This article aims to provide theoretical and practical insights into conflict management to support leaders and managers in managing conflict effectively in various contexts and provide a comprehensive understanding of conflict management through a literature review of the sources, symptoms, and causes of conflict. Conflict that occurs in an organization can hinder the achievement of desired goals, therefore conflict needs to be managed properly so that its impact can be minimized, organizational conflict can also be interpreted as a conflict that arises when the goal-oriented behavior of one group conflicts with or is threatened by the goals of another group. This study uses a literature study method to analyze various concepts of conflict management that have been put forward by experts. The results of the study show that conflict, whether in a positive, negative, or neutral sense, is an unavoidable phenomenon. The source of conflict can come from various factors that trigger differences and clashes between individuals, groups, or organizations. Conflict also occurs due to misunderstandings or incompatibilities between individuals or groups in an effort to achieve their goals, this is often referred to as a causal factor. The impact of conflict actually depends on its nature. On the one hand, well-managed conflict can improve the quality of decisions, encourage active involvement in discussions, and strengthen group cohesion. However, on the other hand, conflict can also drain members' energy, disrupt productivity, and cause hostility that hinders collaboration. In a change towards what is desired, change management is needed to provide stimulus and also a supervisory and control function in each change process. In this case study, KPP PMB succeeded in carrying out development and obtaining the ZIWBK predicate through three change management implementation processes. The first stage, namely Re-freezing, at this stage it is hoped that all stakeholders will be aware of the need for change, on the basis of which they are required to form an organizational structure to make changes along with the work program that will be delivered. The second stage is the change stage, this stage changes begin to be carried out by executing all the work programs that have been created, socialization from change agents is very necessary to communicate the goals and regulations changed by the organization as well as the commitment of all employees in making changes in behavior, mindset and culture . Changes that have been successfully implemented must be maintained according to documented standards and also carried out regular evaluations in accordance with the aim of the last stage, namely refreezing.

Performance is a measure or assessment of the extent to which a company can achieve the desired goals and results. One way to assess the financial performance of a company is to carry out financial report analysis. This research aims to determine financial performance using financial ratios at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk which occurred before the disaster that hit the world, namely the Covid 19 pandemic, during the Covid 19 pandemic and after the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with analysis techniques using liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios. The information and data for this research come from the annual financial report on the official website of PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The results of this research are measurements of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability ratios at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk from 2018 to 2023 which obtained an average performance score with conditions tending to be unhealthy.

Business management is the science and practice that encompasses planning, organizing, directing, and controlling organizational resources to achieve established goals. It involves coordinating various aspects of business activities to ensure the sustainability, growth, and success of the organization. In the novel titled "Lupus N’Work" by Hilman, Lupus and his friends intend to establish a business that arises from their desire not to depend on others and to increase their allowances. However, as their business progresses, a new and more formidable business competitor emerges due to their seriousness. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of business management by Lupus in Lupus N’Work and to examine whether it aligns with the Business Management Process according to Sarinah. The research method used is the Qualitative Research method, involving a series of steps, including in-depth data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The results obtained using qualitative research methods indicate that the Management Process is in line with the business management process outlined in the book "Introduction to Management" by Sarinah.

Purpose – Using a Literature Review, the purpose of this research is to see and discuss the negative impact of emerging digital technology on the mental well-being of employees. Next, this article explores various efforts that can be made to overcome digital stress, both efforts that can be made by companies, leaders and managers, as well as employees themselves. Design/methodology/approach – Directed literature review is carried out to search for relevant sources on Google Scholar to form the basis of research. Findings – Based on these findings, technological advances in the world of work have been proven to be able to increase productivity and provide access to the desired information. However, excessive use of technology can actually have a negative impact on employees' mental health due to digital stress. Therefore, it is necessary to implement measures that can be taken to help overcome this. Originality/value – Apart from conducting a LR analysis of the problems to be discussed, which are limited in the field, this paper also underlines the need for ongoing discussions apart from previous discussions to increase our understanding of the impact of digital stress.
