This program was designed to improve the financial literacy of Generation Z, with a specific focus on members of the Maluku Protestant Church Youth Movement (AMGPM) in Poka Village. Initial assessments indicated that most participants had limited financial knowledge, with fewer than 30% understanding basic investment concepts. The initiative employed socialization and simulation methods to educate participants on investment principles, introduce regulated investment applications approved by OJK and BAPPEBTI, and promote secure online investment strategies. Evaluation findings revealed significant progress, with 40% of participants showing improved financial literacy. Additionally, over 75% successfully performed investment steps during simulations, and 85% expressed increased confidence in beginning their investment journey. While the program effectively enhanced participants' understanding, continued training is necessary to ensure long-term impact, particularly in the areas of portfolio diversification and risk management, which are critical for building sustainable and resilient investment practices.

Disturbances in the eyes of the elderly will cause disturbance which have an impact on discomfort and other disturbances in carrying out daily activities. The figure of the elderly is part of family members and community members whose number is increasing in line with the increase in life expectancy. The number of elderly people in Indonesia is increasing rapidly every year, so that Indonesia is expected to experience an “elderly population boom” in the early 2 decades of the 21 century as a result of the baby boom several decades ago. BPS projects that ini 2045 Indonesia will have around 63,31 million elderly or nearly 20 percent of the population. According to UN projections, the percentage of elderly Indonesians will reach 25 percent in 2050 or around 74 million elderly. This community service activity is a form of application in the optics and wave physics course. The purpose of this screening is to find out the description of eye refraction abnormalities and lectures can apply it to the community. The location for the screening was held in the Sei Agul area of  Medan, North Sumatera. The subjects were the ederly and the poor around Medan Barat District who ere suspected of having refractive errors. Screening was carried out using the Snellen Optotype and corrected using a trial lens. The implementation of this community service activity took place smoothly and efficiently. The results of the exmation of the elderly, which were almost large, were that the elderly were not found to have eye defects such as night blindness, cataracts or color blindness. This activity is expected to foster community motivation in carrying out their lives with the glasses provided by the lion clubs and remind them to carry out routine checks before experiencing cataracts.

An earthquake is a type of natural disaster which occurs due to the movement of tectonic plates. The time and location of an earthquake cannot be predicted, so people living in earthquake-prone areas should have good knowledge of earthquake disasters as capital in anticipating earthquake disasters. Various efforts need to be made to increase knowledge about earthquake disasters, one of which is through education. In the education sector, efforts to increase knowledge about earthquake disasters can be done through the integration of game-based learning in schools. One of the schools that is vulnerable to earthquakes is SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo, Klaten Regency. This school is one of the schools that was affected by the earthquake disaster in Klaten Regency in 2006. The aim of this activity is to (1) increase knowledge about earthquake disasters through the implementation of game-based learning media (disaster SOS and puzzles) for social studies teachers and students at SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo and (2) increase the capacity of teachers and students in dealing with earthquake disasters. The targets of this activity are social studies teachers and OSIS administrators at SMP Negeri 1 Polanharjo. The implementation method is through socialization and practice in using game-based learning media, namely disaster SOS and puzzles. The results of the activity showed that (1) the implementation of game-based learning media (disaster SOS and puzzles) can increase the motivation of teachers and students in studying earthquake disasters and (2) this media can increase the capacity of teachers and students regarding earthquake disasters.

Adapting to rapidly evolving technology and honing digital literacy is a necessity for students at SMAN 1 Samaturu to ensure they do not fall behind in an increasingly digital world. However, the challenge lies in the lack of digital journalism literacy programs, despite the significant potential of this field to enhance general literacy and provide practical skills for students. The limited availability of journalism training, such as writing articles, conducting interviews, and managing school media, reduces students' opportunities to learn in this area. To address this, a digital journalism training was held on August 13, 2024, with 50 students participating. The activity included planning, training, and evaluation stages. As a result, students were able to recognize their potential in journalism. They not only learned to write and edit articles but also developed the ability to understand, analyze, and process information critically. They became more sensitive to accurate information sources, understood good narrative structures, and improved their communication skills, thus enhancing their digital literacy.

This community service program aims to facilitate the improvement of English skills for military personnel of Radar Unit 212, Indonesian Air Force, in Natuna Regency. This area is in close proximity to the South China Sea, which is still subject to territorial disputes among several Southeast Asian countries. As an international language, English plays a crucial role as a communication bridge for Air Force personnel. By implementing Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), a teaching method focusing on actual interaction such as conversation and discussion, the Air Force personnel can benefit from this English skills improvement program.

Not having the geographic potential to be explored as a tourist area does not discourage the people of Mojogedang Village from improving their welfare. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future. Brebeg Village has great potential for producing Siamese oranges. Large areas of land have the productivity to produce more oranges, oranges can be harvested on average 18 tons per year. The large potential of orange fruit can improve the economy of orange farmers, the government Department of Agriculture provides assistance in the form of training on the care and rejuvenation of orange trees as well as providing training on processing orange fruit products in collaboration with UNAIC. The problems faced by Gapoktan are a lack of knowledge regarding planting oranges, an irregular irrigation system. The problems faced by KWT are lack of knowledge regarding orange-based products, product management and marketing. The method used is coordinating with all partners, providing knowledge and skills in creating orange cultivation facilities and orange-based food processing, implementing and evaluating activities. The results of Kosabangsa's research are able to provide benefits for community empowerment in this case, namely improving the economy through empowering Siamese orange farmer groups to become functional food-based processed products in Brebeg Village, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency.

