Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.

English language learning in vocational schools aims to provide students with language skills that can maximally support the competence of the specific field of expertise that students have. However, English teaching in many vocational schools, such as the Bali Medika Health Vocational School, is not designed as English for Specific Purposes (ESP), thus found to be insufficient to equip students to communicate using English in their target career. In addition, the teachers at this school revealed that it is difficult to find the kind of activities that can be organized to make learning English interesting and to choose material that is suitable to the needs of students as a future nurse assistant. Therefore, an innovative learning activity is needed to assist teachers in delivering teaching material that is suitable and relevant to the student’s target career. Learning through games such as word grouping and whispering was organized in the class to teach students the specialized nursing vocabulary. At the evaluation, students reported that learning nursing vocabulary through word-grouping and whispering activities was fun, and they could understand the material well. The learning activities helped them enrich their nursing vocabularies and they were very satisfied with the English learning in this program. The role of human resources for teachers (educators) in technological progress in the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0 makes the world of education the most important part of changing the nation's civilization, because it is the implementer of the success of the learning process in the classroom. The government's policy on independent learning hopes to have a positive impact through various activities to grow and improve a culture of literacy, competence and character. Therefore, this service provides a form of service through the socialization of the school literacy movement in independent curriculum learning at SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Jember. The results of this service have provided an understanding of the importance of carrying out a massive school literacy movement by providing access to reading and providing facilities to students. This activity has strengthened the importance of teacher competence in developing and implementing ideas for literacy culture in schools through a text-rich environment, an affective social environment, an appropriate academic environment according to the independent curriculum, and providing a creative environment (makerspace). Thus, this service activity can have a positive impact on schools, especially teachers as implementers of the success of the learning process in the classroom in increasing student competence

An earthquake is a type of natural disaster which occurs due to the movement of tectonic plates. The time and location of an earthquake cannot be predicted, so people living in earthquake-prone areas should have good knowledge of earthquake disasters as capital in anticipating earthquake disasters. Various efforts need to be made to increase knowledge about earthquake disasters, one of which is through education. In the education sector, efforts to increase knowledge about earthquake disasters can be done through the integration of game-based learning in schools. One of the schools that is vulnerable to earthquakes is SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo, Klaten Regency. This school is one of the schools that was affected by the earthquake disaster in Klaten Regency in 2006. The aim of this activity is to (1) increase knowledge about earthquake disasters through the implementation of game-based learning media (disaster SOS and puzzles) for social studies teachers and students at SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo and (2) increase the capacity of teachers and students in dealing with earthquake disasters. The targets of this activity are social studies teachers and OSIS administrators at SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo. The implementation method is through socialization and practice in using game-based learning media, namely disaster SOS and puzzles. The results of the activity showed that (1) the implementation of game-based learning media (disaster SOS and puzzles) can increase the motivation of teachers and students in studying earthquake disasters and (2) this media can increase the capacity of teachers and students regarding earthquake disasters.

This community service is Training on Quantum Learning Model for the teachers of Muhammadiyah 3 Surakarta Elementary School. It aims to increase learning quality and interactive learning process be enjoying class. Quantum learning helps effectively students to create large chance to see and build many concepts in learning. The concept of bring their world to our world and flow our world to their world be interactive, active and enjoy. By giving interactive chances make students understand more about complex problems in surrounding become correleted holistic paradigm. Quantum Learning Model applies learning syntaxes Grow – Experience – Name - Demonstrate – Repeate – Celebrate. (TANTUR ; Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulang, Rayakan). Learning as a process of organizing the environment around students might meet the National Education Standards. Most educators in Surakarta City had minimal understanding of the assessment of learning outcomes. How was the technique of preparing the right assessment tool in measuring student learning achievement? Based on the situation analysis, the partner's problems were found, including the lack of understanding of educators in the form and technique of preparing appropriate assessment tools, as well as the limited ability of educators to translate assessment techniques into digital form. The proposer's solution was through training, namely first training, designing the preparation of good item items, and providing strategies for composing good item items by paying attention to validity, level of difficulty, discriminating power, and reliability. The second training is monitoring the preparation of item items as well as strengthening the concepts and skills of item analysis techniques as well as assessment tool techniques with the assistance of digital media. The result of the implementation was that the activities run in an orderly manner according to the plan and according to the targets set. From this activity, it could be concluded that there was an increase in the competence of educators in developing digital-based assessments of learning tools after being given training.

