Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan santri. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis ilmiah menjadi keterampilan penting untuk melanjutkan studi maupun memasuki dunia kerja profesional. Namun, mahasantri di Ma’had ‘Aly Kharisma Haromain masih menghadapi keterbatasan karena belum tersedianya modul terpadu yang mencakup metodologi penelitian, teknik penulisan, dan etika publikasi Islami. Kondisi ini membatasi potensi mereka dalam menghasilkan opini, artikel, maupun karya ilmiah yang berkualitas, padahal kontribusi pesantren sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan mendukung pembangunan masyarakat. Program pendampingan literasi dan penulisan ilmiah yang dilaksanakan melalui workshop, pelatihan komprehensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, membangun budaya riset, dan mendorong kolaborasi akademik. Dengan dukungan keberlanjutan program, perbaikan sarana, dan pengembangan modul adaptif, inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas, baik bagi lembaga pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar secara berkelanjutan.

Making batik designs requires the ability to visualize ideas for motifs or decorations. This process relies on the ability to move the visual processing process which was originally still an idea into something real, which can be seen in the form of an image. The ability to visualize is important because from this process motifs, patterns and decorations can be created. This work is quite complicated, requires precision, patience and takes time. When there are many orders, the work of drawing motifs must be faster. One solution to speed up making drawings is to use computer graphics to help create innovative written batik designs in a shorter time than if done manually. Through community service activities, the application of computer graphics technology for batik design innovation at the Pandansari Plupuh Sragen Batik Business uses training methods delivered offline and online. This is because both trainers and participants take time out of their busy work schedules. The participants are employees in the design department who are able to use computers. Through one face-to-face meeting for explanation and four online meetings for practice which aims to improve participants' skills in making various kinds of motifs. The result is a new design that can be completed relatively quickly compared to if it was done manually.

Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.

The service activity is a continuation of the previous service activity, which is almost entering the final stage of efforts to commercialize Gulon Asri waste bank products. This service activity consists of material delivery activities and product making workshop activities along with recording video tutorials of the products being worked on. At this stage, waste bank women are taught to make video tutorials which can be used as a means of education about recycling fabric waste as well as a promotional medium for the products produced by the waste bank.

Most MSMEs, including B&B Snack MSMEs, have not adopted technology as an effective sales tool. B&B Snack MSMEs face problems, namely a less strategic location and a lack of understanding of MSME owners regarding information technology. Therefore, in the YPPI Rembang University (UYR) Business Work Lecture Community Service activities, they provide a solution to overcome this problem, namely registering the location of MSME B&B Snacks on Google Maps and using direction signs, which can help customers find the location easily. The main goal is to increase the competitiveness of B&B Snack MSME owners in their main market in Rembang City and increase their business turnover. This activity began with a survey of MSME locations and discussions with B&B Snack MSME owners to identify problems. Furthermore, assisting MSMEs in registering locations on Google Maps and creating direction signs. The results of the activities of the MSME B&B Snack location are registered on Google Maps and have directional signs.

Not having the geographic potential to be explored as a tourist area does not discourage the people of Mojogedang Village from improving their welfare. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future. Digital marketing is overwhelmly replacing offline marketing. One of the classic challenges faced by private schools is student enrollment. The purpose of the programm is to increase teacher’s participation in new student admissions (PPDB) through marketing strategy sessions, teacher motivation class, and a workshop on creating audiovisual media using mobile phones. The community service was held on January 2nd, 2024, and was attended by 34 participants, including principals, teachers, and education staffs from SMK PMB Kutoarjo, SMP PMB Pituruh, and SMP PMB 1 Kutoarjo. The questionnaire data was analyzed descriptively. The training results indicated that most teachers (94.1%) were willing to participate in PPDB digital marketing by sharing promotional media (65.6%), creating promotional media (59.4%), making videos (50%), and involving students in media creation (31.3%) and sharing media (43.8%). Efforts to enhance the participation of teachers in PPDB require personal commitment as well as the support of leaders and policy stakeholders. Collaborative efforts involving teachers as key agent include peer teacher, students, and alumni. 

