This study aims to analyze inventory control of catfish seeds at ABC Company by comparing the conventional inventory method represented by the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach and the Just In Time (JIT) system in order to improve cost efficiency. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with company management, and documentation of inventory and cost records for the 2024 operational period. The analysis method involved calculating optimal order quantities, ordering frequency, delivery frequency, and total inventory costs using EOQ and JIT formulas, followed by a comparative cost efficiency analysis. The results show that the conventional method resulted in a total inventory cost of Rp 75,050,000 per year with high ordering frequency. In contrast, the implementation of the JIT system reduced inventory costs to Rp 18,762,500 per year, achieving a cost efficiency of 72%. These findings indicate that the JIT system is more cost-efficient than the conventional method; however, its implementation requires careful consideration of supplier capacity, logistics readiness, and biological risks associated with live inventory. This study contributes empirical evidence on the applicability of JIT in the aquaculture sector, which has different characteristics from manufacturing industries.

This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability as proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), solvency as proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and liquidity as proxied by Current Ratio (CR) on firm value as proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) in the Indonesian food and beverage sector. The study focuses on the 2019-2023 period, a timeframe uniquely defined by the economic disruption of the COVID-19 pandemic and its initial recovery phase. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample consists of 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), selected through a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 50 firm-year observations. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, the variables of profitability, solvency, and liquidity have a significant positive influence on firm value. This finding suggests that during a period of systemic crisis, the capital market places a valuation premium on companies that can demonstrate holistic and comprehensive signals of financial health. The novelty of this research lies in its contextualization of the dynamic role of financial ratios as crucial signals amidst an unprecedented economic shock. This study provides an empirical explanation for why investors prioritized stability and resilience, thereby reconciling conflicting findings in prior literature regarding the impact of liquidity on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the influence of green financing, industrialization level, and fossil energy consumption on carbon emissions in Indonesia for the period 2018–2023. The method used is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) approach based on time series data. The dependent variable used is carbon emissions, while the independent variables include green financing, industrialization level, and fossil energy consumption. The results of the analysis show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables do not have a significant effect on carbon emissions. The coefficients of green financing and industrialization tend to be positive, while fossil energy consumption is negative, but all are not statistically significant. These findings indicate that green financing policies, industrial development, and fossil energy consumption during the study period have not had a significant impact on carbon emissions in Indonesia. This study recommends the need to extend the observation period, add relevant variables such as the renewable energy mix, and optimize the implementation of green energy and financing policies to support carbon emission reduction in the future.

This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work environment on employee morale at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of Bima Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows. The results reveal that communication (β = 0.551; t = 18.459; p < 0.05) and work environment (β = 0.401; t = 16.786; p < 0.05) have a significant partial effect on employee morale. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 94.4% to the increase in employee morale (R² = 0.944; F = 43.288; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that effective communication and a supportive work environment can enhance motivation and productivity among public sector employees. The practical implication of this study suggests that organizational management needs to improve the quality of internal communication and create a conducive work environment to optimize organizational performance.

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that affect profit growth.  Profit growth is the study's dependent variable, and premium income, claim payments, risk-based capital, and investment returns are its independent variables.  Information was gathered from insurance firms that were listed between 2019 and 2023 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  Ten businesses that satisfied specific requirements made up the study's sample.  To get a complete picture of the link between one variable and another, multiple linear regression analysis was employed as the study approach, with a 5% confidence level.  The factors Premium Income, Claim Payments, Risk-Based Capital, and Investment Returns all had a somewhat significant impact on Profit Growth, according to the partial test results. The factors Premium Income, Claim Payments, Risk-Based Capital, and Investment Returns all had a substantial impact on Profit Growth at the same time, according to the results of the simultaneous test.  It is anticipated that other businesses listed on the BEI will use the study's findings as a guide to focus more on financial ratios in order to boost their profits.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh infrastruktur jalan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengaruh infrastruktur listrik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengaruh infrastruktur jalan dan listrik terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini menggunaan penelitian kuantitatif. enelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk jadi dan telah diolah oleh pihak lainnya yang biasanya dalam bentuk publikasi. Jenis data yang digunakan berupa data Time Series (runtun waktu). Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh infrastruktur terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh, dalam penelitian dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa Variabel infrastruktur jalan yang terdapat nilai probabilitasnya yaitu sebesar 0.1804 > 0.05 sehinngga dapat disimpulkan bahwa infrastruktur jalan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Variabel infrastruktur listrik yang terdapat nilai probabilitasnya yaitu sebesar 0.0220 < 0.05 sehinngga dapat disimpulkan bahwa infrastruktur listrik berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi   Kata kunci: Pusat Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Infrastruktur Jalan, Infrastruktur Listrik

