The background of this research is that there are still many employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II who have not been able to provide brilliant ideas into the operational performance of the company. This can be seen because there are several work processes that are less effective and efficient, therefore it is very important for Perum Jasa Tirta II to further improve Innovative Work Behavior. From a total of 947 employees, it is estimated that only some employees have developed their innovations, then the results of the innovation development of some of these employees resulted in 14 applications and service websites that have been implemented at Perum Jasa Tirta II from the standard number of applications and which should be 26. This research using a quantitative research model, data were collected using a questionnaire technique with 90 respondents, the test method used IBM SPSS 26. The results showed that Cyberloafing had a significant negative effect on Innovation Work Behavior in Perum Jasa Tirta II employees and Leader Member Exchange had a significant positive influence significant effect on Innovation Work Behavior among employees of Perum Jasa Tirta II.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of tax avoidance on firm value with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in Conventional Banking for 2021-2022. This type of research uses quantitative research because it leads to measurement methods and samples to test variables and hypotheses. Source of data in this study using secondary data. The sample in this research is 38 Conventional Banking observations in the 2021-2022 period using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, simple and multiple linear regression analysis, and test the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study state that the tax avoidance variable has a positive and significant effect on company value in the banking sector for the 2021-2022 period and company value can be explained by the Tax Avoidance variable through a regression model of 44.2%. The institutional ownership variable is able to moderate and strengthen the relationship between tax avoidance on firm value in the banking sector for the 2021-2022 period and corporate value can be explained by the Tax Avoidance variable which is moderated by the Institutional Ownership variable, namely 76.4%.

 In an era full of technological developments, various daily activities are connected with the help of the internet, making operations easier and faster. One use of this technology, for example, is massive marketing activities carried out via social media, one of which is WhatsApp. This application introduces WhatsApp Business features specifically designed to facilitate the marketing of their products to consumers. This increase in the number of WhatsApp users opens up more opportunities for businesses to maximize the application's potential as a digital marketing tool. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotions and services via WhatsApp on sales. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this research was 37 people using the questionnaire distribution method as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS software application. The research results show that variable X1 (promotion) and variable X2 (service) each influence variable Y (sales) in a positive direction. Besides that, variables X1 (Promotion) and X2 (Service) in the model together are able to explain 40.3% of the influence on variable Y (Sales).

Rachmadany Dea, 1961201032, Effects of Brand Trust, Fintech Convenience, and Risk on Purchase Decisions Using the Paylater Payment (Case Study in Gading Village Rt. 10 Rw. 07 Kota Surabaya). This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, fintech convenience, and risk variables on purchasing decisions using paylater payment feature in a case study in Gading Village, Rt. 10, Rw. 07 City of Surabaya. The sample in this study is 62. The variables of this study are brand trust, convenience, and risk. The model in this study uses multiple linear analysis, namely the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing which consists of the T test and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Brand trust partially influences purchasing decisions. 2) Ease partially has no effect on purchasing decisions. 3) Partial risk has no effect on purchasing decisions.

In this era of globalization, marketing is more of an information warfare between different parties with the aim of making sales. The marketing environment is rapidly changing, and with these changes, the need for information, latest products, shifts in buyer attitudes and behaviors towards decision-making and product acquisition, as well as the ability to identify opportunities in appropriate marketing, becomes essential. This paper is a literature review using a qualitative descriptive approach, aiming to describe product mix strategies. The methodology employed for data collection is documentation, along with various articles and books, followed by content analysis. The findings of this paper reveal that studying consumers can provide insights for the development of new products, product uniqueness, pricing, distribution channels, advertising messages, and other new marketing elements. A focal point for understanding behavior is the stimulus-response model. Buyer characteristics and decision-making processes lead to specific buyer decisions. The marketing task involves comprehending what occurs in the buyer’s consciousness from external stimuli to the emergence of the buyer's purchasing decision.

Setiap bisnis tentunya memiliki strategi pemasaran yang akan dimplementasikan untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Pada bisnis Toreko juga memiliki strategi pemasaran untuk menyampaikan produk yang dihasilkan kepada konsumen. Untuk merencanakan strategi pemasaran, Toreko menggunakan model bisnis yaitu Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen yaitu costumer segments, value propositions, channels, customer relationship, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partnership, dan cost structure. Dengan menggunakan BMC, dapat mempermudah sebuah bisnis dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang akan diimplementasikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan BMC dalam perencanaan strategi pemasaran pada bisnis Toreko. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, Toreko telah mengimplementasikan beberapa strategi pemasaran yang telah dirumuskan pada sembilan elemen BMC yang bertujuan untuk menyampaikan produk kepada konsumen.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Adapun hipotesis yang diajukan adalah : Ada Pengaruh Perputaran Persedian Barang Terhadap Kebutuhan Modal Kerja Pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh laporan keuangan Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah data laporan keuangan 3 tahun terakhir yakni tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Hasil perhitungan rasio persediaan barang diketahui tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2021 ditemukan sebesar 0,29 dan 0,30 artinya aset Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga hanya dapat menutupi 29% dan 30 % dari kewajiban jangka pendek Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rasio modal kerja diketahui tahun 2019 sebesar 1,78 dan tahun 2020 sebesar 1,90 serta rasio modal kerja tahun 2021 sebesar 1,98 artinya Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga memiliki ketersediaan likuiditas tahun 2019 sebesar 178%, tahun 2020 sebesar 190% dan tahun 2021 sebesar 198% dari pembayaran kewajiban yang harus dilakukan. Koefisien korelasi persediaan barang terhadap modal kerja sebasar 0,998, hubungan tersebut sangat kuat  Model persamaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut Y = 1,273 + 0,824X menunjukkan kearah positif. Hasil uji thitung sebesar 15,973 > ttabel 12,706 maka hipotesis yaitu Ada pengaruh perputaran persedian barang terhadap kebutuhan modal kerja pada Bos Q Ponsel Sibolga dapat diterima

Koperasi merupakan salah satu model usaha bersama yang dikelola oleh anggota dan untuk kesejahteraan bersama. Koperasi sebagai unit usaha otonom mampu berperan dalam berbagai skala ekonomi, termasuk sebagai rantai pasok keuangan dalam ekosistem usaha kecil dan menengah (UMKM).  Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai jenis artikel yang terkait dengan koperasi sebagai rantai pasok keuangan  dengan konsep gadai dari berbagai artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional sejak tahun 2018  hingga tahun 2022.  Tujuan utama makalah ini adalah meneliti tren, peluang dan kendala rantai pasok keuangan dengan wujud koperasi berbasis gadai syariah. Dengan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif  dari 50 artikel jurnal nasional, 74% atau 34 jurnal sudah mengemukakan peran koperasi sebagai rantai pasok pembiayaan, 16% atau 8 artikel fokus pada peran gadai dalam pembiayaan UMKM. Selebihnya, sebanyak 6% dan 4% menjelaskan peran koperasi, UMKM dalam perekonomian.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa koperasi sebagai rantai pasok keuangan merupakan strategi pemberdayaan UMKM dan sekaligus sebagai akses keuangan inklusi bagi UMKM dan masyarakat.