Japanese language skills are a mandatory requirement for Indonesian interns who will work in Japan. Based on interviews with the leadership of LPK INNA (Indonesia Nippon Anugerah) Padang, it is known that the average intern who goes to Japan has Japanese language skills at N4 level or at least N5. At this level, students can read hiragana, katakana and basic kanji, they are can listen and take in information that is spoken slowly. However, interns are still hampered in communicating spontaneously, they are not fluent and stammer in carrying out conversations. In this PKM, training will be given to strengthen Japanese speaking skills to interns at LPK INNA through the Japanese Conversation Practice application. This training aims to: provide an understanding of Japanese culture related to communication and work ethic, practice carrying out daily Japanese conversations, introduce the use of the Japanese Conversation application as a medium for independent practice. Assistance in the use of social media for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) provides advantages and convenience in carrying out promotions to increase sales volume. The method used in community service is introduction, creation and assistance by choosing the right application is TikTok Shop. The TikTok Shop platform merges with TikTok as a TikTok platform that can share short videos without any time limits and has a wide reach and network with high traffic. The advantages of the TikTok Shop are expected to be able to help Mui Cat Shop to increase sales volume so that the expected profit is achieved.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. The problems that exist are the various socio-economic conditions, education, social status that exist in the members of Karang Taruna in Kampung Gebang, there are those who work, there are schools, lectures and many of them who have not worked even though they are actually ready to work Idle). The extension target is the members of youth group in Gebang village Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kadipiro Sub-District, Banjarsari District, Surakarta. The implementation method to overcome the problems of Karang Taruna in Kampung Gebang Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kalurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari District Surakarta is to provide alternative solutions include: Counseling of small business management management system, extension of marketing and Entrepreneurship system, Counseling of financial management system. The results achieved from this community service program in Gebang Kalurahan Kadipiro are as follows: Increasing the motivation and ability of Karang Taruna in entrepreneurship, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in managing the business, so it can develop well, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in business management so that they will Know cash flow and can finally calculate the profit of his business, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in terms of entrepreneurship, so they will be able to strategize and ultimately can be superior in choosing their business.Keywords: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Financial management.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan data survey pemetaan politik. Tingkat akurasi data salah satunya disebabkan intrumen survey yang disusun kurang kredible. Aspek relibilitas dan validitas instrument belum melalui skrinning yang cukup. Secara khusus pengabdian ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan ketrampilan tehnis dalam hal (a) menentukan instrument survey yang dapat digunakan dalam survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah; (b) menyusun instrument kusioner yang baik dan benar guna melakukan survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah. Metode pengabdian berbentuk workshop. Peserta diberikan materi pengetahuan disekitar penyusunan instrument survey, menyusun pertanyaan kuisioner secara efektif, tehnik wawancara efektif dan menyampaian data lapangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan di Solo Raya Polling melibatkan duabelas pengurus dan team survey. The people in this district, Just like the common society nowadays, get used to consume food added by sintetic addition spicies in which not good for the health particularly can damage important internal body organ. Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. The high level of corruption in Indonesia raises an effort to fight. Efforts to prevent corruption can be prevented through families by increasing the role of women. The purpose of community service awareness raises women in the household in an effort to prevent corruption. Methods implemented by methods of socialization, counseling, and training. Marginalized children in the Seroja Surakarta Women and Children Empowerment Institution (PPAP) have a background of various factors, including poverty, difficulty getting a job, no longer having parents or disabled, no place to live, and low education. Seeing these problems, what is needed by marginalized children is how they can get welfare in the present and in the future, especially in the economic aspect. Therefore the Slamet Riyadi University PKM Team carried out training activities on using the Tiktok application to help these marginalized children to be able to work even if they only used cellphones. Marginalized children will be given knowledge about using the Tiktok application, training to become Tiktok Sellers, namely how they can have an online shop on Tiktok, Host Live Tiktok Shops, namely how they can do live, sell, and Tiktok Affiliate so they can get sales commissions without the need to have prior capital. With this training, children can work even if only at home.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. The problems faced by partners are in the form of teacher Civic teachers in Pacitan Regency had difficulties in preparing individual learning tools. Therefore, the Citizenship Learning and Education Research Group conducted a workshop on developing Learning Objective Flows and Teaching Modules with the help of Assessment Applications. The purpose of the service is to improve the teacher's ability to develop learning designs. The service method used is in the form of a workshop with a blended learning model. Implementation is carried out in five stages, namely identifying the characteristics of workshop participants, preparing materials, creating digital classes and the necessary platforms, carrying out offline and online workshops, evaluating workshop results. The result of the service is that after attending the workshop, the teacher can make ATP and modules according to the criteria. while additional outputs are in the form of publications in online media and community service videos.

Elderly people are those who have reached the age of 60 years or more who need activities to avoid experiencing dementia, the elderly have socio-psychological problems related to stress, loneliness and mental problems. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta, provided an activity to make the elderly productive through skills activities at the Widhi Asih Nursing Home, Surakarta. The methods applied in this activity include: (1) providing information related to the skills activities carried out (2) preparing the main materials and skills framework, (3) making craft skills from plastic spoons, used cardboard and flannel, (4) process final completion of skills and monitoring with the elderly. The result of the service is that seniors are able to participate in craft skills activities from start to finish with enthusiasm. Skills activities can fill the elderly's free time thereby suppressing dementia. Activities can be developed with creativity, new skills according to the abilities and desires of the elderly. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out through monitoring pattern.
