This research explores the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in managing personal finances, and the use of fintech payments on the personal financial management of Sharia Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding regarding personal financial management, which has the potential to affect their readiness to face financial challenges in the future. Through good financial literacy and self-confidence in managing finances, students are expected to be able to manage their finances more wisely. On the other hand, the use of fintech payments is also thought to have an influence on students' financial management behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and purposive sampling techniques, involving 86 students from the class of 2020-2022. Data was collected via questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS-26. The research results show that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and payment fintech together have a positive and significant influence on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant influence, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, and payment fintech also has an influence positive and significant on students' personal financial management.

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit either simultaneously or partially. Questionnaires were distributed to 101 respondents. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicated that all questions were stated to be valid and reliable. The results of multiple correlation analysis stated that there were very strong relationships between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT BIJAK, the result of the coefficient of determination can be explained by 70.8%. The multiple regression analysis F test (simultaneous) states that there is a positive and significant effect simultaneously between discipline, work motivation and work ability on the performance of employees of PT WISE. The results of the t (partial) test state that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BIJAK Bogor Learning Center Unit.

Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This research aims to determine the comparison of financial performance through profitability, liquidity and solvency of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia and PT. Indosat 2018-2021. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of all PT financial reports. Telkom and PT. Indosat published by the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research results show that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia shows a superior position when compared to PT. Indosat. The trend graph illustrates that PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk has better performance compared to PT. Indosat. (1) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk's Profitability Ratio is superior to PT Indosat in generating profits. (2) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia's Liquidity Ratio is far superior to PT. Indosat. (3) Solvency Ratio of PT. Indonesian Telecommunication is superior compared to PT. Indosat. Based on the research results, PT Indosat and PT. Telecommunication needs to make better strategy or policy changes to manage its assets, assets and debts so that it can provide better profits in the future.
