The business of selling coffee in the world is growing more easily and quickly with the provision of a place which is usually called a cafe or shop. One of them is the Titik Hitam Nalar cafe in Jakarta, but the ordering process with customers takes longer to wait for orders and customer payments that are not neatly arranged create conditions that’s are not conducive, resulting in continuous negative criticism. Therefore, an application is needed that helps employees work in every part, both in terms of ordering, manufacturing, and payments, using the FIFO algorithm which focuses on which services are prioritized first in order to reduce negative sentiment from customers. The Android-based application was created by involving every design phase, making it easier for customers and employees to provide a service facility that works well and is suitable for use.  

At this moment, IoT technology was implemented in a broader area. The development of IoT technology can help human life become more manageable. IoT systems can help human activity through the natural time control system provided before. But there are some drawbacks when implementing the IoT system. One of them is the transmission process in the networking area. It’s happened because of weather, and other natural problems. Sometimes, IoT transmission can’t reach on time. It can make errors reading data on the user side. We proposed a transmission system, namely a Hybrid MP-QUIC transmission protocol, for helping in sending the data. Using this transmission protocol can reduce the response time between client and server.

Website is an existing facility on the internet, and is one of the alternative means of information and promotional media used to get new news. The purpose of making the site of SMK Negeri 1 OKU Selatan is to assist in promoting and informing the School so that it is easy to access by all people wherever they are. Therefore this study took the initiative to Build a School Website at SMK NEGERI 1 OKU SELATAN using PHP & MYSQL as a means of promotion and information. The research subjects in this thesis are South OKU 1 Public Vocational School The software used in making South Oku 1 South Vocational School website is Adobe Photoshop CS3, XAMPP, PHP, Sublime Text and MySQL. The result of this final project is a website for SMK Negeri 1 Oku Selatan, the website was developed using PHP and MySQL. The contents contained in the website are in the form of information about agencies such as: profile, department, gallery and contact that can be contacted at the SMK NEGERI 1 OKU SELATAN institution.

Monopulse Secondary Surveillance Radar Mode-S is a flight observation device that can work up to 256 NM coverage. To ensure that the equipment is run, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the equipment in accordance with KP No. 35 of 2019 concerning procedures for maintenance and reporting of aviation telecommunications facilities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the tool. Equipment performance evaluation is analyzed based on several parameters. the analysis was carried out using research methods in the form of qualitative analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the analysis are adjusted to KP no. 35 of 2019 with an evaluation of the performance of the INDRA IRS20-MP/S 2NA Type MSSR Mode-S Radar device for the 2023 period has 100% availability, MTBF 8760 Hours, and MTTR 0 Minutes 

Well-organized and methodical libraries can, either directly or indirectly, facilitate the teaching and learning process in the community in which they are housed. Manual searching takes a long time because libraries typically have a large number of reading books. Without a book search system, libraries will make it harder and take longer for patrons to find books since they will have to look through each book individually on the shelf. It is quite feasible to create an information retrieval system for libraries to make book searches easier. Based on the parameters or keywords entered, the content-based filtering approach of the library book search information retrieval system can present ten recommendations. The Complete Guide to Islam in Kafah has the highest similarity of 0.775 when it comes to the process of looking for books with religious categories and keywords related to Islam.

The insurance business within an insurance company offers insurance products owned by the insurance company. In every insurance product there is a premium payment and the premium is the income of an insurance company at the rate of the amount insured. The problem that PT BNI Life Insurance has is that there are many stops in premium payments such as policy redemptions due to errors in the benefits received or incorrect selection of the insurance product, this can reduce the achievement of targets for an insurance company. The aim of this research is to find out the best classification algorithm compared between K-Nearest Neighbor and Naive Bayes to predict the type of insurance product that customers will choose. In this research, data mining methods are applied to compare two different methods, namely the K-Nearest Neighbor method and the Naïve Bayes method. The level of accuracy results for the K-Nearest Neighbor method is 80% and the Naïve Bayes method is 70.53%, which means that the K-Nearest Neighbor method is the best method to apply to an insurance product classification system based on the demographics of prospective customers.

