Cemani Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo, has great potential to be developed as an agrotourism destination, thanks to its fertile land and strong community support. However, the development of the agricultural sector, particularly orchard, remains limited. This community service program aims to empower women through the Farmers Women’s Group (KWT) and PKK, with focus on food security through urban farming. Activities include extension of superior seed planting, training in horticultural cultivation techniques, and distribution of seeds to the community. The program also introduces the concept of agrotourism to boost income through harvests and educational tours. The results show an increased understanding of sustainable cultivation techniques. To ensure the program's sustainability, further training, infrastructure development, and routine monitoring are required, along with collaboration between the village government, universities, and BUMDes to establish Cemani Village as a model of agrotourism destination.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. This research is a quantitative research.The short-term goal in this study is to find out whether intellectual capital has a positive effect on productivity, while for the long-term goal is to know how much intellectual capital plays a role in improving company performance.The data used is secondary data from the annual report (annual report).Population in this research is company which go public in Indonesia which is listed in BEI.The samples are companies that go public in Indonesia listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2015, which includesinfrastructure, utilities and transportation.Sampling is done with purpose sampling.Variable used is independent variable that is intellectual capital and as dependent variable that is productivity.Data analysis using multiple linear regression.The result of this research is that there is negative influence of intellectual capital toward productivity in companies that go public in Indonesia.Keywords: intellectual capital,productivity

A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

In village development, the availability of accurate village profile data has an impact on its consistency policy direction.  However, there are some problems that are encountered to be able to update it including the quality of human resources, finance and infrastructure. Therefore, Community Service Program (PKM) activity is intended to provide knowledge about the importance of updating data in planning village development and helping the government update profile data and potential of their villages. The method used is training in updating basic data based on family data which is carried out by providing material and its implementation in the field. Community Service Program can be carried out according to the planned schedule, especially in the provision of training materials. Meanwhile, implementation of material in the training could not be carried out because it was constrained because lack of information technology. However, in general the Community Service Program in Neglasari Village was going well, marked by an increasing participant knowledge and an acceleration of online data updating assisted by students who were doing Community Service Program. Indirectly, this achievement at the same time show that the obstacles faced by Neglasari Village were not only on its human resources but rather on aspects of financial support and infrastructure. The actual presence from the government is needed to support the updating of the profile and potential data of this village because it is not only the village institution that requires it, but rather the central and regional governments.

The arrangement and management of Street Sellers (thereafter called PKL) in Surakarta City referring to Surakarta City Local Government’s Regulation Number 3 of 2008 about the Arrangement and Management of Street Sellers in Surakarta City is conducted, among others, by arranging and managing Street Sellers in Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta conducting activity every Sunday morning. Surakarta City government has devised to close street sellers of Sunday Market Manahan Surakarta in 2016. Solo Mayor, F.X. Hadi Rudyatmo devised to sterilize Manahan Stadion area from Sunday Market sellers’ activity. Pasar Tumpah (spilled market) generated in Sunday Market Manahan location will be relocated to other location. The policy is still processed currently by Surakarta City Government. City government wants to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose. So far, the existence of sellers utilizing road or sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area disrupts the people’s to do exercise. In addition, the pile of rubbish resulting from Sunday Market activity is so high. The cleaning service officers of Cleanliness and Gardening Service (DKP) working are often overloaded when cleaning the rubbish pile resulting from Sunday Market. This one-day trading activity takes three days to clean its rubbish. Through Youth and Sport Service (Dispora), in this case Surakarta City’s Local Technical Service Unit of Sport Infrastructure, Solo City Government released Joint Decree approved by Dispora, Trade Service of Surakarta City and Street Seller Association of Sunday Market Area. In the presence of Community Service activity, several benefits can be achieved: Successfully giving understanding to the street sellers of Sunday Market about Environment Orderliness in trading location, in Manahan Stadium area of Surakarta; successfully encouraging the street sellers to encourage the City Government’s program to recover the original function of Manahan Stadium for sport activity purpose for Solo City people, so that they no longer use road and sidewalk in Manahan Stadium area; successfully giving an understanding on the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of Sunday Market area, by obliging the sellers to clean rubbish after their activity has been completed; and successfully giving understanding on the importance of maintaining plant as the park (garden) in Sunday Market area.
