in training village web creation to village apparatus 4) Official Village Web Publication to the people of Huangobutu village. The results of the KKS program have been running smoothly, this is evidenced by the success of the servants in implementing the knowledge obtained at tertiary institutions to village apparatus with the Huangobotu village website and village apparatus being able to make the village website on an ongoing basis as a means of information for the public and as a village profile. The provision of nutrition education and healthy food for pregnant women and toddlers is crucial in promoting maternal and child health. This project aims to implement a nutrition education program at the Kemuning 2 Keturen Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) to improve the nutritional knowledge and practices of pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers. The project will involve a series of educational sessions conducted by healthcare professionals and trained volunteers. The sessions will cover topics such as the importance of balanced nutrition during pregnancy, appropriate complementary feeding for infants and young children, and the selection of nutritious foods. Visual aids, interactive discussions, and practical demonstrations will be used to enhance the learning experience. Additionally, a nutritious food distribution program will be implemented to provide pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers with access to healthy and affordable food options. Local partnerships will be established with farmers, suppliers, and community organizations to ensure the availability of fresh and nutritious ingredients. The project's success will be evaluated by assessing the participants' knowledge and practices related to maternal and child nutrition before and after the intervention. Feedback from participants and healthcare providers will also be gathered to assess the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. By providing nutrition education and access to healthy food, this project aims to empower pregnant women and caregivers of toddlers in making informed choices regarding their own and their children's nutrition. Ultimately, it is expected to contribute to improved maternal and child health outcomes in the Kemuning 2 Keturen community.

Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. Participants (the target audience) also hope that in the following year there will be ongoing activities to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village.

Islamic economics is a branch of science that seeks to view, analyze, and finally solve economic problems in Islamic ways, namely based on Islamic religious teachings, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (P3EI, 2012:17). Islamic economics has two main things which are the legal basis of the Islamic economic system, namely the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, the laws taken from these two main foundations are conceptually and in principle fixed (cannot change anytime and anywhere)

 The mentoring program for small business actors was initiated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small Medium Enterprises which aims to increase awareness and capabilities for business actors. On the other hand, the program can reduce the high rates of poverty, unemployment, and disparities between regions in Indonesia. Beginning with human resource improvement program activities as executors of activities. It is expected to be able to solve the problems of business actors from various aspects of capital, market, technology, and business governance. The method used in identifying all the problems faced by them as business actors are by using training methods that suit their needs, including entrepreneurship training, market-winning strategies, and mastery of effective and efficient technology and this training can be carried out continuously to increase the profitability company.

Manajemen keuangan dalam rumah tangga merupakan hal yan sangat penting dilakukan untuk menjga stabilitas keuangan keluarga sehingga terwujud kemandirian finansial. Salah satu kebiasaan yang menunjang manajemen keuangan rumah tangga adalah mencatat setiap pemasukan maupun pengeluaran keuangan, sehingga meminimalkan terjadinya pengeluaran yang melebihi pemasukan. Pelatihan manajemen keuangan keluarga dilaksanakan di perkumpulan PKK Desa Mojorayung Kabupaten Madiun dalam rangka memberikan wawasan dan pengenalan kepada para peserta mengenai manajemen keuangan keluarga. Untuk mempermudah dalam manajemen keuangan, diperkenalkan aplikasi sederhana yang dapat diunduh pada Play Store secara gratis. Pelaksanaan pelatihan diawali dengan penyampaian materi dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, peserta merasakan manfaat dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai bagaimana mengelola keuangan dalam rumah tangga.

The low level of understanding of the community members in general regarding the provisions regarding fundamental rights attached to community members when involved in legal issues, the purpose of this legal counseling is to provide knowledge and understanding of the law, especially the provisions concerning the rights of community members when involved in legal issues. The method used in this legal counseling is the lecture and discussion method. The result of this legal counseling is to increase legal knowledge and awareness, legal counseling must be carried out periodically with additional material on law enforcement, both preventive and repressive.

Early marriage is now a serious problem not only at the national level but at the regional/regency/city level. Early marriage is one of the strategic youth issues that must be resolved immediately. One of the government's strategies in reducing the number of early marriages is the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP). Through this program, every government, academician, community and early marriage eradication group collaborate in the success of the program. The educational activity on Marriage Age Maturity (PUP) which was carried out at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan went smoothly, it's just that there were a number of problems, namely in terms of the characteristics and mindset of students who still underestimate the dangers of early marriage. In addition, the environment where they live is also supportive when they do underage marriages. This service uses an interactive approach with the FGD method. Efforts to reduce the number of early marriages at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan must be supported by the school and parents, not only the government's task so that the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP) can produce optimal results