All PT Astra International BMW Semarang transactions are recorded in the database but the problem is that the stock management is  efficientless so  the part stock that buyers are interested is not available. This research aims to conduct a comparative mining results using the association rule with apriori algorithm for year 2021, 2022 and 2023 sales transaction dataset with total of 43.694 records using the Rstudio. Data mining process in each year uses the same parameters for each itemset combination. The best association pattern occurs in 2023 with support value 0.05913841 and confidence value 100%. This can be concluded that the rules formed from each year could be different eventhough using same parameters. The item that always appears in the association rule from 2021 – 2023is Z99000000333 (BMW Engine OIL) which is often purchased with items named “Set fil-oil” so it can be a recommendation for  item stocking  in the warehouse.

n today's digital era, customer reviews play a crucial role in purchasing decisions, but the large volume of reviews makes manual analysis difficult. Thus, a fast and accurate sentiment analysis method using Natural Language Processing (NLP) is needed. This research aims to analyze product reviews for the ZALIKA STORE 88 on Shopee using NLP. It involves preprocessing reviews, applying NLP techniques like tokenization, stemming, and lexical analysis, and automatically classifying sentiments. The analysis of ZALIKA STORE 88's reviews reveals mostly positive sentiments, with some negative and neutral reviews. The sentiment analysis achieved an 87% accuracy rate. This research is intended to help ZALIKA STORE 88 make informed decisions based on customer reviews.

This research has succeeded in developing the PT website. Sistem Informasi Rencana Umum Pengadaan (SIRUP) Lokal is a web-based application utilized by the Government of Central Java Province for procurement planning of goods and services. Of course, evaluation is needed to measure the usability level of the SIRUP Lokal and as input for future development purposes. The respondents of this research are active users of SIRUP Lokal, totaling 100 people. This research is quantitative in nature with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done through questionnaires. Data processing and analysis utilize statistical tools, namely SPSS. The results of this research indicate that SIRUP Lokal is perceived to be highly beneficial for users, especially 1) The system’s performance is considered superior, excelent, and well-received by users 2) Users tend to recommend the system to others. 

PT Astra International BMW Semarang operates in the automotive sector, focusing on sales, aftersales, and spare parts for BMW cars. The availability of spare parts is crucial for customer satisfaction, as stock shortages can lead to disappointment. Using data from 52,162 spare parts sales transactions from January 2019 to June 2023, the study applies data mining techniques with the a priori and eclat algorithms to identify consumer purchasing patterns and prevent stock shortages. The research aims to provide recommendations for prioritizing spare parts stock. Utilizing the CRISP-DM methodology and R programming, the study found that the highest confidence in purchasing patterns occurs with a combination of three itemsets: if a customer buys an oil filter set (B11.42.8.593.186) and washer cleaner (B83.12.5.A1A.683), they will also buy BMW engine oil (Z99000000333) with 100% confidence. These findings can help PT Astra International BMW Semarang manage spare parts stock more effectively.

Every university certainly has a library to provide learning facilities to the academic community. According to Article 55 of the National Education System Law Number 2 of 1989, one of the requirements to have a university is to have a library. The development of libraries today has shifted from systems that initially still used manual systems, to automated systems that can later be developed into online service systems or digital libraries. However, in this case, according to the findings at the time of college accreditation, the recording of library visitors still uses a ledger that is handwritten by visitors. in terms of college accreditation, it is necessary to use a web-based Library Visitor E-Logbook that has a positive and significant impact. In this study, the manufacture of the E-Logbook system uses the Rapid Application Development method and produces system requirements that have 2 access rights, namely Visitors and Library Operators as well as System Design, Database Design in the form of Entity Relationship Diagrams and Web-based system applications. From this research, the Library Visitor E-Logbook system can provide benefits in administrative processes related to recording and monitoring computerized visitor visits and is able to provide convenience in searching data and downloading visitor reports

The background of this research is the lack of interest of Dhyana Pura University Informatics Engineering Study Program students in visiting the library. This shows the need for a new innovation in the library that can increase the attractiveness of students to visit the library more often. The purpose of this study was to implement augmented reality with the Android-based marker-based tracking method in the search system for reference books for IT courses in the UNDHIRA library, to find out the results of the analysis of the level of user convenience and satisfaction in using the application, as well as to find out the results of a comparison of the level of interest in student visits to the library before and after system implementation. This research is a quantitative study; the data was collected using a questionnaire technique on 54 application users. The results showed that the usability of the application was 87.41% or could be classified as "very good." The results of the Kano model test show that the attributes of the application are very satisfying to users, with the majority of the attributes in the application being included in the attractive category. The results of a comparative analysis of the interest level of student visits to the library before and after system implementation showed that 49 out of 54 students stated that the application could increase their interest in visiting the library. So based on these results, this application can increase the interest of IT students in visiting the library.

