This program was designed to improve the financial literacy of Generation Z, with a specific focus on members of the Maluku Protestant Church Youth Movement (AMGPM) in Poka Village. Initial assessments indicated that most participants had limited financial knowledge, with fewer than 30% understanding basic investment concepts. The initiative employed socialization and simulation methods to educate participants on investment principles, introduce regulated investment applications approved by OJK and BAPPEBTI, and promote secure online investment strategies. Evaluation findings revealed significant progress, with 40% of participants showing improved financial literacy. Additionally, over 75% successfully performed investment steps during simulations, and 85% expressed increased confidence in beginning their investment journey. While the program effectively enhanced participants' understanding, continued training is necessary to ensure long-term impact, particularly in the areas of portfolio diversification and risk management, which are critical for building sustainable and resilient investment practices.

This community service program focuses on enhancing digital marketing capabilities for the Kroket Keraton MSMEs in Tohudan Village, Colomadu, Central Java.  Kroket Keraton  MSMEs, which have traditionally relied on conventional sales,  have faced challenges  in reaching  a wider market and increasing sales. Through this program, intensive training and mentoring on digital marketing strategies were provided,  including the use of social media, creating  engaging content, search engine optimisation (SEO), and digital ad management. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the digital marketing knowledge and skills of MSME actors,  as well as  an increase in sales  and  market reach. Additionally, this program helped build brand awareness and customer loyalty through more effective and efficient digital marketing approaches.   Thus,  this community service program is expected to serve as a model for empowering other MSMEs in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) are business entities owned and managed by villages together with village communities with the aim of increasing independence, togetherness, and mutual cooperation. However, BUMDes still faces various technical and operational obstacles, especially in the preparation of good and correct financial statements. In fact, financial statements are official documents that contain information about the financial position of BUMDes in a certain period to provide an accurate and transparent picture related to BUMDes finances to stakeholders. This research aims to overcome this problem through assistance carried out by the Karanganyar Regency Dispermades with the PKM-HGR UNS PUSLITDESBANGDA Service Team. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which involves the active participation of all BUMDes elements during the mentoring process. This assistance aims to provide solutions to existing problems and create more effective, transparent, and sustainable management of BUMDes. After the implementation of this assistance, it is hoped that it can improve the professionalism of financial management, managerial skills, transparency and accountability, access to external financial resources, community empowerment, and the continuity and growth of BUMDes.

This UMKM socialization activity aims to develop the digital competence of UMKM actors in order to create digital entrepreneurs who can compete with the complex dynamics of today's market. With the digitalization of UMKM actors, It is anticipated that UMKM owners will recognize the significance of strengthening their understanding of financial management, marketing strategies, and the application of appropriate technology, so that they can position their businesses effectively and efficiently. This activity uses the Lecture and Drill and Practice methods which can attract the public to join in the activity. The data from this study reveals, (1) The socialization of UMKM digitalization provides benefits for the development of UMKM businesses in Purwodiningratan Village, (2) Increases digital competence for UMKM actors in the use of digital marketing platforms such as: marketplaces, digital payment methods using QR Code scans (QRIS), and digital financial records, and (3) UMKM actors are able to practice making digital payments in the form of QR Codes (QRIS) independently so that digital entrepreneurs can develop in Purwodiningratan Village.

Microenterprises in Desa Sumber are small-scale household businesses run by the local community. Based on the existence of businesses, there are SMEs that produce processed food and batik cloth. In the processed food business, problems arise related to the absence of assistance and business management to develop, so that the community conducts small-scale and limited household businesses. Problems in the batik business are weak competitiveness, the number of batik products produced, and the lack of marketing expansion. The solution applied in this community service is micro business empowerment activities carried out through data collection, partnerships, ease of licensing, institutional strengthening and coordination with stakeholders. Food processing training, branding and packaging training, and marketplace development training were carried out.

