Oxygen is vital therapy where delivery accuracy is crucial, especially for infant patients, to ensure treatment effectiveness and prevent the risks of hypoxia or toxicity. With the implementation of the mandatory Domestic Product Utilization Policy (TKDN+BMP ≥ 40%), evaluating the quality of local products has become an urgent necessity. This study aims to test and analyze the quality and accuracy of domestically produced infant oxygen flowmeters compared to an imported product. The method used was experimental testing, measuring three brands of domestic products and one brand of foreign product at flow rate settings of 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 liters per minute (LPM). Each setting point was measured 10 times using a standardized calibrator to ensure data reliability. The measurement results were analyzed to identify the deviation level of each product. The findings of this study are expected to provide an objective conclusion on the quality equivalence of domestic products with imported ones and to identify which product has the lowest deviation rate. This can serve as scientific consideration for hospitals in selecting high-quality infant oxygen flowmeters, thereby supporting the domestic product policy.

The Message Queue Telementary Transport (MQTT) protocol is able to adjust the sending and receiving of messages to monitor in accordance with the user's preferences because the sending and receiving of messages is topic based on a specified topic, making it necessary to routinely monitor the condition of patients who have been diagnosed with heart problems from a distance. With the aim to perform a Quality of Service (QoS) analysis with throughput, delay, and packet loss parameters using Unshielded Twisted Pair internet transmission media (UTP) and Wireless, the goal of this research is to design and implement (MQTT) a heart rate monitoring device with an EKG module as a sensor and ESP32 as a microcontroller. On the Ubidots website, EKG signals are transmitted over the internet and shown in real time. QoS analysis is performed using the Wireshark application. Data was collected on two scenarios at intervals of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 5 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 18 hours, and 23 hours. The throughput, latency, and packet loss metrics used in this study's results cause different value variations; these are influenced by the weather, internet bandwidth, computer, and router specifications. According to testing, the tool is portable and has a 3000mAh battery, but it has the restriction that it can only be used with reliable internet and bandwidth.

Information systems can be technically defined as a set of interconnected components designed to support decision-making and drive organizational operations. PT Asuransi Takaful Keluarga utilizes an information system in the form of the Takaful eCard mobile application, which facilitates registration and access to outpatient and inpatient insurance services at partner hospitals. Over time, several usability issues have emerged related to the application's user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). To evaluate user satisfaction and comfort levels, usability testing was conducted using the Heuristic Evaluation method. This method assesses UI design flaws based on 10 established usability principles. The evaluation revealed design issues in (H2) question Q6, (H3) question Q7, and (H10) questions Q27 and Q28. These issues are primarily related to the absence of new feature additions, ineffective message dialog boxes, and the lack of a user guidance module. The findings highlight the need for UI/UX improvements to enhance user interaction with the Takaful eCard application.

Along with the development of technology, the use of computers as a tool really needs to be used, especially in the health sector. The Prabumulih City General Hospital is the only hospital owned by the Prabumulih City Government and is a first-level referral. The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.

Stroke is the number one cause of disability and the second cause of death in the world. Blood flow that is not smooth in stroke patients causes hemodynamic disorders including changes in the value of oxygen saturation in the blood (SpO2) which can interfere with the function of internal organs including the heart due to lack of oxygen intake. So we need a system to monitor the oxygen saturation value which can be used as an early indicator in recognizing stroke patients. This system uses detection of two sensors to measure oxygen saturation in the blood, a microcontroller to process data, a monitor to display data, a buzzer as a warning of the lower limit of measurement and a micro sd card module to store measurement data that has been running. Parameters displayed include the date of measurement, patient ID, SpO2-1, SpO2-2, last SpO2-1 and last SpO2-2. This system will measure and display the SpO2 value of both right and left arms simultaneously. Stroke patients who experience muscle weakness in one hand may experience different values with a hand that does not experience muscle weakness. This study aims to develop an SpO2 monitoring system that will be used to detect stroke patients with non-invasive methods. The results show that the system has been developed and can be used to measure the patient's SpO2 from both hands simultaneously with a measurement error rate of ±2% for each sensor from standard medical equipment.

Starting from the development of medical technology that is increasingly sophisticated and rapidly growing, researchers conduct medical research, namely about patient infusion handling services. In handling patient infusion, currently it is still manual which is carried out by nurses / medical personnel. Infusion handling services for patients still have shortcomings, namely the process of monitoring and replacing infusion fluids which are often late. If the problem is not treated quickly, it can lead to problems, namely the presence of air embolism in the blood vessels (the entry of foreign objects into the blood vessels, for example air). From that problem, the researchers made a new innovation in medical technology in handling infusions automatically and based on IoT. In this study, the smart online infusion device that has been made has good features and is very effective in handling infusions. This device has 3 main functions, namely: it can monitor the remaining infusion, it can change the infusion fluid automatically and it can indicate a blocked patient's infusion. This device already has a method for processing data with fuzzy logic. Media monitoring has been supported by a website that can be controlled remotely and in real time. Tests have been carried out and the effectiveness of the system is found to have an error rate of 0.2% - 0.7% and has an accuracy of 98%. Thus this tool can be used in terms of handling patient infusion automatically.

Management of medical actions carried out in handling patients who are ODP (people under monitoring), OTG (asymptomatic people), PDP (patient under monitoring) and positive Covid-19 patients is carried out based on assumptions, such as self-isolation, hospitalization, or special treatments in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) room. The condition of the body in each patient is different, a patient may have same symptoms but the treatment is different, especially in elderly patients. Many problems occur in determining medical action because the patient's body condition is different. Therefore, it needs to be appointed as a research. The research method used in this study was Nive Bayes algorithm with supporting application Rapid Miner. It was applied to carry out the process of testing on patient data as much as 500 data, 25 variables or patient symptoms and 3 outputs as a form of medical action. Based on the results of the analysis carried out in this study, prediction of medical actions for ODP, PDP, OTG and positive Covid-19 patients were obtained by comparing training data with testing data using Rapid Miner application. It resulted that an accuracy rate of 76.00% was obtained
