Menstrual pain, also known as dysmenorrhea, is one of the most common reproductive health problems experienced by adolescent girls. This condition often recurs every month and can interfere with school attendance, concentration, and participation in daily activities. Many individuals choose pharmacological treatments such as analgesics to relieve symptoms. However, excessive use of pain relievers can lead to side effects, prompting interest in non-pharmacological approaches. One such approach is the consumption of pineapple juice, which contains beneficial compounds such as pectin, vitamin C, and the enzyme bromelain. Bromelain has anti-inflammatory properties, aids in muscle relaxation, and improves blood circulation, potentially reducing uterine muscle contractions that cause pain. This study aimed to determine the effect of pineapple juice consumption on reducing menstrual pain among adolescent girls. The research design used was pre-experimental with a pretest–posttest approach. The population included 121 adolescent girls who experienced menstrual pain, and the sample was obtained through accidental sampling. Pain quality was evaluated using observation sheets, while pain intensity was measured with the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), which has a validity coefficient of r = 0.90 and reliability above 0.95. Before the intervention, the majority of respondents reported a pain intensity score of 6 (46.7%), with a mean score of 5.86. Following the administration of pineapple juice, pain intensity predominantly decreased to a score of 4 (86.6%), with a mean score of 3.06. The Wilcoxon test produced a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between pre- and post-intervention pain levels. In conclusion, pineapple juice is effective in significantly reducing menstrual pain in adolescent girls. This finding supports its potential as a simple, affordable, and natural alternative to pharmacological treatments. Further research with a control group and larger sample size is recommended to strengthen the evidence.

Toddler Posyandu has an important role in monitoring child growth and development as well as preventing nutritional and health problems. The activeness of mothers in bringing their toddlers to Posyandu is greatly influenced by various factors, one of which is the role of health cadres. Posyandu cadres act as community mobilizers in increasing awareness and participation of mothers in toddler health programs. However, there are still many mothers who are less active in attending Posyandu, so an evaluation of the influence of the role of cadres on the activeness of toddler mothers in Posyandu activities is needed. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of cadres and the activeness of toddler mothers in attending Posyandu toddlers in the work area of Kabila Bone Health Center. Method: This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that assessed the role of cadres and the level of mother's activeness in attending Posyandu. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test with a significance level of 5% (p <0.05). Results: The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between the role of cadres and the activeness of mothers of toddlers in attending the integrated health post, with a p value = 0.000 (<0.05). This shows that the more active and involved the integrated health post cadres are, the higher the level of activeness of mothers in bringing their toddlers to the integrated health post. Conclusion: The role of cadres greatly influences the activeness of mothers in attending the integrated health post for toddlers.

The development of digital technologies such as gadgets has grown very rapidly in the last decade, which applications often do not determine the age range for users, especially for children. Today, parents are faced with the dilemma of letting their children use these modern gadgets, which often cause serious addiction or keep them in the dark and risk facing children who know nothing. These problems also occur in MI Miftahul Huda students in the Tulungagung Regency in East Java province. The research was conducted on February 20 to March 20, 2024. This research was only limited to one class, namely class 2 with the dependence of the gadget to be given an alternative game of kinetic sand. The design of this study uses experimental quasy with pre and post design tests. The population in this study were MI Miftahul Huda Pulerejo Tulungagung students who were dependent on gadgets that met the research inclusion criteria. The sample in this study were 23 respondents. The problem of gadget dependency data has a very high level, which will affect the development of children's social skills. For that, a suitable method is needed for analyzing it, the method that has been used is to use traditional games by playing with their peers. Another solution researchers will use the game of kinetic sand to overcome the problem of gadget dependence on children, which has benefits in playing kinetic sand such as for creativity and as a gathering place for socialization. The general objective is to play kinetic sand to develop social skills in children, while the specific goal is to find out whether kinetic sand is the right game tool to overcome gadget dependency problems in primary school-age children. The expected benefits are the proposer researchers can socialize the game of kinetic sand to teachers and guardians of students in elementary school so that after this study ends, the game of kinetic sand can be applied to students or children of primary school age. The plan of this activity will begin with 1) collecting academic data, distributing questionnaires to student guardians, 2) data analysis, 3) testing using kinetic sand games, 4) discussing the results of the trial. Health services are undergoing changes in terms of digitalization. Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is one form of change in the impact of digitalization in the health service sector. It is hoped that the existence of EMR in the health services sector can improve the performance of health workers in providing services to patients so that it can improve the level of public health. However, with EMR there are still problems in its use. Many health service institutions apply several methods to adapt to changes or novelties in the field of EMR, one of which is by providing training on the use of EMR to health workers. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of EMR training on the readiness of health workers in using EMR in health services. This research uses meta analysis and systematic review methods with the PICO model (P = EMR users, I = EMR training, C = Non EMR training, O = readiness to use EMR). Articles were obtained through searching articles in the PubMed database. The articles used are full-text articles from 2019 to 2024. Articles were selected using the PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the RevMan 5.3 application. A total of 5 articles analyzed came from Ethiopia. The study results show that EMR training can increase the readiness of health workers to use EMR to support health services (aOR = 1.87; CI 95% = 0.92 – 3.79; p = 0.08). Health workers who receive EMR training will be 1.87 times better prepared to use EMR in health services than health workers who do not receive previous EMR training.

