This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence religious commitment and Islamic product attributes have on customer trust in using the services of a case study sharia financial institution at Bank Sumut, Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub Branch. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

Very tight competition in the culinary world makes entrepreneurs have to think about what consumers want, including looking at the variety of menus, prices, and locations. The researcher chose Yamyam Restaurant based on several considerations. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of menu diversity, price, and location partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions at Yamyam. The research uses quantitative methods. The population taken was 1,277 consumers using Non Probability techniques. The Slovin formula was used for the sample obtained which was 93 respondents. Data processing was conducted with the SPSS program. The results of this study show that menu diversity, prices, and locations have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at Yamyam.

Fokus masalah dalam tulisan ialah menelusuri Paralelisme Prinsip Tauhid dengan Manajemen Kinerja Pegawai pada Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Kab. Asahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang digolongkan kepada penelitian lapangan (field research), yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yaitu metode yang berusaha mencari dan menyajikan data-data dari objek yang akan diteliti. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh ialah; Pertama, pengaruh prinsip Tauhid dalam kehidupan pegawai tampak dalam sikap dan tingkah lakunya yang dilandaskan pada suatu keyakinan yaitu memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, moral yang bersih, menghargai waktu, bertanggung jawab dan berorientasi pada produktivitas. Kedua, Prinsip Tauhid penting dalam meningkatkan manajemen kinerja pegawai PTPN IV Ashan, terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempe-ngaruhi semnagat kerja di antaranya,  agama, motivasi, penilaian prestasi dan pembinaan. Prinsip Tauhid selalu mengambil posisi dan memainkan peranan positif, dinamis, dan kreatif dalam memajukan kinerja pegawai.

Fashion muslim pada beberapa dekade terakhir mendapat perhatian besar dan banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat beberapa hal yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran fashion dan beberapa faktornya terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengujian model dan hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan 180 responden dengan populasi yang merupakan wanita berusia antara 18-55 tahun yang berdomisili di Indonesia yang beragama Islam dan dalam keseharian menggunakan pakaian muslim. Hipotesis penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan software Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber pengetahuan fashion muslim, gaya berpakaian dan keunikan fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim. Kesadaran fashion muslim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap konsumsi fashion muslim. Namun motivasi fashion muslim tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran fashion muslim.
