Technology is drastically changing the health sector and education landscape, generating new opportunities, introducing new applications, and rejuvenating or reinventing classical technologies for childhood development. Understanding the role of technology in health and education is crucial to the development of a child. This paper am at examining the perceptions of health workers and teachers on the role of technology in health and education and whether such role (s) can promote childhood development. A total of 22 participants (10 health workers and 12 teachers) were involved in the study and were sampled using propulsive sampling procedure. A survey research design methodology was used with the average reliability coefficients for the two structured questionnaires stood at 0.79 and 0.74. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The result reveals that technology plays a significant role in healthcare and education and promotes childhood development to a very high extent. Specifically, in health, technology improves the dissemination of health information, facilitates public discourse and dialogue around medical health, and enables remote consultation, diagnosis among others. While, in education, technology helps students learn much better, improves communication and collaboration, provides teachers with more resources and allows children to learn at their own pace among others. Despite the positive roles of technology, the study indicates that must health workers and teachers in Nigeria do not frequently utilize technology tools in their healthcare delivery and the classroom for child’s development. This research provides an up-to-date picture of the situation in Nigeria notwithstanding the challenges faced. However, health and education administrators should investigate the non-frequent use of technology by health and teachers to mitigate it negative effect on young children.

The accuracy of language in news texts is critical because appropriate language makes it easier for readers to understand. The quality of correct and appropriate language is essential in conveying information that is clear, accurate, and easy for readers to understand. Language errors in news texts can interfere with understanding and affect readers' minds. Therefore, correcting language errors in news texts, especially for junior high school students, is essential as part of the learning process. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of language errors in the news texts studied, using data collection methods, listening and note-taking techniques, and analysis using the agih method. The research used a qualitative descriptive design approach to analyze errors in language use in news texts in the April 2023 Edition of Derap Guru Magazine, which included errors in conjunctions, punctuation, spelling, standard words, capital letters, abbreviated words, and ineffective sentences. Students can improve their language skills by analyzing language usage errors in news texts as teaching materials while deepening their understanding of news texts and effective language use.

This research analyzes the news text on the ISKNEWS.COM online news portal. Then the other purpose of this research is to prove that the news texts in the portal, after being analyzed, are worthy of being used as teaching materials for critical reading for grade XI high school students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and a syntactic approach as the theoretical approach. The writer obtained data by reading several related references and recording information that could be used as data. For this reason, reading and scanning techniques were used in this research. The data in this study are news texts from the January 2024 edition of the ISKNEWS.COM online news portal. The data analysis method used is the agih method. The writer analyzes the text by identifying sentences that do not follow the syntax rules and the feasibility of the text as a good and correct news text. The analysis results show several syntactic errors identified, namely sentences with non-standard structures, the use of absorbed words in sentences, ambiguous sentences, inappropriate diction in sentence formation, and the use of words inefficiently. In addition, the news puzzle is proven to be used as teaching material for critical reading for grade XI high school students. This is because the syntactic errors found are still tolerable, and the text has a good structure.

Introduction: Breastfeeding initiation is internationally recommended due to its benefits on maternal and child health. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between mode of delivery and early breastfeeding initiation among women who delivered in health facilities. Methods: The study based on The Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey 2017. There were 5,369 women whose children born in the last 24 months preceding the survey in health facilities in Indonesia. Descriptive statistics and binary logistic regression were used for data analysis. The complex sample design was performed for analyses. Results: Of the women who had given birth to at least 24 months preceding the survey in health facilities, 57 percent was found to practice initiation breastfeeding. The likelihood of breastfeeding initiation among women who delivered in health facilities was associated with mode of delivery, which women with caesarean delivery (OR = 0.33; 95% CI: 0.29-0.38) were less likely to practice breastfeeding initiation compared with those with normal vaginal delivery after adjusted by socio-economic factors. Moreover, women age 35-49 years and non-working women were found to have higher probabilities to practice breastfeeding initiation. Conclusion: Maternal age, working status and type of delivery were significantly influencing the practice of early initiation of breastfeeding among women who delivered in health facilities. Therefore, education and promotion of breastfeeding initiation need to be improved, so couples can raise their knowledge and awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding initiation then implement it.

The learning system in the majority of Polytechnics uses Blended Learning systems including face to face, practice / workshop and online with learning composition; 40% theory and 60% practice with industry link and match mechanisms. For industry link and match, a comprehensive policy between ministries is needed to determine the functional position of the Learning Technology Developer (PTP) as an integrated manager of the learning program in tertiary institutions especially the Polytechnic both various learning resources, methods, teaching materials, media and learning environments so that learning outcomes can increase the production of goods and services quickly, effectively and efficiently through meaningful, enjoyable learning. The method used in this research is "descriptive quantitative" because it describes, describes, and interprets the conditions, events, processes that are happening in the context of the problem. This research is intended to explore and clarify a phenomenon or social reality clearly. Online and conventional system learning methods or blended learning enable HR outcomes that are able to overcome technological disruption, on the other hand the hopes of the President and Menristekdikti that the ability to deal with the industrial revolution 4.0 in the era of technological disruption and globalization competition is not only through special abilities obtained because of completing master's education, master's degree in tertiary education which is said to produce responsive ability of industry 4.0 involvement but through improvement of learning culture. Indicator 0.033% of HR career as Developers of Learning Technology in tertiary institutions shows low regard for tertiary institutions in developing learning programs in the development of learning programs both the management of various learning resources, methods, media, teaching materials and learning environments according to the need for meaningful and enjoyable learning, this is caused by professional ego, sectoral ego.
