Manual quality assessment of Platelet Concentrate (TC) is highly subjective and inconsistent, necessitating an objective, automated classification system. This study aims to develop a computationally efficient, low-cost model for TC quality classification using Histogram Features extracted from grayscale images combined with the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The methodology employed critical preprocessing steps, including StandardScaler for normalization and SMOTE for balancing the training data, followed by optimization across K=1 to K=30. The optimal model achieved a maximum accuracy of 69.23% at K=6, with an F1-Score of 71.43%, confirming robust performance on the imbalanced testing set. The results validate the effectiveness of the Histogram-KNN approach as a consistent and reliable decision support system for rapid TC quality screening in resource-limited settings.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pemantauan berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja Mini PC dan pemeliharaan real-time di CV Permata Gemilang Jaya. Metodologi waterfall diterapkan menggunakanNodeMCU sebagai mikrokontroler utama, dilengkapi dengan sensor DHT22, DS18B20, dan INA219 untuk memantau parameter suhu, CPU, dan memori. Arsitektur sistem mengintegrasikan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan database MySQL, menghasilkan aplikasi web responsif dengan kontrol akses berbasisperan untuk Admin Pusat, Admin Regional, dan Teknisi Cabang. Infrastrukturserver cloud dengan konektivitas GSM cadangan memfasilitasi pemantauanterpusat di wilayah Ciayumajakuning. Desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dengan diagram kasus penggunaan dan diagram aktivitas yang komprehensif. Penerapan sistem pemberitahuan otomatisdengan mekanisme peringatan berbasis ambang batas memungkinkan deteksidini anomali perangkat. Antarmuka yang dioptimalkan untuk selulermeningkatkan aksesibilitas teknisi untuk operasi lapangan. Validasi sistemmenunjukkan strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang sukses dalam mengurangiwaktu henti perangkat dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi operasional infrastrukturteknologi informasi.

Pemantauan suhu dan kelembaban secara real-time merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam berbagai bidang, seperti kesehatan, pertanian, industri, dan pengelolaan lingkungan, guna menjaga stabilitas kondisi ruangan dan mencegah kerusakan pada peralatan elektronik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring suhu dan kelembaban berbasis mikrokontroler ESP32 dengan sensor DHT22. Sistem dirancang untuk menampilkan data secara langsung melalui layar OLED dan aplikasi Blynk sehingga memungkinkan pemantauan jarak jauh secara real-time. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pengujian pada dua skenario, yaitu ruang tertutup dan area terbuka, dengan titik kendali kelembaban relatif (RH) sebesar 65%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja secara efektif dalam kondisi ruang tertutup, di mana kelembaban meningkat dari 54,5% menjadi 65% RH dalam waktu 10 menit dan kemudian dapat dipertahankan stabil melalui mekanisme kendali otomatis. Namun, pada area terbuka, sistem tidak menunjukkan peningkatan kelembaban yang signifikan karena adanya sirkulasi udara bebas yang mempercepat dispersi uap air. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem monitoring berbasis ESP32 ini efektif digunakan pada ruang dengan kondisi lingkungan yang terkontrol, serta memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut pada aplikasi rumah pintar (smart home) dan sistem industri berbasis Internet of Things (IoT).

The election of the OSIS chairman at SMK Al-Ikhlas Losari often influences subjectivity, so a goal-oriented system is needed to select the best candidate. This study applies the WASPAS method in a Decision Support System to broadcast OSIS chairman candidates based on criteria such as attendance, integrity, academic achievement, and health. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies, then processed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the WASPAS calculation yield a Qi preference value, which determines the ranking of candidates transparently. This system reduces subjectivity, increases efficiency, and ensures the selection of competent leaders, supporting the OSIS vision.

The advancement of information technology has had a profound impact on education, including at the Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI), where My Best, an elearning application, was created. With this program, users may participate in a variety of academic tasks, including online attendance, discussions, assessments, assignments, and course materials. But pupils continue to face usability difficulties. The System Usability Scale (SUS) technique is used in this study to assess the usability of the My Best program. The approach included 35 current UBSI students who have been using the My Best software for more than seven semesters. According to the assessment, the average SUS score was 70, which is considered to be rather high but still needs work in terms of interface usability and user-friendliness. As a result, although the My Best app is thought to be helpful in fostering learning, improvements are needed to enhance the whole user experience.