Character education is important in the content of the elementary school curriculum. The content of this curriculum can be constructed on local content subjects, in addition to conveying material as well as strengthening character according to local customs and culture. The development of character education that contains traditional values and local culture is important because it sees the reality on the ground that school children are very dependent on gadgets but are not used for educational activities, and in making decisions for the future they are still very dependent and centered on parents' decisions. So that the service team from the Unisri PPKn study program was motivated to provide workshops on the implementation of regional culture-based local content curricula. Methods Implementation of activities is carried out in the form of counseling and training in implementing a local content curriculum based on regional culture. The results of community service activities at SDN 01 Bumi Laweyan include teachers starting to carry out and apply local culture in daily learning activities such as greetings, greeting fellow friends, and with teachers using fine Javanese. Community Reading Center (TBM) as a means for children to learn is one of the programs formulated by the government to build a learning community by increasing children's interest in reading. However, it isn’t all TBM are able to support this purpose due to existence of conditiions facing it, as experienced by TBM Al Bayun in Bandasari Village. Therefore, in the Unpad’s PKM (Integrated KKN-PPM) activity, it is generally intended to assist the village government in carrying out one of its tasks, while specifically intended to help the management of Al Bayun TBM to become a child learning facilities. The Model chosen for the implementation of its activities is the quadruple helix collaboration. While the method of activity is in the form of assistance, counseling to the community related to literacy, and technical guidance in managing TBM. PKM can be held as planned and generally, the set of activities in TBM management can be carried out properly. This is inseparable from the collaboration between the government, universities, publishing business actors, and civil society.  The four collaborating parties can play their respective roles so that the aims and objectives of PKM activities can be achieved. This success also shows that with collaboration, the problems faced are more likely to be handled and all limitations can be completed

The rapid development of technology 5.0 requires teachers to have competence in utilizing technology optimally. Teachers are expected to innovate in the learning process, such as developing interactive and interesting teaching materials. Apart from that, there is still a lack of effective learning resources that are ready to use and suit learners’ needs. Moreover, the use of the Merdeka Curriculum requires stakeholders and students to move as dynamically as possible. This certainly hinders the teaching and learning process. Through this activity, teachers are able to create digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules with the help of bookcreator application. The method of this activity is in the form of delivering material, training as well as mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity include increasing teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials. The materials can be used as a learning resource for students. This is in line with the increasing creativity of teachers in utilizing all digital sources as needed as teaching materials

The problems faced by partners are in the form of teacher Civic teachers in Pacitan Regency had difficulties in preparing individual learning tools. Therefore, the Citizenship Learning and Education Research Group conducted a workshop on developing Learning Objective Flows and Teaching Modules with the help of Assessment Applications. The purpose of the service is to improve the teacher's ability to develop learning designs. The service method used is in the form of a workshop with a blended learning model. Implementation is carried out in five stages, namely identifying the characteristics of workshop participants, preparing materials, creating digital classes and the necessary platforms, carrying out offline and online workshops, evaluating workshop results. The result of the service is that after attending the workshop, the teacher can make ATP and modules according to the criteria. while additional outputs are in the form of publications in online media and community service videos.

This activity aims to provide an overview of early childhood language development from learning stimulation activities through interactive video learning media at the Denali Development Center (DDC). Interactive video was chosen because it is considered very suitable for the characteristics of early childhood who tend to get bored easily, have low focus and concentration, and tend to be active and find it difficult to sit still. Based on the results of observations that have been made at DDC found problems where some children aged 1-3 years, experience speech delays where children cannot pronounce vocabulary correctly when communicating, the vocabulary mastered by children is still small, children cannot compose simple sentences when communicating, children have not been able to provide answers to questions that are given quickly and straightforwardly and the child has not been able to listen properly. From the results of the learning activities that have been carried out during the service period, gradually the child experiences significant language development where the child is quiet and never makes a sound or gives a slow reaction, this child begins to make sounds such as laughter or bubbling. And other children who cannot pronounce words correctly, gradually these children can say some words well and their meanings can be understood and the vocabulary they master also develops. Therefore providing stimulation to children is very important to reach this stage of development. Children who receive less stimulation tend to have problems and obstacles in their development.  

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

Dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, keterampilan bahasa, yaitu menyimak (istima’), membaca (qira`ah), menulis (kitabah), dan berbicara (kalam) berkaitan dengan keterampilan penerjemahan. Penerjemahan sebagai proses pengalihan makna dari bahasa sumber ke bahasa sasaran perlu dimiliki oleh pembelajar bahasa, termasuk siswa-siswa madrasah yang mempelajari Bahasa Arab sebagai mata pelajaran wajib. Namun demikian, dalam proses pembelajaran dan praktiknya, pembelajar kerap menemukan masalah, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai ragam teks dan keterampilan penyuntingan teks. Hal tersebut yang dialami oleh siswa-siswa MAN 1 Karanganyar sehingga dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, yaitu pelatihan penyuntingan teks sastra terjemahan Arab-Indonesia oleh Tim Research Group Bahasa dan Sastra Arab, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS). Kegiatan berlangsung secara sinkron melalui media Google Meet dan Google Form dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, drilling, dan problem based learning (PBL). Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini, peserta yang terdiri atas siswa kelas X IPA mempelajari teknik penerjemahan dan praktik menerjemahan teks cerita pendek. Setelah itu, mereka mempelajari penyuntingan teks berdasarkan hasil praktik penerjemahan yang dilakukan. Dengan demikian, para peserta mampu menerjemahkan teks sekaligus menyunting terjemahan tersebut.

