This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategies implemented by clothing stores in the Telang area from a sharia economic perspective. In the digital era, business actors are required to adapt to technology, including in terms of promotion and marketing. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that most business actors have utilized social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook Marketplace to market their products. The strategies implemented are mostly in line with the principles of sharia economics such as honesty (ṣidq), openness (tabligh), and amanah. However, some practices that are not in accordance with sharia are still found, such as the use of photos that do not match the original product (gharar) and excessive promotion (tadlis). The main inhibiting factors in the implementation of sharia digital strategies are limited digital literacy and infrastructure. Therefore, ongoing assistance and training in sharia-based digital marketing are needed to improve understanding and business practices in accordance with Islamic values.

Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) are a vital component in the operational activities of an organization. However, their performance management faces challenges in efficiency and standardization. This scientific paper examines the potential implementation of Google Sites as a platform for PPNPN performance management. The analysis focuses on the existing regulatory framework. The proposed model leverages the integration of Google Sites with Google Forms, Google Sheets, and other supporting applications provided by Google to digitize the performance management cycle, from planning, monitoring, and evaluation (based on indicators such as integrity, discipline, teamwork, communication, and service), to documentation and feedback. The main advantages of this platform include administrative efficiency, increased data transparency and accessibility, centralized data management, potential for consisten process, collaboration, and cost-effectiveness. Nevertheless, its implementation faces significant challenges related to the digital literacy gap among PPNPN with diverse roles, data security and privacy issues in the public sector, the need for robust change management, feature limitations compared to specialized HRIS systems, particularly in the Ministry of Finance where the research object's office is located, and the necessity for adequate supporting infrastructure. This research concludes that Google Sites offers a technically viable solution, but its success highly depends on the organizational and human resource readiness of both the HR managers and the PPNPN themselves.

Abstract. The background of this research is the rampant competition in the bus transportation business which is marked by the increasing number of bus transportation companies in several locations that are even close to each other, which results in customers being faced with a lot of choices. One of the famous transportation services in Blitar City is the Rosalia Indah bus. Ticket sales from PO Rosalia Indah are higher every day compared to other POs, such as PO Harapan Jaya. Therefore, transportation service companies compete with each other to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effect of tariffs, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure on user interest. The population in this study were Rosalia Indah bus users, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. Sampling technique is nonprobability sampling  with the type of sampling, namely incidental sampling. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of  (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Rates, Accessibility, Facilities and Infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on increasing user interest.  Based on the research results, the regression equation model is Y = 1.821 + 0.424 + 0.263 + 0.178 + . the tariff variable with a regression coefficient of 0.424, the accessibility variable with a coefficient of 0.263, the variable of facilities and infrastructure with a regression coefficient of 0.178. From the regression equation, the tariff variable has the most dominant effect on increasing the number of users with an R2(R Square) test of 0.626 or 62.6% which means that user interest is influenced by tariff variables, accessibility, facilities and infrastructure, and other factors that influence Rosalia Indah bus user interest is 37.4% or 0.374.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, contributing 61.07% to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and absorbing 97% of the workforce. However, this sector still faces various challenges, both from internal factors such as limited capital, human resources, and access to technology, as well as external factors such as a less conducive business climate, inadequate infrastructure, and technological development. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze the problems faced by MSMEs and find strategic solutions. The results of the study show that government support, optimization of access to financing, and utilization of digital technology are needed to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs so that they can continue to grow and make a greater contribution to national economic growth.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly used in financial accounting to improve decision-making effectiveness. This research analyzes the role of AI in supporting data-driven decision making and identifies challenges in its implementation. Using a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study reviewed 41 relevant articles from national and international journals. The results showed that 28 studies supported the effectiveness of AI in improving financial decision-making by automating transaction recording, enabling algorithm-based predictive analysis, and detecting financial anomalies. AI enables companies to respond faster to market changes, increase transparency of financial reports, and reduce human errors in accounting processes.However, 13 studies highlighted challenges such as technological complexity, limited transparency in decision-making, algorithmic bias, and organizational readiness. In addition, evolving regulations are an obstacle to ensuring optimal use of AI while minimizing ethical and legal risks. The success of AI in financial decision-making depends on infrastructure readiness, regulatory support, and human resource competencies. Without a well-planned strategy, AI may pose new challenges that hinder its effectiveness. Therefore, this study provides insights into the optimal AI implementation strategy to ensure that this technology improves the accuracy and transparency of decision making while maintaining financial accounting accountability.

