This study aims to analyze inventory control of catfish seeds at ABC Company by comparing the conventional inventory method represented by the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) approach and the Just In Time (JIT) system in order to improve cost efficiency. This research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through direct observation, semi-structured interviews with company management, and documentation of inventory and cost records for the 2024 operational period. The analysis method involved calculating optimal order quantities, ordering frequency, delivery frequency, and total inventory costs using EOQ and JIT formulas, followed by a comparative cost efficiency analysis. The results show that the conventional method resulted in a total inventory cost of Rp 75,050,000 per year with high ordering frequency. In contrast, the implementation of the JIT system reduced inventory costs to Rp 18,762,500 per year, achieving a cost efficiency of 72%. These findings indicate that the JIT system is more cost-efficient than the conventional method; however, its implementation requires careful consideration of supplier capacity, logistics readiness, and biological risks associated with live inventory. This study contributes empirical evidence on the applicability of JIT in the aquaculture sector, which has different characteristics from manufacturing industries.

Profitability is a company's calculation in seeking profits so that the company can sustain its operational activities. This research aims to assist companies in managing cash, accounts receivable, and debts effectively in order to increase the company's profitability. The research employed a descriptive analysis approach. The Subject and object used in this study is PT Fokus Cory Logistik located in Malaka Sari, Jakarta. The results of this study are (1) Cash turnover in the 2020-2022 period has good enough criteria so that this cash turnover has a positive effect on the company's profitability. (2) The turnover of receivables in the 2020-2021 period had a poor turnover due to the payment of receivables for more than one month, resulting in a decrease in the percentage of profitability even though the turnover of receivables increased. (3) The debt ratio that occurred in 2020 and 2022 was considered good while in 2021 it was considered not good because the percentage was above the industry criteria, this ratio had a significant effect on profitability because a large enough debt would result in an increase in the percentage of profitability.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. In Indonesia, online motorcycle taxis are the largest public transportation with a very large number of partners and fleets, covering all parts of Indonesia. As a profit-oriented mode of public transportation, paying attention to customer satisfaction is a necessity. One of the efforts that can be done is to provide quality services. In fact, this study aims to find out how online transportation users respond by looking at the service elements provided by service providers. Scientific studies are used as a logical way to prove reliable research results, and in this study using quantitative methods and statistical analysis of linear regression. The subjects of this study were users of the online ojek public transportation mode in the student MPLM UNJ 2022,Jakarta. The results of the study provide an overview, in general, respondents are satisfied with the presence of nline motorcycle taxis. This is very helpful and facilitates user activities. However, there are still things that need to be improved, such as comfort and safety standards. Statistically, service has a significant effect on online motorcycle taxi user satisfaction.

To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan dividen, dewan komisaris independen, corporate social responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode waktu penelitian yang digunakan adalah 4 tahun yaitu periode 2017-2020. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi seluruh perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh 18 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logisik data panel di dukung dengan aplikasi program Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan deviden tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan agar PT. Indah Cargo Logistik Semarang dapat menyusun laporan keuangan dengan baik. Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini, mempengaruhi berbagai bidang usaha, baik pendidikan  maupun bisnis. Penggunaan akuntansi komputer adalah alat untuk memfasilitasi kegiatan  perusahaan dalam menyelesaikan pemrosesan data secara efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Perusahaan  sangat membutuhkan program aplikasi untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan transaksi yang masih berlangsung dengan Microsoft Excel, kesalahan paling sederhana bahwa kesalahan manajemen  Human Error adalah salah dalam pencatatan sering terjadi, selain memasukkan data secara  manual dan membuat jurnal membutuhkan waktu. lebih panjang dan membutuhkan ketelitian ekstra  dalam proses perhitungan. Ini dapat mengakibatkan tidak seimbangnya buku besar umum dan  laporan keuangan yang dibuat kemudian. Metode pengumpulan data termasuk observasi, wawancara,  dan metode studi pustaka. Penggunaan aplikasi Myob Accounting merupakan penyelesaian masalah alternatif yang  dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan, sehingga dapat memudahkan perusahaan dalam memproses data  akuntansi, serta memperoleh informasi yang berkualitas, hasil yang lebih akurat, dan waktu yang  digunakan lebih efektif dan efisien.