This service aims to provide knowledge and practice of making online art appreciation learning media during the COVID-19 pandemic based on Android smartphones. The use of android smartphones as a tool for making learning media is based on the consideration that android smartphones have increasingly diverse uses because they are supported by the availability of various applications. The training was conducted for middle school art and culture teachers in Karanganyar. Implementation of the training using the lecture method to convey theoretical material about learning media, discussions to determine the concept of learning media to be made, and assistance in making learning media based on Android smartphones. The results of the training in the form of learning media are then carried out field trials to determine the success and shortcomings. Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

Adanya covid-19 mengubah strategi pembelajaran yang awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka di sekolah berubah menjadi program pembelajaran secara daring. Tugas orang tua di masa pandemi ini memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan pendampingan belajar kepada anak. Orang tua akan berperan seperti halnya guru disekolah untuk mengontrol dan mengawasi anak dalam proses pembelajaran dirumah. Kondisi orang tua di SDN Kestalan No.5 Surakarta memiliki kendala terkait strategi efektif untuk melakukan pendampingan belajar bagi anak dirumah. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan Individual Learning-Centered (ILC). Pendekatan ini berfokusi pada aktivitas belajar anak yang memahami keunikan dan potensi anak dalam belajar. Metode yang dapat digunakan pada pendekatan ini adalah sharing information, experience based dan problem-solving based. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah orang tua telah memahami cara untuk melakukan pendampingan pembelajaran secara efektif ditinjau dari gaya belajar anak, kedekatan emosi anak, pemahaman kemampuan dan potensi anak dan komunikasi efektif.Kata kunci:Pendampingan belajar, invidividual learning centered

This community service aims to (1) instill self-confidence to grow development and introduce children to the basic schools to love more and more ancestral culture based on local wisdom; (2) Promote a sense of trust with mental education with good character, based on the development guidelines of Pangkur Pupuh 3Serhatama Fiber, and (3) Fostering a smart and quality society, through basic education that has the spirit of Pancasila. The method of implementation used in this service with learning and training socialization papers. The population of this study were 20 teachers, prospective teachers and students of SDN 3 Suruh. The result of this community service is that the teacher can understand the songs and practice the PangkurPupuh 3SeratWedhatama song. Thus, the method of learning through training and socialization is more effective in making teachers, prospective teachers and students understand the philosophy of Armageddon 3Swedhatama fiber.

The problems experienced by young women in facing online learning adjustments during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Aisyah Kadipiro orphanage have the potential for stress for adolescents. The existence of a source of stress or stressors that trigger stress needs to be minimized with good stress management skills. Stress management skills need to be possessed and developed so that adolescents will be more skilled in implementing appropriate coping strategies. The target of the community service program that will be carried out is the Aisyiah Kadipiro orphanage. The phenomenon of stress caused by new adjustments to learning online during the Covid-19 pandemic makes teenagers feel stressed in learning. A solution that can be used to teach adolescents about stress management is through online stress management training. In this training, you will be taught about problem-solving when facing stressful situations and doing relaxation. The expected result of this community service activity is that teenagers in the orphanage can apply and practice coping strategies to manage stress during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Kurikulum 2013 yang diterapkan di Sekolah Dasar merekomendasikan model pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik yaitu discovery learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning dan inquiry learning. Sebagian besar guru di SD Negeri Gandekan No 230 Surakarta mengaku belum memahami keempat model pembelajaran tersebut sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan tentang model discovery learning dan project-based learning. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelatihan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir. Hasil kuesioner tanggapan guru terhadap pengabdian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa materi pelatihan sangat diminati dan dibutuhkan guru dalam pengembangan pembelajaran abad 21 dan menunjang era revolusi industri 4.0. Guru merasakan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan karena dapat menjadi wawasan keilmuan baru dalam pengembangan kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di taman kanak-kanak merupakan fenomena pendidikan. Poin yang paling menonjol adalah kemampuan untuk mempelajari bahasa baru dengan cepat. Anak-anak menggunakan berbagai jenis sumber daya mental untuk memasukkan kata dan makna. Mereka melakukan interpretasi terhadap yang didengarkan dan diamati di sekitar. Guru memainkan peran penting dalam membina perkembangan intelektual dan sosial anak. Pendidikan yang diperoleh siswa adalah kunci untuk menentukan masa depan siswa tersebut. Salah satu tugas guru ada membuat rancangan pembelajaran. . RPP adalah pedoman bagi guru untuk melaksanakan proses pembalajaran di kelas. Pengembangan dan perubahan kreatif dapat dilakukan untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan merupakan landasan atau acuan agar proses dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjalan secara sistematis, terstruktur, dan terarah. Setelah proses observasi lapangan dan identifikasi permasalahan dilakukan, maka akan dilakukan perancangan solusi. Selanjutnya solusi yang menjadi yang telah direncanakan akan ditawarkan kepada mitra. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam program ini Survey, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi.Pelatihan ini diberikan kepada guru-guru di KB TK IT Alif Smart Kadipiro Surakarta. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah berkembangnya kemampuan guru dalam membuat rancangan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris untuk KB dan TK. Produk yang dihasilkan yaitu berupa RPP pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris untuk KB dan TK.
