Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) refers to voluntary actions that are not directly rewarded by the formal reward system but that contribute to organizational effectiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a reflection of the added value of employees and contributes to job performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. PT Erindo Mandiri is a company engaged in the production of bottled mineral water. This study aims to evaluate the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Erindo Mandiri, as well as to ascertain how HR management can improve company effectiveness through OCB. In this case, the researcher employs an associative method with the objective of discerning the impact of job satisfaction (X1) and organizational commitment (X2) on the organizational citizenship behavior variable (Y) at PT Erindo Madiri. The results of the research conducted at PT Erindo Mandiri indicate that job satisfaction and organizational commitment exert a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The conjunction of these two variables engenders augmented individual and collective efficacy, as well as organizational systems that culminate in superior HR performance, characterized by minimal absenteeism and negligible deviations.

This research aims to describe the application of the precautionary principle in dealing with bad credit and to determine the assessment in providing financing to PT. BSM Kcp Script. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri di Kabupaten Blora. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Bengawan Retail Mandiri Kabupaten Blora dengan sampel 100 karyawan.. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat uji statistic. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 4,680. Disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 15% terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif -19,1%, stress kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif 14.5%, beban kerja meiliki pengaruh positif 37% dan kepuasan kerja memliki pengaruh positif sebesar 51%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,703 atau 70,3%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel disiplin kerja, lingkungan kerja, stress kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 70,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 0,297 atau 29,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini..

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan dasar atas rendahnya kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa di SDN 10 Pantoloan Kecamatan Taweili Kota Palu. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi dan numerasi serta mengembangkan budaya literasi numerasi siswa. Bentuk kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan program kegiatan pojok baca, penambahan jam pembelajaran materi literasi dan numerasi di sekolah. Program pengabdian dilakukan secara kolaboratif oleh kelompok dosen dan mahasiswa kampus mengajar mandiri angkatan 1 di SDN 10 Pantoloan selama 4 bulan mulai dari bulan September-Desember 2022. This study aims to determine and analyze how the health comparison of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk based on earnings and capital for the 2016-2020 period. The collection technique in this research is using the documentation on financial statements and literature studies of the theories used. Sampling in the form of financial statements, income statements and balance sheets obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which is accessed on the website www.idx.The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Banking soundness level based on Earnings and capital consisting of ROA, ROE, NIM BOPO, and CAR. From the results of this study indicate that the health level of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is better than PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk. This is due to differences in the level of supervision of the bank's health performance which give rise to different health management for each bank.

This study aims to analyze the ease of making payments, ability to pay and compliance with making payment of the individual participant National Health Insurance (JKN-KIS) in the BPJS Kesehatan Magelang. This research, it is hoped that it will be able to contribute to BPJS Kesehatan regarding matters and ideas to form a strategy which can increase the collectability of JKN-KIS premium payment contributions, especially for the individual participant segment. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through distributing questionnaires given to 400 individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data that has been collected through distributing questionnaires, then testing the instrument. Where, the instrument test consists of validity and reliability tests. Researchers in this study took samples using purposive sampling technique, specifically for individual participants BPJS Kesehatan. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average (mean). The results of the analysis show that the ease of making payments shows the dimensions mean high category in all dimensions, so it can be concluded that the participants are very easy to make contribution payments with the payment mechanisms and procedures and channels provided by BPJS Kesehatan. The results analysis of the ability to pay and the results analysis of compliance with making payments show the dimensions mean value of the low category in all dimensions. That it needs to receive special attention from BPJS Kesehatan so the ability and compliance in paying contributions will increase.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil analisis rasio solvabilitas menggunakan Total DAR, DER, LTDtER, TIER, dan FCC kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT. Kimia Farma Tbk periode 2018 – 2020. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui nilai variabel mandiri satu atau lebih tanpa perbandingan variabel mandiri. Penelitian menggunakan sumber data sekunder laporan keuangan PT. Kimia Farma (persero) Tbk periode 2018 – 2020. Penelitian dengan menganalisa rasio solvabilitas kemudian dideskripsikan secara kuantitatif dengan standar kriteria yang telah dipilih peneliti berdasarkan ketentuan para ahli. Sesuai dengan standar kriteria industri yang ditetapkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Debt To Aset Ratio (DAR) 61,8% dan Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) mengalami kenaikan liabilitas jangka pendek dan jangka panjang sehingga keduanya dalam kondisi cukup/insolvable (3) Long Term Debt To Equity Ratio (LTDtER) memperoleh hasil 56,2 kali berarti dalam kondisi cukup/insolvable (4) Time Interest Earned Ratio (TIER) diperolehan hasil perputaran 12,46 kali sehingga dalam kondisi baik.(5) Fixed Charge Coverage (FCC) diperoleh hasil 0,53 kali sehingga dalam kondisi cukup.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh pembiayaan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia periode 2016-2020 (studi kasus ex Bank Syariah Mandiri) di Demang Palembang. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1) Apakah pembiayaan Mudharabah berpengaruh terhadap ROA Bank Syariah Indonesia Pengaruh Pembiayaan Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2016-2020 (Studi Kasus Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri) Di Demang Palembang, 2) Apakah pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh terhadap ROA Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2016-2020 (Studi Kasus Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri) Di Demang Palembang, 3) Apakah pembiayaan Ijarah berpengaruh terhadap ROA Bank Syariah Periode 2016-2020 (Studi Kasus Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri) Di Demang Palembang, 4) Bagaimana pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, murabahah dan ijarah terhadap ROA Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2016-2020 (Studi Kasus Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri) Di Demang Palembang secara bersama-sama. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan terhadap profitabilitas Bank Syariah Indonesia Periode 2016-2020 Studi Kasus Ex Bank Syariah Mandiri Di Demang Palembang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Data diperoleh dari laporan keuangan bulanan Bank Syariah Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembiayaan mudharabah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROA, (2) pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ROA, (3) pembiayaan ijarah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan ROA, (4) pembiayaan mudharabah, murabahah dan ijarah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).