This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

Children are an asset of the nation that needs to be well prepared, because the future of this country or nation is determined by the child or the young generation. Given this, then the legal protection of children is very important to do. Areas that need protection for children are religious, health, education, social and special fields. In order to realize or realize the protection of children, the Indonesian Child Protection Commission was established. The Commission has the duty to supervise the implementation of the protection and fulfillment of the Rights of the Child; provide input and suggestions in the formulation of policies on the implementation of Child Protection; Collect data and information on Child Protection; receiving and conducting a review of public complaints regarding violations of the Rights of the Child; Mediate the dispute over Child Rights violations; Cooperate with institutions established by the Community in the field of Child Protection, and report to the authorities on the alleged violation of this Law. The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. Sekip Kadipiro is a developing area with various income structure, especialy ini RT 06/RW 08. The people in this district, Just like the common society nowadays, get used to consume food added by sintetic addition spicies in which not good for the health particularly can damage important internal body organ. Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. This dedication is motivated by the abundance of used plastic waste packaging for jam bread in the RW IX area of Banyuanyar Village which has accumulated and is not utilized so that it becomes a problem for the local residents. The increase in plastic waste used for bread jam is due to the fact that bread jam is also used as an ingredient for toast that is sold. This ceremony aims to, in addition to reducing the accumulation of used solid waste packaging for jam bread, to increase the economic value of becoming cross-legged chairs that have artistic value and have a selling value. This service activity also intends to instill a creative spirit in the youth of RW IX, Banyuanyar Village in creating used plastic jam packaging by arranging used plastic cans in such a way as to form a cross-legged chair which is then decorated using knick-knacks that can cover the cans and become a chair that has artistic and economic value

Muara Telang village is one of the villages in Banyuasin district which produces coconuts. There are many copra processing home industries in the area. One of the copra processing home industries is A'A Yusma's home industry. Copra is processed manually and without regard to higiene and sanitation aspects in copra processing. This is the background for the introduction of higiene and sanitation in copra processing in the copra home industry. The activity was carried out on January 15 2023 offline in the form of training/counseling and was attended by 15-20 people. The activity went smoothly and the community enthusiastically participated in this activity. A disaster becomes an extraordinary event that disrupts and threatens life and livelihoods caused by nature and humans, or both. The existence of natural disasters can have both small and large impacts on the environment. The thing that can be done to reduce the consequences of disasters is that synergy from various parties is needed, one of which is the involvement of nurses. Nurses have a huge role to play in preparing and handling communities in the face of disasters.  As health workers, nurses are at the forefront of disaster management so that they can anticipate the prevention of disasters and their impacts (Doondori, A. K., & Paschalia, Y. P. 2021). Cianjur Regency is one of the areas that experienced the impact of natural disasters, namely earthquakes.  The earthquake occurred on November 21, 2022 at 13:21:10 WIB with a magnitude of 5.6 in the Cianjur area, West Java. The earthquake caused a lot of infrastructure damage and casualties. This has a great influence on the condition of the community, one of which is in terms of health biopsychosocially and spiritually. Based on the phenomenon that occurs along with the existence of the role of the nurse as a healthcare provider. Universitas Esa Unggul sent a team of health volunteers to carry out several activities for the community such as, providing comprehensive nursing services, becoming collaborators, conducting education and trauma healing. This action is considered sufficient to help patients who have health problems both who come to the post and who are in refugee tents. They feel happy because of the existence of health service facilities so that the public can consult, get education and also trauma healing.

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

A healthy and well-maintained environment is a shared responsibility. However, problems often occur in the environment because many people do not care. Especially in the upstream part of the river which is always used as a place for laying the results of river backfill every year. Another problem is the narrow area due to the dense population of the area. Narrow land occurs everywhere, not familiar with urban areas or semi-urban villages. In carrying out community service activities, the service team uses the following activity methods: 1. Observation 2. Project planning 3. Evaluation and sharing. In connection with the problem of narrow land, the actions of the branch management and the community around Aisiyah Sukodono Kindergarten affected the success of reforestation carried out by the KKN team. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. Competitiveness is important for MSMEs to be able to develop and survive in the midst of competition. Efforts to strengthen MSMEs can be done by collaborating with university service programs. In the service program carried out by STIE YPPI Rembang through the KKU (Business Work Course) program located at the Sambel Pecel MSME, Bu Heru. The problems that occur in the MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru are the marketing area is still limited, the marketing media is not maximized, does not have business legality and there are no clear directions for the location. Based on these problems, a service program was prepared, namely training and assistance in the creation and use of social media, expansion of marketing areas, facilitation of business legality management and the creation of google map features. The results of the KKU STIE YPPI Rembang are MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru has an Instagram social media account, has an MSME location on the google maps application, creates a photo catalog for promotion and has a business license.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city  is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.

People in rural areas usually have minimal knowledge or information about healthy eating patterns related to nutritionally balanced foods, due to their habits that take it for granted. The increasing number of cases of disease suffered by the community due to unhealthy and inappropriate eating patterns in the selection of food intake for families, especially to deal with this COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to provide health education to the community related to healthy eating patterns. As the target audience for the implementation of this service, the community of Triyagan Village, District, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo Regency, includes the stages of preparation, giving pre-test and post-test, presenting material and conducting evaluations. The results of the pre-test and post-test evaluations on knowledge of healthy eating patterns showed a positive direction with an increase in value/score, from an average of 61 to 79 (scale score of 100) after receiving counseling. This evaluation shows that there has been a change in mindset about a healthy lifestyle as an effort to prevent the Covid-19 virus during the pandemic.
