The rise of digital transformation and increasing competition in the Islamic financial sector require microfinance institutions such as KSPPS BMT NU Sejahtera Bumiayu to implement innovative strategies to build competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the development of innovative services through the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) framework, which focuses on value creation and the discovery of untapped market space. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving management and active customers. The findings indicate that based on external analysis (PEST and Five Forces) and internal evaluation, the institution holds strong potential to develop service strategies driven by innovation. The application of the ERRC Grid led to several strategic actions, including eliminating administrative fees, simplifying procedures, enhancing service quality and technology, and developing the digital application BMT Mobile. The study concludes that BOS is an effective strategic framework for expanding inclusive, community-based Islamic finance. The results contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of adaptive and competitive Islamic microfinance service models.

This research aims to analyze the strategic position of the Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Cilongok using the Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix method and formulate development strategies for savings and loan units and supermarket businesses. The research method uses a quantitative-qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. SPACE Matrix analysis is carried out by identifying factors of financial strength, competitive advantage, industry strength, and environmental stability. The results show that KUD Cilongok is in an aggressive quadrant position with relatively high values of financial strength and industry strength. The recommended strategies include market penetration, market development, product development, and business diversification. The implementation of these strategies is expected to improve the performance of KUD Cilongok's savings and loan units and supermarket businesses, as well as improve the welfare of members and the surrounding community.

In a change towards what is desired, change management is needed to provide stimulus and also a supervisory and control function in each change process. In this case study, KPP PMB succeeded in carrying out development and obtaining the ZIWBK predicate through three change management implementation processes. The first stage, namely Re-freezing, at this stage it is hoped that all stakeholders will be aware of the need for change, on the basis of which they are required to form an organizational structure to make changes along with the work program that will be delivered. The second stage is the change stage, this stage changes begin to be carried out by executing all the work programs that have been created, socialization from change agents is very necessary to communicate the goals and regulations changed by the organization as well as the commitment of all employees in making changes in behavior, mindset and culture . Changes that have been successfully implemented must be maintained according to documented standards and also carried out regular evaluations in accordance with the aim of the last stage, namely refreezing.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.