The inaccuracy of the disease diagnosis code is one of the problem affecting the quality of health services. Based on the preliminary result, 89 outpatient diagnosis codes in a medical record found 30 inaccuracies data from SIMPUS result of general poly at Purwoharjo Health Center. The impact of this inaccuracy has been influenced by the accuracy of disease data that resulted from making report data. The purpose of this study was to analyze the inaccuracy of disease diagnosis codes for outpatient medical records with SIMPUS at Purwoharjo Public Health Center. It was a descriptive study with observation, interviews, and documentation data collection. The object of this study was 95 outpatient medical records with simple random sampling. The result of this research was found 42% inaccuracy code of outpatient medical records with SIMPUS. The cause of these problems was the coder less careful in enforcing the disease diagnosis code because of the high workload of the coder and there’s no job description in SOP, so the advice that can be given to Purwoharo Health Center is to hold a division of tasks evenly and can be written in the SOP job description.

South Sulawesi is a province with a high prevalence of stunting, which is around 30.5%. Various at- tempts have been made by the government to overcome the problem of stunting through various poli- cies and regulations as well as through a number of interventions. This paper aims to describe the policies and factors that cause the high incidence of stunting in the South Sulawesi region. The Pro- vincial Government of South Sulawesi has made efforts to formulate various regulations and pro- grams in the form of interventions, both specific and sensitive. Specific interventions are carried out by the health sector by focusing on the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) program, while sensitive inter- ventions include providing access to clean water and sanitation. Apart from health, socio-economic factors are also known to have an effect on stunting, such as problems with poverty, education levels, and family income. Stunting prevention requires cross-sector cooperation and is carried out in an in- tegrated manner. The policies and regulations that exist at the central level must also be followed up with follow-up actions at the local level up to the village level and involve not only the health sector but also other related sectors. Community-based response systems involving other stakeholders need to be improved, because the high awareness of the community on the importance of balanced nutri- tion, pre-marital education, parenting, sanitation and environmental hygiene are a series of efforts to reduce stunting rates in South Sulawesi.

Covid-19 virus has caused numerous deaths across the country. Vaccination as an effort to break the chain of spreading the virus is hampered due to misinformation. Public ignorance of the importance of vaccines to inhibit and destroy viruses is very detrimental to public health rights. As good citizens, they should obey government policies. In reality, some movements harm movements that harm public health rights. The community movement as a form of public participation to provide input to the government on government policies should be to fight for the interests of the community based on accurate and useful information in Indonesian territory. This article is legal research related to the protection of citizens for public health rights as a fulfillment of human rights. The articles have two problems. First, whether the refusal of vaccination violates the law, and second, how the state protects the right to public health. The refusal to vaccinate is against the protection in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In the future, there is a need for public participation in the rule of law as an effort to defend the state in formulating appropriate sanctions and the social media to the public interest.
