The Title of This Devotion Counseling Guidance for Early Childhood Education. This devotion is done because the teacher education background in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 surakarta only vocational school that has never known what is guidance and counseling and also added with parents of student which relative high school education. So counseling and counselor training is very necessary to be implemented. This is because of the importance of counseling that should be implemented in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The purpose of the devotion is to increase knowledge about the importance of bUD is the teacher and the parents of the students. Counseling and counselor training was held 6 meetings. Ie from April 15 to May 6, 2017 and held every weekend for 3 hours. For the first day of the counseling about the importance of guidance and counseling in early childhood as well as parents and teachers as PAUD counselors. Then carried out counselor training. Until finally the parents and teachers have the importance of counseling guidance for early childhood and how to become PAUD counselors. As a result parents and teachers can understand about the guidance of early childhood counseling and can become an early childhood counselor. So it can be concluded that this activity is very useful for teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7. Given the background of parents' education is relatively low education or only high school graduates and teachers in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 is only the background of SMK as well. Judul Pengabdian ini adalah “: Mengenal Multiple Intelligences untuk mengembang– kan  Bakat dan Minat Anak”Khalayak sasaran dalam program pengabdian ini adalah Masyarakat Non Produktif yaitu guru dan orang tua peserta didik TK Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. Mereka perlu diberi tambahan pengetahuan dikarenakan guru TK Lakshmi 7 tidak berlatar belakang S1 Pendidikan,  melainkan guru TK Lakshmi 7 hanya dari SMK,         Sedangkan Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Ceramah/penyuluhan, diskusi dan pelatihan..Sebagai evaluasinya dipergunakan angket dan observasi  untuk menjajaki cara mengimplementasi mereka dilapangan setelah ada penyuluhan.            Hasil dari pengabdian ini orang tua dan guru dapat memahami pentingnya Multiple Intelligence untuk mengembangkan bakat sdan minat anak. Sedangkan dari hasil penyebaran angket didapat hasil sebagai berikut  77,8% (21 Orang tua dan guru) dapat memahami Multiple Intelligence.Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan pengabdian Mengenal Multip\Intelligences untuk mengembang– kan  Bakat dan Minat Anak”pada orang tua peserta didik dan guru TK Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta berhasil. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 27 orang , 24 orang (88,89%)  diantaranya sdh memahmi baik teori maupun prakteknya sedangkan yang 3 orang (11,11%) kurang menguasai dikarenakan tidak rutin hadir dalam pertemuan

Diversification of post-havesting of coffe managed by the coffee farming group in the Sidoharjo district, Kulonprogo has several problems in post-harvest handling and processing coffee, especially in processing of coffee powder  with good manufacturing process (gmp) as well as conventional marketing management. Through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), the service team provide solutions to outcome problems through several methods; 1) training and assistance in post-harvest handling  2) training and assistance in the production of ground coffee in a natural process and 3) training and assistance in marketing management with digital marketing. The results of the assistance are the post-harvest handling and processing of coffee properly and correctly by producing ground coffee with the brand name "Lemon" as well as better managed marketing, not only in a conventional manner but also by using marketing based technologoy (www .kopilemon.com). With this Community Partnership Program, it has an impact on increasing the competitiveness and welfare of coffee farmers in the Menoreh area

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.
