This study aims to analyze the effect of communication and work environment on employee morale at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service of Bima Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows. The results reveal that communication (β = 0.551; t = 18.459; p < 0.05) and work environment (β = 0.401; t = 16.786; p < 0.05) have a significant partial effect on employee morale. Simultaneously, these two variables contribute 94.4% to the increase in employee morale (R² = 0.944; F = 43.288; p < 0.05). These findings indicate that effective communication and a supportive work environment can enhance motivation and productivity among public sector employees. The practical implication of this study suggests that organizational management needs to improve the quality of internal communication and create a conducive work environment to optimize organizational performance.

In the rapidly evolving digital era, effective business models are crucial for sustaining competitiveness. This research explores the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to TemplateKuy, a digital platform providing Notion and Spreadsheet templates. The study aims to identify how BMC's nine components—customer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnerships, and cost structures—can be optimized for business growth and sustainability. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, involving interviews, observations, and SWOT analysis to evaluate TemplateKuy’s strategic positioning. The findings reveal that BMC helps TemplateKuy create tailored strategies that align with market demands, improve operational efficiency, and increase value for its users. However, challenges such as resource limitations and market competition persist. These results offer valuable insights for similar businesses aiming to leverage BMC for strategic planning. The study emphasizes the importance of continuous innovation and customer feedback to maintain relevance in the dynamic digital industry.

This research explores the influence of financial literacy, self-confidence in managing personal finances, and the use of fintech payments on the personal financial management of Sharia Financial Management students at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. This research is motivated by students' lack of understanding regarding personal financial management, which has the potential to affect their readiness to face financial challenges in the future. Through good financial literacy and self-confidence in managing finances, students are expected to be able to manage their finances more wisely. On the other hand, the use of fintech payments is also thought to have an influence on students' financial management behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods and purposive sampling techniques, involving 86 students from the class of 2020-2022. Data was collected via questionnaire, then analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS-26. The research results show that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and payment fintech together have a positive and significant influence on personal financial management, financial literacy has a positive and significant influence, financial self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence, and payment fintech also has an influence positive and significant on students' personal financial management.

The focus of research in writing this thesis is (1) What is the tourism development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (2) What is the strategy for developing human resources to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction? (3) What is the most effective role of media in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, especially in the context of digitalization and developments in information technology? This type of research is field research using a descriptive method approach. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers double-checked to obtain the data obtained and used triangulation techniques, with the aim of obtaining data validity. After that, analyzing it through data reduction and making conclusionsng the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the research results show that (1) tourism development strategies to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction are carried out in various ways, including strategies including adding tourist attractions, developing accessibility, developing amenities, developing public facilities. the role of government. (2) human resource development strategy to increase tourist visits to the Puncak Jowin Tulungagung tourist attraction by implementing a capacity building strategy which includes Human Resource (HR) Development, Strengthening organization, Institutional reform (institutional reform) (3) Media strategy that most effective in reaching and influencing the target audience of tourists, by referring to technical and practical means. by implementing promotions on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok to influence the audience of data tourists to Puncak Jowim tourism.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment, individual characteristics and employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach using literature study and technical content analysis. In the work environment at Bank Syariah Indonesia there is a huge support for the creation of a company's activity processes. With a good working environment, good and pleasant working conditions will be created, this can provide employee morale. According to (Rahmawanti et al., 2014). a work environment that is always around workers who are able to influence them in carrying out the tasks they have been burdened with. Meanwhile, individual characteristics are that each person must have different views, goals, abilities and needs from each other. These differences will bring habits into the world of work, which will cause self-satisfaction and cause differences between each other even though they work in the same place. An employee's performance is the result of a person's work during the period of work, for example standards, targets or target criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon.

This research aims to identify and explain the role of leadership in improving employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. This research uses a special method that aims to explain specific phenomena in depth and data collection techniques are carried out by observation or observation so that researchers immediately go into the field to obtain data that can really be trusted. The results of the study show that the role of leadership has a major influence in increasing employee discipline. Because the leader becomes the most dominant person and has authority, power in all efforts to create employee work discipline.

Pada penelitian ini menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu keberangkatan pesawat di bandara internasional Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian ni menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner, sedangakan untuk metode analisis data adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Maintenance, Scheduling dan Kapasitas Air Side berpengaruh psitif dan signig=fikan terhadap On Time Performance-nya dengan pembuktian uji t masing-masing variabel mendapatkan t hitung sebesar (0,385), (2,822), dan (5,176).