A foundation is a non-profit organization operating in the fields of religion and education, with its primary funding coming from public donations in the form of alms and charity. Although it is not intended to generate profit, a foundation must still address financial aspects and prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards to ensure accountability to the public. Good financial management involves budgeting, cash flow management, expense oversight, transparent financial reporting, and financial report analysis. The main issue faced by Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi is ineffective financial management, with financial reports being simple ledgers and not compliant with ISAK 35 standards. The Pustapako community service team collaborated with Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi to address this issue through a series of activities, including focus group discussions (FGDs), training, and the implementation of a web-based accounting information system. The results indicate that by applying appropriate accounting standards and using a suitable accounting information system, the foundation can produce more transparent, accurate, and comprehensible financial reports. The foundation's management now has improved capabilities in financial management, enhancing donor and public trust. The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. Brebeg Village has great potential for producing Siamese oranges. Large areas of land have the productivity to produce more oranges, oranges can be harvested on average 18 tons per year. The large potential of orange fruit can improve the economy of orange farmers, the government Department of Agriculture provides assistance in the form of training on the care and rejuvenation of orange trees as well as providing training on processing orange fruit products in collaboration with UNAIC. The problems faced by Gapoktan are a lack of knowledge regarding planting oranges, an irregular irrigation system. The problems faced by KWT are lack of knowledge regarding orange-based products, product management and marketing. The method used is coordinating with all partners, providing knowledge and skills in creating orange cultivation facilities and orange-based food processing, implementing and evaluating activities. The results of Kosabangsa's research are able to provide benefits for community empowerment in this case, namely improving the economy through empowering Siamese orange farmer groups to become functional food-based processed products in Brebeg Village, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. This activity aims at empowerment and development of snack business based on local potency. Mitra is a group of Micro small and Medium Enterprises community of Ganesha (KUB Bahtera) Purworejo and culinary group of Angudi Laras Purworejo (KBU Satu Hati). There are 8 participants. Problems faced by partners include: Lack of marketing access, low production capability, low access to capital for funding, Low financial management capability and business accounting administration, Limited human resources marketing and Production. To solve these problems, the program solutions offered are: 1) Increased marketing access, 2) Improvement of product processing techniques, 3) Strengthening of loan access to various funding sources, 3) improvement of financial management and business administration, and 4) Strengthening Partnership. The method used is training and mentoring. The results achieved are: the increasing ability of participants in the field of online marketing, enhancement of capabilities in designing product packaging, increasing sales through the implementation of online marketing, and strengthening the partnership relationship between groups.Keyword: snacks, business groups, online marketing

The extension target is the members of youth group in Gebang village Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kadipiro Sub-District, Banjarsari District, Surakarta. The implementation method to overcome the problems of Karang Taruna in Kampung Gebang Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kalurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari District Surakarta is to provide alternative solutions include: Counseling of small business management management system, extension of marketing and Entrepreneurship system, Counseling of financial management system. The results achieved from this community service program in Gebang Kalurahan Kadipiro are as follows: Increasing the motivation and ability of Karang Taruna in entrepreneurship, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in managing the business, so it can develop well, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in business management so that they will Know cash flow and can finally calculate the profit of his business, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in terms of entrepreneurship, so they will be able to strategize and ultimately can be superior in choosing their business.Keywords: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Financial management.

Sekip Kadipiro is a developing area with various income structure, especialy ini RT 06/RW 08. The people in this district, Just like the common society nowadays, get used to consume food added by sintetic addition spicies in which not good for the health particularly can damage important internal body organ. Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. The service was carried out based on findings from the Dapur Aura UMKM and Sayur Kriyur UMKM whose bookkeeping was still in the form of cash flow report only. The aim of this activity is to develop the bookkeeping of the two MSMEs, so that they can start making general journals, compiling ledgers, including balance sheets, income statements and notes to financial reports in accordance with the provisions in SAK EMKM. The service method is carried out through simple counseling to business owners or managers and several financial employees. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of MSME managers in running a business, especially regarding financial management, so that they can produce their own simple financial reports, and an article in this journal.

Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity partners are people who are not economically productive (general/ordinary community) Posyandu Cadre Ibu Sadar 2 is located in Wonorejo Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency, which is located. In RW I Wonorejo, there are problems with the large amount of garbage scattered around the settlements due to the unavailability of waste collection and processing facilities, many sick children who have to go to the hospital due to the lack of cleanliness in environmental conditions, therefore it is necessary to empower posyandu cadres in managing community-based waste. The objectives of this community partnership program (PKM) are: 1) improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of partners in treating waste, 2) motivating partners to always be creative and innovative in managing waste through the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), 3) encouraging partners improving and maintaining waste management in the environment so that a healthy, comfortable, peaceful and prosperous atmosphere is obtained and 4) for universities as a form of implementing MBKM based on the second and third Main Performance Indicators (IKU), namely students and lecturers active outside campus. The methods to be used in achieving the above objectives are outreach to community leaders and partners, imparting knowledge and skills through lectures, field practice, discussions, and assistance in making useful items from waste and planting fruits and vegetables in pots. The output targets of this community partnership program are: 1) Posyandu cadres as partners can become pioneers in community-based waste management 2) are able to make goods from waste that have economic value, 3) have the skills and knowledge to make organic fertilizer from the waste used to meet their needs in growing fruits and vegetables in pots, and 4) publication through a national journal with ISSN in the Adi Widya Journal with ISSN 2598-2273 (print media) and ISSN 2598-2281 (online media) which have been indexed by Sinta and mass media online as well as YouTube

Community Reading Center (TBM) as a means for children to learn is one of the programs formulated by the government to build a learning community by increasing children's interest in reading. However, it isn’t all TBM are able to support this purpose due to existence of conditiions facing it, as experienced by TBM Al Bayun in Bandasari Village. Therefore, in the Unpad’s PKM (Integrated KKN-PPM) activity, it is generally intended to assist the village government in carrying out one of its tasks, while specifically intended to help the management of Al Bayun TBM to become a child learning facilities. The Model chosen for the implementation of its activities is the quadruple helix collaboration. While the method of activity is in the form of assistance, counseling to the community related to literacy, and technical guidance in managing TBM. PKM can be held as planned and generally, the set of activities in TBM management can be carried out properly. This is inseparable from the collaboration between the government, universities, publishing business actors, and civil society.  The four collaborating parties can play their respective roles so that the aims and objectives of PKM activities can be achieved. This success also shows that with collaboration, the problems faced are more likely to be handled and all limitations can be completed

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

Empowerment of Farming Communities in Enhancing Rural Economic Development. This socialization aims to find out the extent of the role of Farmer Groups in increasing the empowerment of the farming community of Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency and to know the Rights and Obligations of Owners and Cultivators.The main problem of the target audience is to find out how the behavior of the farmers in Kulwaru Village regarding financing and management and calculating the profits of rice farmers. As well as knowing how accounting and local wisdom in the profit-sharing system between the owner rice farmer and the cultivating rice farmer under the guise method. Based on the research, the results obtained from analyzing the results of experience and interviews with rice farmers in Kulwaru Village, Wates District, Kulon Progo Regency produced a form or model of profit sharing cooperation with the "mask" method. Owners and cultivators in a production sharing cooperation agreement are not carried out in writing, but verbally. In addition, owner farmers and sharecroppers also have different rights and obligations in managing rice fields.

A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

Increasing public awareness of increasing local wisdom products is in line with activities to preserve nature, this has made the trend of an environmentally friendly lifestyle very popular and increasingly spreading to various business sectors. One of the products of local wisdom, namely batik, in the development of a relatively new manufacturing technique, ecoprint batik is contemporary batik. One of the batik ecoprint SMEs in Boyolali is Srikandi SMEs precisely in Dohohudan Ngemplak Boyolali. This  SMEs can be categorized as a start-up business managed by housewives in Donohudan Village. The local village government strongly supports SMEs activities in the hope of improving the standard of living of the community during the Covid 19 Pandemic like this. Community roles and contributions are needed in economic empowerment. The result of the activity is the implementation of community activities in developing skills in managing Srikandi's SMEs management activities in growing their performance productivity through SMEs management training (entrepreneurship, simple financial management, marketing strategy and e-commerce). This activity is expected to increase the competitiveness of SMEs Srikandi (batik ecoprint) with similar SMEs.