Cloud-Based Accounting Systems (CBAS) are technological innovations that support digital transformation in financial management by increasing efficiency, transparency, and real-time data access. This system helps companies reduce manual recording errors, improve reporting accuracy, and accelerate data-based decision-making processes. In addition, CBAS also has advantages in terms of flexibility of use and compliance with accounting standards, making it a relevant solution for modern companies. Although CBAS offers many benefits, its implementation can also create a perception of technological superiority that does not fully reflect reality if it is not balanced with organizational and human resource readiness. Challenges often faced in implementing CBAS include dependence on cloud services, data security threats, and errors in system input or configuration that can lead to inaccurate financial reports. In addition, overly high expectations for automation can lead to neglect of manual supervision that is still needed to maintain the reliability of financial information. The success of CBAS implementation is highly dependent on a well-designed implementation strategy, adequate user training, and appropriate risk mitigation measures. With careful planning and a strategic approach, CBAS can serve as a tool that increases financial transparency and efficiency, not just a technology trend that provides no real benefits.

Lifestyle and fashion have become an inseparable part of modern society. Excessive public consumption of apparel products causes clothing manufacturers to speed up their production performance. The production and consumption processes of society are primarily the cause of much of the natural damage caused. Where the waste from the fabric/textile dyeing production process from upstream to downstream is not managed properly, as is the disposal of worn-out apparel and is not managed responsibly. Economic globalization and the media industry are one of the factors that shape this condition. Lifestyle growth is a reference for society that is considered good or bad, up to the date or expiration. The purpose of this paper is to provide an introduction to the awareness of the fashion industry which is experiencing rapid progress, but many of the fashion industry movers and players ignore the current environmental problems. Provides an introduction to how fashion waste that is disposed of irresponsibly will cause environmental damage over time. The implications for producers, consumers and policy choices are to increase sustainable development goals with the aim of building an environmentally friendly fashion industry. This is followed by research illustrations regarding how to make bag products using the concept of sustainable fashion. A brief review of one of the fashion designers who pioneered the sustainable fashion/ ecofashion movement. This paper will also explain how sustainable fashion production and consumption is from an Islamic economic perspective.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor makroekonomi yang mempengaruhi ekspor di Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data ekspor, inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar pada periode 1998-2022 yang dipublikasikan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dengan data time series, data diolah dengan menggunakan program eviews 10. Hasil pengujian VECM dalam jangka panjang inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor, suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor. Untuk jangka pendek inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor, suku bunga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor, dan nilai tukar pada jangka panjang dan pendek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ekspor.

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

The implementation of MYOB Accounting at the Blue Campus Prosperous Employee Cooperative is a strategic step to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial management. Previously, this cooperative used a manual system which was prone to errors and took time in the process of recording transactions. By switching to MYOB Accounting, cooperatives can automate various financial processes, from recording daily transactions to monthly financial reports. This implementation not only speeds up the administrative process, but also increases the transparency and accountability of financial reports. As a result, the Biru Sejahtera Campus Employee Cooperative has experienced an increase in data-based decision making, as well as making it easier for members to access financial information. It is hoped that the implementation of this software-based accounting system can become a model for other cooperatives in improving financial management professionally and efficiently.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

This research was carried out based on data saying that Elzatta in the period from year to year experienced an increase in percentage as the brand with the best quality, it's just that in 2019 it experienced a slight decrease in numbers, this might have been due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit the Indonesian nation at that time and of course slightly affected the brand process at Elzatta. Thus, based on the results of the initial observations and analysis above, which found a uniqueness in Elzatta using a sharia marketing strategy for their products, the researcher was compelled to describe this phenomenon, namely related to the Islamic marketing strategy implemented by the Elzatta store so that it continues to exist in the face of real world business competition This research uses a type of qualitative research by using data collection methods in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The technique of analyzing the data is by filtering the data, presenting the data, and cross-checking the data. While testing the validity of the data is done using triangulation techniques. The results of this study found that: 1. Elzatta's product sharia marketing strategy was carried out with three main strategies, namely: (1) Market segmentation; (2) Targeting and Positioning; and (3) combination strategy which includes: strategy in maintaining the product; price range strategy; strategy in choosing a point of sale; strategy in the field of product promotion; strategy in HR management; strategy in the easy shopping process; strategy in the marketing process through social media. 2. Supporting factors for the sharia marketing strategy for Elzatta products are due to several factors, namely: Maintaining service quality; Understanding customer needs and company needs through SWOT analysis; Neat employee appearance; Responsiveness in helping customers online/offline; Providing supplies/training to employees/SPG; Sensitivity to the development of global business competition. 3. The inhibiting factors for Elzatta's sharia marketing strategy are internal and external factors. Internal reasons, including: capital, promotion constraints in the field. Meanwhile, these external factors include: price competition and the promotion strategy of Elzatta Jambi's competitors.

The analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The purpose of this regression analysis is to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables of each company's performance. Before running multiple linear tests, this method requires a classical assumption test for best results. SPSS software version 23 is used to process the data.

Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.
