This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee productivity at the Semarak Dana Mojokerto Savings and Loan Cooperative.  The problem of low discipline and performance of marketing staff is an important background, given the limited empirical studies on human resource factors in micro cooperatives in Indonesia.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling technique on 35 respondents.  The instrument, in the form of a questionnaire, consisted of 28 statement items measured on a 1–5 Likert scale, with validity and reliability tests showing good results (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Multiple linear regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS 26. The results of the study show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on productivity (β = 0.723, p < 0.05), as does organizational commitment (β = 0.555, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these two variables contribute to an increase in employee productivity with a coefficient of determination of 77.8%.  These findings support the theories of Locke (1976) and Meyer & Allen (1991) and are in line with previous studies, although the context of micro cooperatives provides unique characteristics. The practical implications of this study encourage cooperatives to strengthen their reward systems, provide training, and improve work SOPs, particularly in marketing services. The limitations of this study lie in the small sample size and cross-sectional design. Future research is recommended to use a larger sample, a longitudinal approach, and include moderator variables such as work motivation or organizational culture.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Poverty is a problem faced by all countries in the world, especially in developing countries. Poverty is a complex problem that is influenced by many related factors, while this study aims to analyze how and how much influence the Human Development Index, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Unemployment Rate have on Poverty Rates in Indonesia in the period 2017 to 2021. This research using multiple regression analysis with panel data as the method of analysis. This research focuses on six provinces in Indonesia as cross section data and the time range from 2017 to 2021 as time series data. The results of the study show that simultaneously there is influence between the human development index variable Gross Domestic Regional Product and the response to poverty. Then partially, the human development index variable has a negative and significant effect on the poverty variable, and for the Gross Domestic Regional Product variable it shows positive and insignificant results on the poverty variable while the relaxation variable shows positive and significant results on the poverty variable. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows 99.6.

Traffic accidents are influenced by several factors including human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. Of the four, have an influence on traffic accidents with satisfactory results. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Human error, Animals, Weather, and Traffic Signs on traffic accidents on the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency, Bali. In this study, the research population is motorized vehicle users who cross the Denpasar-Gilimanuk highway, Jembrana Regency by taking a sample system with a total of 93 respondents (samples). The variables in this study consisted of: Human error (X1), Animals (X2), Weather (X3), Traffic signs (X4) and the dependent variable was Traffic Accident (Y). The research model is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis using the statistical tool SPSS V.25 program obtained multiple linear regression equations Y = -1.530+0,313X1+0,227X2+0,258X3+0,318X4+µ. Shows that, based on empirical facts (the results of filling out the questionnaire) and multiple linear regression results show that the Human error variable (X1) has a t count of 3.680 and a t table of 1.98729 then H1 is accepted and significant, animals (X2) have a t count of 2,035 and t table of 1,98729 then H2 is accepted and significant, weather (X3) has a t count of 2.852 and t table of 1.98729 then H3 is accepted and significant, traffic signs (X4) has a t count of 4.618 and t table of 1.98729 then H4 is accepted and significant. In the coefficient of determination test (R Square) the Adjust R Square value of 0.633 means that 63.3% of the variation in the dependent variable of traffic accident factors can be explained by the independent variables of human error, animals, weather, traffic signs. While the remaining 36.7% is explained by other reasons outside the variables studied.
