Islamic microfinance institutions (IMFIs) in Indonesia have experienced notable progress in line with the growing public interest in Islamic economic principles. However, the competition between Islamic and conventional microfinance sectors is becoming increasingly intense. The LKMS BTM Artha Surya Cooperative, located in Tegal Regency, is currently facing pressure due to this competitive environment and must formulate an effective strategy to sustain and grow its business. This study aims to formulate a strategy using the Blue Ocean Strategy framework as an alternative to overcoming business rivalry. A qualitative approach was employed, gathering primary data through interviews and field observations at BTM Artha Surya Tegal, supported by secondary sources from relevant literature. The findings reveal that BTM Artha Surya has undergone transformation into Baitul Tanwil Muhammadiyah (BTM) Artha Surya and now provides various Sharia-compliant financing services. This research further elaborates on the murabahah financing process, including the recognition, measurement, and disclosure practices implemented in the financial statements of BTM Artha Surya Tegal.

As businesses face increasing pressure to balance financial success with ethical conduct, the study aims to define these concepts, explore their scope, and identify key ethical principles while examining their implementation in Islamic banking. Employing a qualitative methodology, the research analyzes literature and case studies to understand the frameworks guiding ethical business practices. Findings reveal that principles such as honesty, social responsibility, and fairness are essential for fostering trust among stakeholders and enhancing corporate reputation. The implications stress the necessity for businesses to integrate these ethical codes into their operations actively, as doing so not only builds a positive public image but also contributes to long-term sustainability. Furthermore, the study identifies challenges in applying these standards, emphasizing that overcoming such obstacles is vital for creating a fair business ecosystem that benefits all parties involved.

Teacher performance has the most important position in an effort to improve the quality of learning which will later affect the quality of graduates and will affect the achievement of national education goals. Some of the factors that can influence are self-efficacy and technostress. This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous technostress and self-efficacy on teacher performance.  The study used quantitative research. Data retrieval techniques with questionnaires. The study population of all teachers who teach at Tapos Sub-District State High School is 100 teachers. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula and a sample of 80 people was obtained. Instrument test data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, Determination Coefficient Tests, and Hypothesis Tests with t tests and F tests. These findings are consistent with previous research showing that technostress affects teacher performance and self-efficacy also plays a role in improving teacher performance. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and distance learning, these factors have an important role to play in overcoming challenges in improving the quality of learning.
