This study aims to analyze the financial health of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the 2019–2023 period using eight financial ratios based on the Indonesian Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Decree No. KEP-100/MBU/2002. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method with secondary data derived from annual financial reports published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the company’s official website. The findings reveal that Garuda Indonesia’s financial condition fluctuated, categorized as less healthy in 2019, deteriorated into unhealthy during 2020–2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and showed limited recovery in 2022–2023, returning to the less healthy category. The main weaknesses were observed in profitability, liquidity, and solvency, while activity ratios remained relatively sound. This study highlights that Garuda’s financial problems were driven not only by external shocks from the pandemic but also by internal factors such as high debt burden and weak governance. The results are expected to contribute academically by enriching the literature on SOE financial health analysis in the post-pandemic context and provide practical implications for management, policymakers, and investors.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the role of social innovation in accelerating community economic development through a participatory approach based on local potential. Social innovation is seen as an effective new solution to address various social and economic problems, particularly at the community level, by involving communities as key actors of change. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between communities, government, academia, the private sector, and non-governmental organizations in creating an inclusive and sustainable development ecosystem. The results indicate that social innovation can strengthen community economic independence, create alternative economic models such as digital cooperatives and community-based economies, and encourage broad participation in the development process. However, various obstacles remain, such as low digital literacy, limited access to funding, and weak policy support. Therefore, systemic interventions and more progressive policy support are needed to expand the impact of social innovation on sustainable community economic development.

This study aims to optimize sales profit at the MSME Batagor Bandung Tarakan by applying the Simplex method in linear programming, supported by the POM-QM for Windows software. Profit optimization plays a crucial role in strategic decision-making, particularly in determining the optimal daily production quantities to enhance operational efficiency, maximize the use of raw materials, and meet market demand effectively. The Simplex method was chosen for its ability to solve linear optimization problems involving multiple constraints and variables, providing accurate mathematical solutions to achieve maximum profit. This research utilizes daily production data as the basis for analysis, which is then processed using the Simplex method in POM-QM. The results show that implementing the Simplex method can increase daily profits from IDR 634,000 to IDR 831,408 through a more efficient production combination. The study concludes that the Simplex method, when applied via the POM-QM software, is an effective tool for daily production decision-making and can support MSMEs like Batagor Bandung Tarakan in improving their competitiveness and business sustainability.

The authors of the article have chosen a company acting as an agent for a container shipping line because the company seeks to decrease its service failures and reduce the chaotic nature of its activities by systematizing them from a scientific point of view and refining its operations at the managerial level. Employees of the company are responsible for activities such as a search for customers, price offers, contacting clients, the conclusion of contracts, coordination of cargo transportation, document control, invoicing and payment control. Proper execution of these operations ensures the quality of services provided by the container line agent. The learning organization concept, situational management theory and total quality management theory are applicable to the management of the personnel activity process in the line. In terms of management functions, planning is more suitable for activities such as searching for customers, price offers, conclusion of contracts and invoicing; organizing is more required when searching for customers, contacting them and concluding contracts; leading is more suitable for activities such as contact with clients, conclusion of contracts and payment control; control is more required when contacting customers, coordinating cargo transportation, invoicing and controlling payment. A conceptual approach that theoretically reveals the principles and possibilities of the company’s activities in the container shipping line can serve as the basis for future empirical research to identify problems in its personnel activity management.

MSMEs play a key role in the national economy, especially in increasing economic growth and creating new jobs. However, in the digital era, MSMEs face major problems, such as low levels of digital literacy, limited access to the internet, and fierce competition with large companies that have used technology before. This study examines the variables that influence the sustainability of MSMEs amidst digital challenges and finds methods that can be used so that MSMEs can survive and grow. The research method was carried out through surveys and direct interviews with MSME actors at Pasar Pagi Setia Budi, Medan, North Sumatra. The results of the study showed that most MSME actors did not utilize digital platforms for marketing and transactions, which resulted in decreased income. To increase competitiveness, MSMEs need to improve their digital knowledge, adopt online marketing strategies, and optimize the use of e-commerce and social media. Support from the government, financial institutions, and technology companies is also very important. In the increasingly competitive digital era, by implementing the right digitalization strategy, MSMEs can improve operational efficiency, expand market reach, and maintain the sustainability of their business.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, contributing 61.07% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing 97% of the workforce. However, this sector still faces various challenges, both from internal factors such as limited capital, human resources, and access to technology, as well as external factors such as a less conducive business climate, inadequate infrastructure, and technological development. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze the problems faced by MSMEs and find strategic solutions. The results of the study show that government support, optimization of access to financing, and utilization of digital technology are needed to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs so that they can continue to grow and make a greater contribution to national economic growth.

The existence of micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in Bandar Lampung City, is not free from obstacles, one of which is related to bookkeeping or financial reporting. Mobile accounting-based applications are present as one of the technologies that are expected to overcome the problems faced by micro, small and medium enterprises. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence the interest in implementing mobile-based accounting in micro, small and medium enterprises in Bandar Lampung City. The theory used in this study is UTAUT which consists of performance expectations, social influences and facilitating conditions. From the results of the study, it was obtained that performance expectations influenced the interest in implementing mobile accounting. Social influences did not affect the interest in implementing mobile accounting. Conditions that helped influence the interest in implementing mobile accounting.