The study titled "The Influence of System and Service Quality on User Satisfaction of Silalapbaja Website" aims to evaluate the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. There were 51 respondents involved in this research, with data analysis conducted using SPSS version 25. The results indicate that System and Service Quality significantly influence User Satisfaction, as evidenced by the significant value of Fhitung = 0.000 < 0.05. From the t-test, System and Service Quality variables partially affect User Satisfaction, while Information Quality does not have a significant partial effect. For instance, the significant values of thitung X1 = 0.000 < 0.05 and X3 = 0.49 < 0.05, whereas X2 = 0.094 > 0.05. The variables that significantly influence are System Quality with a Standardized Coefficients Beta of 0.552 and Service Quality of 0.220. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that System, Information, and Service Quality contribute to 59% of User Satisfaction, while other factors beyond this study affect 41%. Therefore, it is recommended for the developers of the Silalapbaja Website to prioritize improvements in System and Service Quality to enhance User Satisfaction.

According to the Jakarta Air Quality Index (AQI US) 12 July 2023, 200 indicates unhealthy air quality with an index value between 151 and 200. This figure even shows that Jakarta is currently the second most polluted city in Southeast Asia. (CNN Indonesia., 2023). This incident gave rise to responses from the public which were expressed via social media Twitter. From this incident, sentiment analysis was carried out regarding Jakarta's air quality. The amount of data used for this research was 500 tweet data. The results of the positive and negative sentiment analysis show that negative sentiment appears more frequently than positive sentiment with a percentage of 7% positive sentiment and 14% negative sentiment, by using the Rstudio application. This method uses the naïve Bayes classifier. Data division in the dataset with training data 1:499 and test data 1:476. It was found that the results of the Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score values were Accuracy 87.50%, Precision 87.50 Recall 93.33%, and F1-Score 82.35%.       

Crime and criminality are increasing by utilizing electronic and digital devices, such as CCTV (closed circuit television) security devices, smartphones, and other electronic devices that have video features, record and store perpetrator data. CCTV recording files are sometimes unclear, so video forensic software is needed to clarify the object so that it can be used as evidence in court. The method used in this research is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method and enhancement techniques to clarify the image frame objects of CCTV video recordings using Amped Five forensic image and video tools. The results of the analysis of the evidence concluded that they had succeeded in identifying the vehicle number plate of the alleged perpetrator by carrying out an enhancement process (improving the quality) of the image object. The enhancement process is carried out by utilizing the optical debluring feature of the amped five forensic video software, in settings by increasing the size from 1 to 2 and increasing the noise value from 0.0100 to 0.6310 so it looks clearer than before.

Hasil penelitian ini adalah faktor penentu pelaksanaan program BPNT di Kelurahan Majasari Kecamatan Prabumulih Selatan disebabkan oleh faktor sikap (disposisi) yang kurang berhasil dalam kualitas beras, sasaran rumah tangga penerima bantuan bantuan pangan krusial Contoh Non Tunai (BPNT), jumlah rumah tangga penerima manfaat sasaran beras.

This study uses the method (SDLC) Waterfall as a development method to be used when designing and build applications, while the research methods to be used is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Research collecting data through direct observation, interviews and library research. help tool uml design to help design the system to be created. With the existence of this android application hopefully helps people save time when want to shop at the ce florist bouquet shop.

The design of the POSKESDES health service system for tanjung miring village was carried out so that the use of information technology was used as a tool to increase productivity for POSKESDES for tanjung miring village. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which means carefully recording various phenomena that are seen and heard and read via interviews or field notes, photos, videos, personal documentation, notes and memos and so on. The results of this research are to help manage information about POSKESDES so that it can help the surrounding community. Can assist POSKESDES in terms of disseminating information about the latest activities and the latest information at POSKESDES in tanjung miring village and can assist in the patient service process.

Typing errors in documents are fairly common. The process of checking typing errors manually will take a lot of time. Therefore, a system called Indonesian spelling correcting with Jaro Winkler is needed. Spelling Correcting is a feature that can check and correct word writing errors automatically. Jaro Winkler is an algorithm used for the word correction process by calculating the value obtained from the results of the operation of modifying one word with another word with the help of a matrix. Based on the results of trials on 13 words, namely "Alaman Amus Seperti Pada Gamba Tersebut Digunakan Untuk Memasukkan Data Kata Pada KBBI ", this spelling correcting application can produce 3 correct word corrections to " halaman kamus seperti pada gambar tersebut digunakan untuk data pada kbbi ", each Word improvement is calculated using the Jaro Winkler formula, getting a score above 0.94 for each word tested.