Pendistribusian bantuan yang efisien menjadi tantangan utama dalam proses penyaluran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem cerdas yang mampu memetakan dan menyalurkan bantuan secara optimal dengan pendekatan algoritmik. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pemodelan sistem dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), perancangan struktur basis data relasional, dan perancangan algoritma penyaluran berdasarkan kriteria prioritas dan efisiensi logistik. UML digunakan untuk menggambarkan arsitektur sistem secara visual, meliputi use case, class, dan diagram aktivitas. Perancangan basis data dilakukan untuk memastikan integritas data dan kemudahan pengelolaan informasi bantuan, lokasi, dan kebutuhan penerima. Algoritma yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan pendekatan heuristik untuk menentukan rute penyaluran dan prioritas penerima berdasarkan parameter lokasi geografis. Hasil penelitian ini berupa prototipe model konseptual yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem cerdas berbasis teknologi untuk mendukung proses penyaluran bantuan yang adaptif dan responsif.

This paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) making device using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Virgin Coconut Oil has gained popularity due to its health benefits and versatile uses in various industries. The traditional process of making VCO involves manual effort and precise timing, which can be tedious and inconsistent. The proposed automated system aims to streamline the VCO production process by integrating sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller to achieve precise control and monitoring of the process variables. The Arduino Uno microcontroller serves as the central unit for data acquisition, processing, and control, facilitating automation through programmed logic. Key components of the automated VCO maker include temperature sensors for monitoring heating stages, a motor for stirring, and relays for controlling heating elements. The system utilizes feedback loops to maintain optimal conditions during each phase of VCO production, ensuring reproducibility and quality. The design also emphasizes user-friendly operation, with an interface that provides real-time feedback on process parameters and allows manual intervention if necessary. Safety features are incorporated to prevent overheating and ensure operational reliability. Overall, the developed automatic VCO maker offers a practical solution to enhance the efficiency and consistency of VCO production, catering to both small-scale producers and commercial enterprises in the food and cosmetic industries

E-Learning becomes a platform which supports technology-based learning on many aspects. The usage of E-Learning becomes the main choice especially in education world. SMK TI Bali Global Jimbaran, which is a middle level vocational school, utilizes this platform in its learning process. In its implementation process, there needs to be a precise and thorough supervision to ensure that the system runs according to business goals. This mapping is conducted to know the process used for measurements. This mapping is done by framework with COBIT 5 by applying PAM (Process Assessment Model), which is adjusted with the condition on research place. The activity measurement are derived from several domains on COBIT 5 with mapping process based on the business goals and institution goals. The domains used are EDM03, AP003, BAI07, DSS05 and MEA01. The results of governance measurement process on current capability level is on level 4 (predicable process) and the expected capability level is on level 5 (Optimizing Process) which has gap value of 2 level.

In buying a laptop, you need to look at the specifications and standards that are tailored to your needs and requirements. Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including the price of the laptop, RAM (random access memory), processor, hard drive capacity, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, weight, length of warranty, availability of spare parts, service range center. The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

The large number of needs for shipping goods at this time results in freight forwarding service companies having to continue to grow and compete to win the market. Online shop users will also be very confused and have difficulty in choosing a goods delivery service so they consider other factors in choosing a goods delivery service. Starting from prices, ratings, delivery time to the number of branches, online shop users are confused about choosing the best delivery service according to user needs, therefore complete data and an assessment method are needed to find out which delivery service suits the user's wishes. This study aims to develop a decision support system for selecting the best delivery service using AHP-COPRAS with the criteria of price, rating, delivery time and number of branches. the branch will make the delivery service the best choice, this is because the price and rating criteria have the highest weight. On the other hand, shipping services with high prices, small ratings and few branches will be the lowest choice in the ranking list.

Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a company that provides internet services. The ISP network is a national and international scale network so that customers can be connected globally. There are many factors that must be considered in selecting an ISP, making choosing an ISP a difficult task. Factors that influence ISP selection include cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. ISP providers offer a variety of advantages that make it difficult for customers to choose the right provider. The method applied in determining ISP providers is the AHP method used for weighting criteria while the WASPAS method is used for evaluating ISP providers with the criteria of cost, bandwidth, coverage area and type of connection. The rating process using the WASPAS method uses four assessment criteria, namely cost with a weight of 0.54, bandwidth with a weight of 0.38, coverage area with a weight of 0.05 and type of connection with a weight of 0.03. The final results of the ranking show that ISPs with low cost, large bandwidth and wide coverage areas will make these ISPs the best choice, this is because the criteria for cost, bandwidth and coverage area have high weight. Conversely, ISPs with high costs and small coverage areas will be the worst choices in the ranking list.

