This research discusses the implementation of compliance for trade service employees which is being re-implemented for the community in connection with the rise of street vendors in the South Sumatra province. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Qualitative research methods are research methods that prioritize social phenomena and provide evidence that is socially coherent and specific in relation to the cases or phenomena that occur. The problems studied in qualitative research are relatively clearer and easier to understand because case studies prioritize real events that occur in the community. The research results show that the implementation of the level of compliance among trade service employees is still relatively lacking. This is because the trade department is still not specific and active enough to remind the public regarding the trading process within the South Sumatra provincial department which still trades anywhere. The follow-up carried out by the trade service is still relatively in the form of a warning. Apart from that, employees in the area or environment of the South Sumatra provincial trade office are still lacking in implementation regarding the prohibition on carrying out trading actions that can damage public facilities, trade on the street, fill sidewalks and also eliminate the comfort of other people regarding pedestrians.

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.

Technological developments have had a huge impact on the banking system, one example of the impact of developments is increasingly modern payment systems such as mobile banking. Bank NTT is one of the banks that provides mobile banking services called B'pung mobile. This research aims to determine consumer preferences for mobile banking services at Bank NTT. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by conducting structured interviews with informants and NTT bank customers. The research results show that consumer preferences for mobile banking services at NTT banks continue to experience positive developments in line with technological advances and changes in user behavior, ease of access, transaction security, feature and functional innovations are getting better. However, in its implementation there are several problems, namely a weak internet connection, no fingerprint feature and also a top up feature that is difficult to access.

This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Marketing activities have experienced a fairly rapid development along with development of information technology. In today's all-digital era, digital marketing formed a new strategy that is very important in the marketing of a company, especially for businesses such as online stores that allow buying and selling at once. Current company competing in developing their marketing strategies in achieving and retain customers. The virtual world is getting closer to everyday life we, making the era of digitalization we cannot avoid. The customer is currently in commit Interaction with the company is carried out by utilizing social media and applications growing rapidly. This can be caused by various factors that go wrong only environmental factor. So the author makes an activity that can help these problems by holding socialization of the Role of Digital Marketing for MSMEs in this era digitization. The method of implementing community service activities is by doing an approach in the form of socialization and useful training to add insight/education to the community so that the knowledge gained can be applied in activities MSMEs. There are three stages of implementation, namely the planning stage in the stage planning, students collect data first through surveys and interviews regarding MSMEs in Segaran Village along with the behavior of MSMEs in the Village the. Every student who takes part in the community service activity program show the attitude of responsibility as an executor, it is shown by every student on time while carrying out each task. Good communication has been shown every students during discussions and evaluations after community activities. Student always conduct an evaluation to improve an activity that has been carried out to achieve more optimal activities. In the era of digital technology has changed the human way of life communicate, act, and make decisions. Marketing activities were not separated from influence of digital technology. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the E-Planning application in the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of North Sumatra, the obstacles in implementing the e-planning system. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study using interviews in data collection. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative research type with locations in North Sumatra BAPPEDA. The methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that in practice the implementation of the e-planning system has been carried out well, but there are several obstacles, namely, human resources that are not evenly distributed in regional development planning, inconsistency in development planning due to political pressure and frequent changes that occur. The way for North Sumatra BAPPEDA to overcome these obstacles is by conducting training, implementing e-planning and following changes quickly and precisely.

This study aims to apply the concepts of ISAK 35 to the field of education. This study aims to determine the implementation of school financial management from the prespective of ISAK 35. This study also uses descriptively presented qualitative data types, uses primary and secondary data sourses, and uses data collection techniques in the form of interview and concluded that SMPN 32 Gresik’s management and financial records remained rudimentary, limited to recording school financial income and expenditure, and did not comply with ISAK 35 financila reporting.

In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, strategic management must be directed at efforts to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic, while maximizing the potential benefits that can be gained from this situation. This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. Punishment or punishment is a form of procedure or action given to individuals or groups for mistakes, violations or crimes that are made in the form of negative reinforcement or suffering in the context of fostering and improving behavior so that it does not happen again. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

Previous literature review studies have explored the current status of digital marketing implementation in Indonesia by the SME, a literature review that focuses explicitly on digital marketing implementation is scarce. The objective of this scoping review was to map the existing digital marketing knowledge to meet digital marketing practices. The scoping review followed the protocol outlined by Arksey and O'Malley (Arksey & O’Malley, 2005) that has five main stages: (1) identifying research questions; (2) identifying relevant studies; (3) study selection; (4) data charting, and (5) collating, summarizing and reporting the results. The reviewed studies were selected from two electronic databases: Scopus and Google Scholar within six years time span (2017-2023). The results of the scoping review indicated that the majority of the SME already knowing about digital marketing. However, as has been claimed by Aries Kurniawan and Asharudin (Kurniawan & Asharudin, 2018), SME have some obstacles that must be handle so they can survive and grow. Emphasis should be given to how to understanding digital marketing strategic and how to upgrade SME's knowledge about digital marketing. According to Katoyusyi Kano (Kano et al., 2022), digital marketing strategies from the consumer perspective should be given more attention in order to make digital marketing more effective in attracting attention and winning consumer trust.

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.
