In a change towards what is desired, change management is needed to provide stimulus and also a supervisory and control function in each change process. In this case study, KPP PMB succeeded in carrying out development and obtaining the ZIWBK predicate through three change management implementation processes. The first stage, namely Re-freezing, at this stage it is hoped that all stakeholders will be aware of the need for change, on the basis of which they are required to form an organizational structure to make changes along with the work program that will be delivered. The second stage is the change stage, this stage changes begin to be carried out by executing all the work programs that have been created, socialization from change agents is very necessary to communicate the goals and regulations changed by the organization as well as the commitment of all employees in making changes in behavior, mindset and culture . Changes that have been successfully implemented must be maintained according to documented standards and also carried out regular evaluations in accordance with the aim of the last stage, namely refreezing.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology.