Shares are a very important instrument as a manifestation of company performance. One factor that is considered important in influencing share prices is carrying out financial ratio analysis. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of macroeconomic factors as moderators in the relationship between financial ratios and share prices of companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the IDX for the period 2020 - 2023. This research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this research includes 21 infrastructure sector companies over a 4 year period, there are 84 observations and the analysis method in this research is panel data regression with STATA software version 14. The results of this research are that price to earnings and earnings per share have a partial effect. significant effect on stock prices, while sales growth, sales growth on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, price to earnings on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator, earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator do not have a significant effect on stock prices. And simultaneously, sales growth, price to earnings and earnings per share on stock prices with economic growth as a moderator have a significant effect.

This research aims to analyze the role of the Management Information System (SIM) in supporting the decision-making process at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This study explores the integration, reliability and contribution of information systems used in managing property and land information and their impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of decisions. The research methodology includes surveys of system users, interviews with top-level managers, and documentation of analyzes related to the technological infrastructure implemented. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods to understand the adequacy of the system, its suitability to user needs, and its contribution to the decision-making process. The research results show that the implemented Management Information System has a number of advantages, including efficient data management, better information accessibility, and real-time data availability. However, challenges such as data security and the need for increased integration with other systems were identified as potential improvements. In the context of decision making, MIS is proven to play an important role in providing timely and accurate information for management in making strategic decisions regarding land ownership, document updates and property transfers. Recommendations are prepared based on research results to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Management Information System to support better decision making at the North Sumatra Land Agency Regional Office. This research provides valuable insights for managers and developers of information systems in the context of the Land Agency, as well as a basis for improving the system to increase its decision-making role to a more strategic and responsive nature.

Telkomsel is the leading provider of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia based on market share. At the end of March 2008, Telkomsel had 51.3 million subscribers, which based on industry statistics represents an estimated market share of almost 51%. Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, nationally via the dual band GSM network 900/1800 MHz and internationally via 288 international roaming partners in 155 countries (at the end of 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the company's condition by looking at the financial ratios that describe company performance and analysis of the company's optimal capital structure. The data in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency, the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology, the Directorate General of Posts and Telecommunications and the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Department of Communications and Information Technology. Data used in This research is data about the condition of the cellular telecommunications industry in Indonesia which includes expenditure, infrastructure, customers, human resources (labor). Data was taken from company condition reports (annual reports) PT. Telkomsel, PT. Indosat , and PT Excelcomindo for the quarterly period 2005-2008.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the determinants of choice variables for MSME companies in Cimahi when it comes to using e-commerce. In this study, the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) is used as a theoretical framework to construct research hypotheses. The earliest stages of the research began with the collection of primary data in the form of questionnaire responses from Cimahi chips SMEs, with a total of 148 respondents filling out the questionnaire. The acquired data will next be processed using various linear regression methods. According to the findings of the study, Cimahi chip SMEs have a favorable attitude toward e-commerce adoption. They also include the influence of social norms as a factor to consider when adopting e-commerce. Perceived behavioral control influences e-commerce adoption as well. Based on the findings of the research, footwear MSMEs that have not used e-commerce should analyze the benefits of e-commerce for business, while MSMEs that have used e-commerce can assess the benefits and restrictions of utilizing e-commerce. The government can also help MSMEs adopt e-commerce by giving training, constructing suitable infrastructure, and establishing applicable legislation.

This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.
