Empowerment of Farming Communities in Enhancing Rural Economic Development. This socialization aims to find out the extent of the role of Farmer Groups in increasing the empowerment of the farming community of Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency and to know the Rights and Obligations of Owners and Cultivators.The main problem of the target audience is to find out how the behavior of the farmers in Kulwaru Village regarding financing and management and calculating the profits of rice farmers. As well as knowing how accounting and local wisdom in the profit-sharing system between the owner rice farmer and the cultivating rice farmer under the guise method. Based on the research, the results obtained from analyzing the results of experience and interviews with rice farmers in Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency produced a form or model of profit sharing cooperation with the "mask" method. Owners and cultivators in a production sharing cooperation agreement are not carried out in writing, but verbally. In addition, owner farmers and sharecroppers also have different rights and obligations in managing rice fields.

Penduduk di Wilayah RW IV Kelurahan Mojosongo, Kecamatan Jebres, Kota Surakarta sangat beragam, dari yang berusia produktif hingga dengan lansia, diantaranya terdapat banyak ibu – ibu dan remaja putri yang tidak bekerja tetapi berkeinginan dan sangat potensial untuk mendirikan home industry yang dikelola warga secara bersama. Dalam kaitannya dengan upaya untuk membina dan mengembangkan potensi ibu ibu dan remaja putri, metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan produk yang mudah dibuat, murah bahannya, dan banyak diminati di pasar, yaitu masker peel off dari bahan alami. Akhir dari program pengabdian ini dilakukan evaluasi keberhasilan pengabdian masyarakat. Evaluasi dinilai berdasarkan kuisioner dari peserta dan berdasarkan penilaian dari Ketua PKK RW IV. Kegiatan ini diikuti dengan antusias oleh peserta yaitu dengan kesungguhan peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini.Pada evaluasi dari Ketua PKK RW IV, kegiatan ini dinilai sangat bermanfaat bagi warga dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu dalam pembuatan masker wajah.

Improving the quality of human resources in the field of vocational education becomes the focus of goals in this community service activity. Through the training of software inventors, the quality of human resources in vocational schools SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik, SMK KAL 1 Surabaya, SMK Maskumambang 1 and SMK PGRI 1 Gresik given understanding and knowledge about software Inventor that 73% of participants have never known the software before. With lecture methods, Q&A, demonstrations, and practices are given in the presentation of the material. The results of this software inventor training obtained a satisfaction score of 60% with a good assessment scale for facilitators, 53% for facilities and 53% for presenters, and 67% for materials provided. Suggestions for future training can be held with a longer duration and participants get an alloy book.