Someone who is referred to as a technician is a person who has expertise in a particular field of technology. Telkom Group is the only state-owned telecommunications company and the largest telecommunications and network service provider in Indonesia. Evaluation of technician performance is important to support the smooth running of the company. Selection of the best technician, will increase the motivation of the technician's performance. Some of the problems encountered were the absence of a technician performance appraisal process, the absence of an appropriate selection method, and the absence of a Decision Support System (DSS) that could make it easier to assess the selection of the best technician. Designing and building a decision support system using the AHP and COPRAS methods on technician assessments at PT. Telkom Access Regional 4 (Semarang) to increase the morale of the technicians and appreciate them. In this study, the AHP-COPRAS method was used to create a web-based DSS, in providing a more objective assessment every month, and creating several reports that convey effective issues, such as rating reports and technician performance appraisal reports according to these criteria.

This system was developed using the Visual Studio Code website, PHP, CSS, XAMPP V3.3.0 and MySQL. The method used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting (SAW). With this website, decision making is more structured and value data for each employee can be stored in a database. The results of this decision support system will simplify the process of determining the best employees and this system does not need to use manual calculations and is far more efficient.

Science and technology will facilitate human work. However, on the other hand it will increase competition. In facing intense competition, it is necessary to have competent human resources. Students are expected to be academically prepared, in the form of knowledge and skill readiness to face increasingly fierce competition. One way to see student competence is to look at learning outcomes that can be represented by the exam scores taken. The midterm exam (UTS) is a form of exam which is an assessment component. By knowing the UTS scores, the lecturer knows the distribution of students in terms of academic competence. For this reason, it is necessary to group (clustering) using the k-means algorithm as a consideration for lecturers in forming student study groups based on UTS value clusters.

BLT merupakan program bantuan pemerintah dalam bentuk uang tunai kepada masyarakat miskin di desa yang dananya diambil dari dana desa atau disebut BLT-DD. Desa Sidaharja, Kecamatan Suradadi, Kabupaten Tegal memiliki jumlah penduduk ± 7.583 jiwa. Dari sekian banyak warga di desa tersebut, pemerintah desa melibatkan RT, desa setempat dalam mendaftarkan calon penerima BLT sesuai dengan kriteria dan mekanisme yang telah ditentukan agar bantuan yang disalurkan adil dan merata. Permasalahan dalam penyaluran BLT adalah masyarakat yang terdaftar sebagai calon penerima bantuan langsung tunai tidak memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan sehingga bantuan tidak disalurkan kepada masyarakat yang berhak menerimanya. Hasil rekomendasi pemilihan BLT di Desa Sidaharja adalah Budi Susilo karena memiliki nilai Qi tertinggi yaitu 0,475. Budi Susilo memiliki skor tertinggi karena memiliki kriteria pendapatan kepala rumah tangga yang memiliki persentase berat badan tertinggi. Kombinasi keunggulan pendapatan kepala rumah tangga dan keunggulan berat badan memberikan nilai tinggi bagi Budi Susilo.

Farmers often have difficulty in choosing the pesticides to use. Where pesticide products are very widely circulated in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but farmers often experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The inappropriate use of pesticides on shallots used by farmers can affect the yield of shallots. The WASPAS assessment criteria in the selection of pesticides on shallots consisted of price criteria weighing 40%, size criteria weighing 10%, area criteria weighing 30% and expiration criteria weighing 20%. The results of the recommendation for the selection of pesticides on shallots were obtained from the highest Q_i value. Of all the pesticides on shallot plants above, the highest Q_i value is Agrithane with a Q_i value of 0.897. Agrithane has the highest value because it has the lowest price where the price criterion has the highest percentage weight.

Interest in buying a motorcycle is certainly caused by various criteria, from the criteria of brand, model, type, price, engine capacity, transmission, braking, year of manufacture and fuel consumption. However, in practice, there are difficulties in determining the criteria in the selection of motorcycles because many consumers do not understand the criteria for motorcycles. The weight of the assessment criteria for the COPRAS method for choosing motorcycles are namely price criteria weighing 40%, fuel consumption weighing 30%, engine capacity weighing 20% ​​and year of manufacture weighing 20%. At this time the learning process is still partially carried out online (in the network) considering the positive cases of Covid-19 that still exist in the Semarang City area. The implementation of online learning is not without problems, even in several countries, especially Indonesia, it is reported that countries that adopt online learning on average are actually much smaller than expected. The implementation of online learning makes students less understanding of the learning materials provided and students' low interest in learning during the pandemic. This study aims to create a learning application for grade VI elementary school students that contains learning materials, practice questions that are randomized using LCM and facilitate the results of the assessment of the questions. From the results of LCM randomization, each student did not get the same or twin questions. From the test of 3 students, it was found that the questions that appeared in the same order were question number 6, while the questions that appeared in a different order were questions number 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10
