This research is motivated by significant fluctuations and a decline in profits for companies in the clothing and luxury goods subsector listed on the IDX for the period 2021-2023, indicating potential financial difficulties. This research aims to evaluate the company's condition using four prediction models, namely Altman-ZScore, Springate, Fulmer, and Taffler, and to determine the most suitable model for the sector. The method applied is quantitative comparative with a purposive sample of 11 companies, using financial statement data from 2021-2023 and analyzed using the formulas for each predictive model. The research findings indicate that the four models produce different predictions regarding the company's financial condition. Additionally, there are differences in the accuracy levels of the four models. The Springate and Taffler models achieved the highest accuracy rate of 85%, followed by Altman at 67% and Fulmer at 64%. The findings of this study confirm that the Springate model is the most reliable tool for early warning for companies and stakeholders, enabling faster preventive measures to prevent bankruptcy.

Damage that occurs to manufactured goods can occur due to several things, such as in the manufacturing process, in the packaging process or during the delivery process. To find out where when the goods were damaged and the factors causing the damage to the goods as well as the efforts made to reduce the damage to the goods, an investigation was carried out at the time of unloading the goods, to find out where the damage to the goods occurred so as not to harm the recipient of the goods if they received the goods in damage condition.Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are Y = 3.133 + 0.044 X1, + 0.402 X2 + 0.299 X3 + . Partial test results of machine (X1), material (X2), man power (X3) have a positive and significant effect on damage goods. It is proven by the results of the comparison of the value of t count with t table and with a significant level comparison of 5% (0.05) where the machine variable t count (0.413) < t table (1.98609), material variable t count (3.142) > t table (1.98609), variable man power t count (2.990) > t table (1.98609). The R2 test of machines, materials and man power gave a significant effect on damage goods by 43.6%, while the remaining 56.4% was explained by other causes outside the model variables that were not examined.

Accounting information systems and internal control are two important factors in company operations. These two things are related to each other and influence each other. This research focuses on evaluating the inventory, sales and receivables accounting information system to improve internal control at CV Karunia. This research uses qualitative methods with CV Karunia as the research subject. The data used is primary and secondary data from CV Karunia. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and a result is obtained. At CV Karunia, it was found that the implementation of tasks was not in accordance with its responsibilities. It is known that inventory, warehouse and goods receipt are carried out by the same department. Apart from that, the sales and receivables section can be carried out by many people in the company so that unrecorded sales transactions often occur. This occurs due to a lack of standard operational procedures related to clear division of tasks and inadequate evaluation from the company. So it is hoped that companies will create standard operating procedures, clear division of responsibilities, and carry out routine audits.

The purpose of this analysis is to find out about the influence of international business on Indonesia. In this type of research the author uses descriptive research and collects information and analyzes data using secondary data. From this analysis, it can be seen the influence and impact of international business on Indonesia.

This research aims to analyze the calculation of cost of goods sold and profit determination at UD Han Petshop Lamongan. The approach used in this research is a case study in accordance with the problem formulation and research objectives. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, using data validity techniques used, namely source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this research show that UD Han Petshop Lamongan in calculating the cost of goods sold has complied with the calculation procedure by entering initial inventory data plus net purchases then minus ending inventory. In determining profit, the company has included all the data required in the profit and loss financial report. The data used in determining net profit before tax is net sales minus the cost of goods sold and operating costs.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. To be able to attract customers companies apply different approaches but when viewed from the factors that influence consumer buying decisions on a product both goods and services the consumer behavior approach system is shown in searching, buying, using, evaluating, and spending products and services that they expect to satisfy their needs, Kanuk & Schiffman (2010). This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that influence customer interest in using logistics services at PT Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang. To achieve this goal descriptive research was conducted using the methods of observation, in-depth interviews, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that sales promotion, building relationships with the community, direct marketing, price affordability, price competitiveness, price compatibility with service quality, service in accordance with customer requests, speed of document service and the ease with which customers can obtain information and respond to customer complaints will give a positive impression of each customer has a positive and significant effect on attracting customers to use logistics services at PT. Monang Sianipar Abadi Kargo Semarang.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, environmental performance, company size, profit margin, environmental disclosure on economic performance at consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research time period is 4 years, namely the 2016-2019 period. The population of this study includes all consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2016 2019. The total population of 56 companies using purposive sampling method obtained 14 samples of companies that meet the criteria, with a total of 56 observational data. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The results showed that leverage and environmental performance had no effect on economic performance, while company size and profit margin had a positive effect on economic performance.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Managerial Ownership, Debt Convenant and Litigation Risk on Accounting Conservatism. The population in this study consisted of manufacturing companies, the consumer goods industry sub-sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. A sample of 12 companies used in this study was found by purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis was performed with descriptive statistics using panel data regression analysis techniques. The empirical results of this study indicate that independent Debt Convenant does not have a statistically significant effect on Accounting Conservatism while Managerial Ownership and Litigation Risk have a significant negative effect on Accounting Conservatism. The results show that managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Accounting Conservatism, and Litigation Risk has a significant positive effect on Accounting Conservatism, debt agreements do not have a significant effect on Accounting Conservatism, and managerial ownership, litigation risk together have an effect on Accounting Conservatism.

Pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap initial return sangat penting untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Dengan mengetahui pengaruh tersebut pihak perusahaan sektor consumer goods bisa lebih mengoptimalkan tingkat profitabilitas, solvabilitas dan likuiditas diwaktu yang akan datang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Peneliti ini dilakukan dalam waktu 5 tahun dari tahun 2017-2021 pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang melakukan IPO. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas, mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, solvabilitas mempunyai pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Secara Bersama-sama variabel independent tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, hal itu dibuktikan nilai R2 sebesar 0.046 atau sebesar 4,6%.
