This study aims to analyze the economic and social impacts within the environmental context on the sustainability of catfish farming in Basanah Village. Environmental issues such as water quality, land availability, and land-use changes have significantly affected aquaculture practices. Moreover, the social dynamics of the surrounding community, including patterns of cooperation, public perception of catfish farming, and economic impacts on farmers’ income and welfare, are central to the investigation. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving local farmers, community leaders, and relevant stakeholders. The findings reveal that economic aspects, such as production cost efficiency and income improvement, are highly dependent on stable environmental conditions and strong social support. Conversely, environmental degradation and weak social participation hinder business development. Therefore, participatory-based policies integrating sustainable environmental management with the strengthening of local socioeconomic capacities are urgently needed. This study offers a significant contribution as a foundation for formulating empowerment strategies for environmentally and socially-based small-scale aquaculture enterprises at the village level.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan strategi bisnis AIF Digital Custom Agency menggunakan kerangka Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang disusun berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Kerangka ini memetakan sembilan elemen utama dalam model bisnis untuk menciptakan strategi yang terintegrasi dan responsif terhadap tantangan pasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengevaluasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi oleh AIF Digital Custom Agency. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama bisnis ini terletak pada komunikasi yang efektif dengan pelanggan, penggunaan teknologi desain mutakhir seperti Adobe Creative Suite, serta penawaran harga yang kompetitif. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi optimalisasi sumber daya dan perluasan penetrasi pasar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan BMC memungkinkan AIF Digital Custom Agency untuk meningkatkan daya saing melalui optimalisasi operasional dan pengelolaan hubungan pelanggan yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran digital dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses internal, guna mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang berkelanjutan di industri desain digital custom.

Product packaging is an important element in creating the identity and attractiveness of a product, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This research aims to develop an online-based packaging design service through the PackDe platform that offers easy access, transparent pricing, and a variety of customizable design options. The methods used include literature study, competitor observation, and social media analysis to understand market needs and current design trends. The results show that PackDe is able to provide functional and aesthetic packaging design solutions, supporting SME product branding effectively. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited human resources and marketing need to be overcome to reach a wider market. The implications of this research show that digital-based packaging design innovation can improve the competitiveness of SME products in national and global markets. PackDe is expected to be a strategic partner for SMEs in creating packaging that is not only visually appealing but also has added value to the packaged product.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keterampilan desain antarmuka pengguna (UI) dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) bagi siswa SMP, SMA, dan SMK dalam menghadapi tuntutan industri digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program pembelajaran Academy Figma dalam meningkatkan kompetensi desain siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang meliputi riset pasar dan analisis kebutuhan untuk merancang kurikulum yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang prinsip dasar desain UI/UX serta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Figma. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Academy Figma berperan penting dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara kurikulum pendidikan formal dan kebutuhan industri, serta mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan yang relevan untuk bersaing di pasar kerja global. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi inisiatif pendidikan lainnya dalam bidang desain digital.

Inhiven Design is a company that combines graphic design with interior design to provide creative and integrated solutions in various fields such as housing, offices, and commercial. The author's purpose in conducting this study is to analyze the history of the early formation of Inhiven Design? Then what are the problems faced during the establishment of Inhiven Design? And how does Inhiven Design optimize sales in its marketing? The method used in this study is qualitative observation with primary data collection through direct interviews. This study examines the development of Inhiven Design, including the company profile, history of its establishment, and marketing and management strategies implemented. Data were collected through qualitative observation and direct interviews with team members to understand the marketing strategy carried out by Inhiven Design by applying contemporary trends in interior design. The results of the analysis show that the success of Inhiven Design depends not only on technical skills and creativity, but also on the ability to adapt to market changes and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has a strategic role in improving community welfare, especially in rural areas. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) faced by coconut processing MSMEs in Gesikharjo Village, Palang District. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, field observations, and document analysis. The research results show that the main strengths of these MSMEs are the availability of local raw materials and community support. However, weaknesses such as technological and management limitations are still challenges. Opportunities such as increasing demand for processed coconut products in local and national markets provide bright prospects, although threats such as price competition and global market fluctuations still need to be watched out for. Research recommendations include strengthening the managerial capacity of MSME players, product innovation, and collaboration with the government and private sector to create a sustainable business ecosystem.

Cooperatives in carrying out their activities to achieve the set goals must carry out control. The control that is implemented must be able to provide benefits, in this case it is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of cooperative operations. This study aims to analyze the control of receivables in the Women's Cooperative in Sidomulyo Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency, during the period 2019 to 2023. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data analyzed includes the cooperative's financial statements, which are collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis technique used is to calculate the Receivable Turnover (RTO) ratio, and the Average Collection Period (ACP). The results of this study show that the control of receivables in the Women's Cooperative can be said to be effective. In the Receivable Turnover (RTO) ratio from 2019 to 2023, the receivables turnover rate can be said to be effective. In the Average Collection Period (ACP) from 2019 to 2023, it can be said to be effective.

This research aims to analyze toddler literacy programs in rural areas and evaluate their effectiveness in improving the literacy skills of early childhood. The research methods used include interviews with parents, observations of children, and analysis of existing literacy programs. The research results show that there are several challenges faced in strengthening toddler literacy in rural areas, including limited access, lack of resources, and lack of parental awareness about the importance of early childhood literacy. To overcome this challenge, collaborative efforts are needed between the government, educational institutions and local communities. Toddler literacy programs should be designed to take into account the rural context and available resources. Apart from that, it is necessary to provide outreach to parents and the community about the benefits of toddler literacy and how they can support it. The results of this research can be a guide for developing literacy programs for toddlers in rural areas, so that children in rural areas have equal opportunities to develop their literacy skills from an early age.

Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The term digital-based marketing has evolved from Initially marketing activities for goods and services using digital channels to broader understanding, namely the process of acquiring consumers, building preferences consumers, promote brands, maintain consumers, and increase sales.

This community service is carried out with the aim of being able to assist program planning in the village. one of which is the management of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research focuses on the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in supporting the economic independence of the residents of Balaroa Pewunu Village. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, which provides a descriptive description of the findings. The results of the study show that BUMDes have a role in supporting village economic independence. The role of BUMDes is by increasing the standard of living which has implications for the growth and equity of the rural economy. Improving people's standard of living is carried out by developing a business selling plant seeds, plant fertilizers, and plant pesticides.

Pembangunan pedesaan yang dikerjakan haruslah sinkron dengan masalah yang dihadapi, serta partisipasi masyarakatnya dengan menggunakan sumber daya yang di perlukan untuk merancang dan membangun perekonomian yang dimiliki, serta memanfaatkan potensi ekonomi yang ada sehingga bisa lebih meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Fenomena yang ada pada desa jatimulyo kecamatan dendang kabupaten tanjung jabung timur yaitu masih banyak program kerja desa yang masih belum terealisasi. Sama sepeti dengan Desa – desa yang lain, Proses Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Kantor Desa Jati Mulyo terdiri dari 3 Tahap Yaitu Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pelaporan/Pertanggungjawaban. Program desa yang masih belum terealisasi sebagaimana yang telah dijelaskan diatas, dikarenakan proses pegelolaan manajemen dana desa yang belum maksimal sehingga berdampak dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan desa. Manajemen Pengelolaan Dana Desa dari tahun 2018-2021 sudah menunjukan beberpa  peningkatan di banding dengan tahun sebelumnya akan tetapi masih saja ada program yang belum terealisai. Hal ini dibuktikan masih ada program pembangunan yang belum di laksanakan. Dalam proses pengelolaan Dana Desa pada kantor Desa Jati Mulyo terdir dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan/pertanggungjawaban. Tidak terealisasi nya program tersebut dikarenakan proses pengelolaan manajemen dana desa yang belum maksimal. Desa Jati Mulyo belum mencapai indicator diantaranya belum cukup baik akses masyarakat dalam kegiatan ekonomi, akses yang dimaksud ini adalah perkerasan jalan yang belum maksimal sehingga masyarakat masih kesulitan dalam mengeluarkan hasil bertani. Dalam tinjaun manajemen syariah terhadap pengelolaan Dana Desa sendiri bahwasannya pelaksanaan Dana Desa masih belum cukup memenuhi standar nilai-nilai dasar ekonomi islam, disini manajemen pengelolaan Dana Desa masih mengarah ke konvensional. Akan tetapi kalau dilihat dari sifat dari nilai syariah yang rabbani dimana pengawasan internal yang dilakukan dari hati nurani yang bergerak untuk menunjukkan ataupun mewujudkan sesuai tujuan, sudah dilakukan olehaparatur dan masyarakat dalam hal mengawasi pengelolaan Dana Desa baik secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung.

Desa Balaroa Pewunu memiliki potensi dan Produk UMKM yang bersumber dari sektor pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi masalah yang dihadapi serta menyusun strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran Produk keripik pisang tanduk sebagai upaya peningkatan UMKM yang ada didesa Balaroa Pewunu,Kecamatan Dolo Barat, Kabupaten Sigi. Metode yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional, Metode deskriptif ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mendekripsikan secara sistematis, factual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta yang menggambarkan fenomena secara detail agar mendapatkan analisis permasalahan yang lebih dalam dan menyajikan solusi penyelesaian yang tepat. kemudian analisa pengembangan dengan  metode STP (segmentation, targeting, dan positioning) agar mendapatkan strategi pengembangan secara valid dan ilmiah dengan sistem pemasaran dan promosi menggunakan konsep reseller dan direct selling atau secara lansung.  Selain itu kegiatan pengabdian ini pula dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pelaku usaha keripik pisang tanduk. Berdasarkan seluruh penerapan strategi dalam pengembangan pemasaran pada keripik pisang tanduk menghasilkan dampak yang cukup positif, dibeberapa bulan terakhir dimulai dari pendampingan pada bulan September hingga desember 2022 tercatat produk keripik pisang telah tersebar di 100 outlet pedagang kecil yang berada di wilayah kecamtan marawola, kecamatan dolo barat, kecamatan dolo selatan dan sekitaran kecamatan terdekat di kabupaten Sigi

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman. Samples were selected using the saturated sample technique. Data for 40 respondents was collected through a questionnaire. This research implements multiple linear regression method to analyze the data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) software program version 23.00. The results of the investigation show that partially motivation has a significant and positive effect on the performance of KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman employees with a t count > t table or (3.372 > 2.028). or (0.806 < 2.028). However, simultaneously motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance with the value of F arithmetic > F table or (11.371> 3.25). This fact is useful for KUD Sejahtera Babat Toman to improve employee performance, so the company must consider motivation and work discipline factors together.

Banyak perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Pasaman Barat yang hasil kerjanya mengalami penurunan, yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Pasaman Barat. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap RSUD Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 84 orang. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari seluruh populasi sebanyak 84 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di RSUD Pasaman Barat. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di RSUD Pasaman Barat. Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi dengan kinerja pegawai di RSUD Pasaman Barat. Stres kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara bersama-sama memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian diatas direkomendasikan kepada RSUD Pasaman Barat untuk lebih meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja RSUD Pasaman Barat.
