This study aims to analyze the strategies used by Islamic banks to improve Islamic financial literacy in the digital era and to identify the challenges and opportunities that arise during their implementation. A mixed method approach with a concurrent triangulation design was applied, combining qualitative data collected through interviews and document analysis with quantitative data gathered from community perception surveys regarding Islamic financial literacy. Data analysis involved thematic content analysis for qualitative data and descriptive statistics for quantitative data, which were later integrated through triangulation to produce more comprehensive findings. The results indicate that Islamic banks implement strategies centered on the synergy between direct educational programs, collaboration with academic institutions and communities, and the utilization of digital technology through applications and social media platforms. The findings also reveal a significant literacy gap, particularly among younger generations and groups with limited digital access. Nevertheless, opportunities for literacy improvement continue to expand through internet penetration, digital innovation, and increasing public trust in the Islamic financial system. Overall, the study concludes that the success of Islamic financial literacy programs depends on the sustainable integration of educational and digital strategies.

This research aims to systematically analyze the causes, impacts, and strategies for addressing economic recessions through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Using the PRISMA guidelines, this study identifies and synthesizes scientific literature from 2020 to 2025 that discusses economic recessions in both global and national contexts. The study results show that the economic recession is triggered by various factors such as high inflation, energy crises, global pandemics, and geopolitical tensions. The impact extends to the labor sector, the business world, and the social conditions of society, particularly on MSMEs and vulnerable groups. Effective strategies for facing a recession include coordinated fiscal and monetary policies, strengthening the domestic economy, as well as technology-based innovation and multisector collaboration. These findings provide a conceptual foundation for formulating adaptive economic policies in facing future economic crises.

Social and economic welfare reflects the quality of life in a region and is influenced by local social, economic, and environmental factors. East Java, as the second most populous province in Indonesia, faces challenges in improving the welfare of its residents, particularly due to varying regional characteristics such as employment, education, and population demographics. To understand the patterns of interrelationships among factors affecting welfare, this study conducted a klaster analysis to group regions based on similar characteristics. The klaster analysis employed both hierarchical (complete linkage) and non-hierarchical (K-means) approaches to determine the optimal number of klasters. The results revealed that the level of diversity across regions in East Java tends to be homogeneous in social and economic aspects, with average values exceeding standard deviations. Assumption tests for the klaster analysis confirmed that the data met the assumptions of multivariate normal distribution and dependency.Through hierarchical (complete linkage) and non-hierarchical (K-means) klaster analysis, two main klasters were formed, dividing districts/cities in East Java based on welfare characteristics. Using the complete linkage method, 27 regions were grouped into klaster 1, and 11 regions into klaster 2, while K-means grouped 26 regions into klaster 1 and 12 regions into klaster 2. Out of the six variables used, one variable was found to be insignificant in influencing the klastering results. Based on the mapping results, the grouping aligns with similar criteria, where urban areas predominantly fall into one klaster, and the other klaster is dominated by rural areas.

This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. Abstract and Keywords must be written in English, in italic style, and contain a brief description of the research background, objectives, methods, findings, and implications.