Lifestyle and fashion have become an inseparable part of modern society. Excessive public consumption of apparel products causes clothing manufacturers to speed up their production performance. The production and consumption processes of society are primarily the cause of much of the natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as is the disposal of worn-out apparel and is not managed responsibly. Economic globalization and the media industry are one of the factors that shape this condition. Lifestyle growth is a reference for society that is considered good or bad, up to the date or expiration. The purpose of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is experiencing rapid progress, but many of the fashion industry movers and players ignore the current environmental problems. Provides an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental damage over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices are to increase sustainable development goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by research illustrations regarding how to make bag products using the concept of sustainable fashion. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how sustainable fashion production and consumption is from an Islamic economic perspective.

One of the most important instruments in economics is the sharia market which offers alternative investment options in accordance with Islamic sharia principles. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept of the Indonesian sharia market, the mechanisms involved, and the potential and challenges faced during its development. The method used in this study is a literature study using qualitative descriptive analysis, namely analyzing various factors, laws, and current developments related to the sharia market. The findings of this study indicate that the Indonesian sharia market has experienced significant growth due to stricter regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI). However, there are still several problems in this market, such as the lack of public understanding of sharia principles and gaps in available sharia products. Nevertheless, the Indonesian sharia capital market has a lot of potential, including the ability to increase public awareness of sharia investment and the various investment products available.

Inhiven Design is a company that combines graphic design with interior design to provide creative and integrated solutions in various fields such as housing, offices, and commercial. The author's purpose in conducting this study is to analyze the history of the early formation of Inhiven Design? Then what are the problems faced during the establishment of Inhiven Design? And how does Inhiven Design optimize sales in its marketing? The method used in this study is qualitative observation with primary data collection through direct interviews. This study examines the development of Inhiven Design, including the company profile, history of its establishment, and marketing and management strategies implemented. Data were collected through qualitative observation and direct interviews with team members to understand the marketing strategy carried out by Inhiven Design by applying contemporary trends in interior design. The results of the analysis show that the success of Inhiven Design depends not only on technical skills and creativity, but also on the ability to adapt to market changes and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

This research discusses the implementation of compliance for trade service employees which is being re-implemented for the community in connection with the rise of street vendors in the South Sumatra province. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods are research methods that prioritize social phenomena and provide evidence that is socially coherent and specific in relation to the cases or phenomena that occur. The problems studied in qualitative research are relatively clearer and easier to understand because case studies prioritize real events that occur in the community. The research results show that the implementation of the level of compliance among trade service employees is still relatively lacking. This is because the trade department is still not specific and active enough to remind the public regarding the trading process within the South Sumatra provincial department which still trades anywhere. The follow-up carried out by the trade service is still relatively in the form of a warning. Apart from that, employees in the area or environment of the South Sumatra provincial trade office are still lacking in implementation regarding the prohibition on carrying out trading actions that can damage public facilities, trade on the street, fill sidewalks and also eliminate the comfort of other people regarding pedestrians.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

Although Indonesia occupies the third position as a food-producing country in the world, almost every year it faces repeated problems with production, especially rice food production. As a result, Indonesia has to import rice from other food-producing countries. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors affect rice imports in Indonesia. The method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. This study concludes that there is simultaneously a significant influence between Rice Production, Rice Price, Population, and Exchange Rate on Rice Imports in Indonesia. Meanwhile, partially Rice Production and Exchange Rate have an insignificant influence, Rice Price and the Population have a significant influence on Rice Imports in Indonesia.

Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.

There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. Financing is the main function and product of Islamic banking, namely the distribution of funds aimed at helping those in need, and if managed properly, can contribute significantly to Islamic banking income. However, in their distribution, funds carry many risks due to the uncertain and diverse nature of humans. This risk is reflected in the existence of loans that face problems that reduce the profits or profitability of Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on the profitability (ROA) of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah By including Financing, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) as the independent variable and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. This is a quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population or research theme is the annual report of Bank Kaltimtara Syariah. A total of 9 samples were taken from the Bank Kaltimtara Syariah Quarterly Financial Report for the 2016-2018 period. Based on the test results, it is known that tcount = - 1.4 98 < t table = 1.8 3 3 Financing and NonPerforming Financing (NPF) both have no significant positive effect on Return On Assets (ROA). While the Financing to deposit Ratio (FDR) regression shows a significant influence on Profitability (ROA). The amount of tcount is 1.859 > ttable 1.833

The current problems of income inequality, slow economic growth, and other interrelated complexities are all directly linked to poverty. Finally, all nations must fight poverty in order to provide a recognized and prosperous life for their citizens. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain how poverty will change in Central Java Province between 2017 and 2021 as a result of inequality in income distribution and economic growth. Using quantitative research techniques, this research. Inequality of Income Distribution, Economic Growth, and Poverty The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province in 2017–2021 is a secondary data source with time series data. In addition, other methods were used to collect and analyze the data. and processed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous test results show that the Inequality of Income Distribution and Economic Growth does not have an insignificant effect on the Poverty Level. But secondly, when the correlation and determination tests were carried out, the results showed that the two independent variables had a relationship of 64.1% and an influence of 41.1% on the Poverty Level in Central Java Province for the 2017-2021 period.  

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.
