Making batik designs requires the ability to visualize ideas for motifs or decorations. This process relies on the ability to move the visual processing process which was originally still an idea into something real, which can be seen in the form of an image. The ability to visualize is important because from this process motifs, patterns and decorations can be created. This work is quite complicated, requires precision, patience and takes time. When there are many orders, the work of drawing motifs must be faster. One solution to speed up making drawings is to use computer graphics to help create innovative written batik designs in a shorter time than if done manually. Through community service activities, the application of computer graphics technology for batik design innovation at the Pandansari Plupuh Sragen Batik Business uses training methods delivered offline and online. This is because both trainers and participants take time out of their busy work schedules. The participants are employees in the design department who are able to use computers. Through one face-to-face meeting for explanation and four online meetings for practice which aims to improve participants' skills in making various kinds of motifs. The result is a new design that can be completed relatively quickly compared to if it was done manually.

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. The service was carried out based on findings from the Dapur Aura UMKM and Sayur Kriyur UMKM whose bookkeeping was still in the form of cash flow report only. The aim of this activity is to develop the bookkeeping of the two MSMEs, so that they can start making general journals, compiling ledgers, including balance sheets, income statements and notes to financial reports in accordance with the provisions in SAK EMKM. The service method is carried out through simple counseling to business owners or managers and several financial employees. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of MSME managers in running a business, especially regarding financial management, so that they can produce their own simple financial reports, and an article in this journal.

The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. Another output is an article in this journal

Traditional medicine / herbal medicine is a product consumed by many people, so the security aspect must be maintained. In order for herbal products to be safely consumed, herbal medicine producers must understand and apply sanitation and hygiene in their production processes and packaging methods. The community service activities aim to improve the knowledge and skills of herbal medicine craftsmen about sanitation and herbal hygiene production and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. This activity was held at PJ SUTI SEHATI, having its address at Pengkol RT 02 RW 1 Nguter Sukoharjo and PJ Bintang Mas having the address at Tenongan RT 2 RW 1 Gupit Nguter Sukoharjo. The form of the activity is providing counseling (lectures and question and answer), training and mentoring. The target of the activity is the leader / owner and employees of herbal medicine craftsmen. The steps of the activity include, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The participants received an explanation of sanitation and hygiene and how to pack using continuous sealer machines. Evaluation has been carried out after service activities which result in packaging using a continuous sealer machine 3-4 times faster and more hygienic.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students
