Karang Taruna seen from the age factor is still young, they are still eager to move forward. No exception Karang Taruna Village Kampung Gebang Rt. 04 / Rw.17 Kaladahan Kadipiro. The problems that exist are the various socio-economic conditions, education, social status that exist in the members of Karang Taruna in Kampung Gebang, there are those who work, there are schools, lectures and many of them who have not worked even though they are actually ready to work Idle). The extension target is the members of youth group in Gebang village Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kadipiro Sub-District, Banjarsari District, Surakarta. The implementation method to overcome the problems of Karang Taruna in Kampung Gebang Rt.04 / Rw.17 Kalurahan Kadipiro, Banjarsari District Surakarta is to provide alternative solutions include: Counseling of small business management management system, extension of marketing and Entrepreneurship system, Counseling of financial management system. The results achieved from this community service program in Gebang Kalurahan Kadipiro are as follows: Increasing the motivation and ability of Karang Taruna in entrepreneurship, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in managing the business, so it can develop well, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in business management so that they will Know cash flow and can finally calculate the profit of his business, Improving the ability of Karang Taruna in terms of entrepreneurship, so they will be able to strategize and ultimately can be superior in choosing their business.Keywords: Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Financial management.

Petai (Parkia speciosa Hassk) is a horticultural plant as a vegetable that is beneficial for health. Petai can help treat digestion to help neutralize stomach acid. Petai has a fairly high nutritional content, namely vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron so it is necessary to make efforts to cultivate petai plants as a business opportunity. Petai trees grow and develop in Kenayan village, namely on vacant village treasury land, cliff land and yard. This service aims to increase the knowledge of farmers in the cultivation of petai. Service activities are carried out using a participatory method. The service activities were carried out 4 times, namely counseling on petai cultivation related to the provision of plant materials, care, harvesting and post-harvest, socialization about the propagation of petai plants by grafting, handing over assistance of a number of grafted petai seeds in the hope of fruiting more quickly and assistance in socialization about petai cultivation. Public knowledge about petai cultivation and how to propagate petai by grafting has increased. Grafting is one way to improve the quality of plants by attaching a piece of tree bark with buds from the scion to a slice of the bark of another tree from the rootstock so that it grows together to form a new plant. Planting petai in the yard of the house is an alternative as an herbal treatment to improve health and increase family income.

Indiscriminate disposal of iron waste into waters or the environment will be harmful to human health and the environment. In this regard, there must be an understanding of how to properly utilize iron waste so that it can provide economic value along with an understanding of environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship. This community service activity has the aim of providing understanding for students of SMK Tunas Nusantara Department of Industrial Chemistry by utilizing iron waste into ferrous sulfate. The training provided includes: environmentally friendly entrepreneurship, the dangers of iron waste, how to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and how to package it. The methods used in the training are: improvement and understanding through lectures, questions and answers, demonstrations, and practice. During the training, the Tunas Nusantara Vocational School students participated in the training activities well and enthusiastically. The results of the training resulted in SMK students having knowledge about environmentally friendly entrepreneurship which was shown to be able to make ferrous sulfate from iron waste and continue to work on it as an alternative to environmentally friendly technology-based entrepreneurship.

Surakarta is one of the cities in Central Java which is known as the city of batik and a tourist destination area which is supported by tourist attractions in the form of various historical sites that have integrated with the culture of the local community. The arrival of tourists to various tourist destinations in Surakarta in addition to enjoying existing tourist objects is also to get souvenirs that have local uniqueness. Apart from hunting batik for souvenirs, many also hunt for distinctive T-shirts, especially for young tourists, because they are inspired like traveling to Bali and Jogja. To provide a new alternative in the form of t-shirts with designs that have local uniqueness, it is planned to partner with CV. Asta Saka Semesta which produces t-shirts, convection, and merchandising. Service methods in the form of training and assistance in making innovative designs for tourist souvenirs; lectures to increase knowledge about survival strategies in business; expansion of marketing through participation in exhibitions; documentation of product samples and procurement of shelves for product documentation that has been produced. The results are 5 innovative designs, namely the design of a tourist attraction patterned t-shirt combined with classic batik motifs, as well as the production process for tourist souvenirs, 2 t-shirt designers have increased their knowledge and skills in making designs to meet the needs of tourists.

In their life, the people of Siwal Village cannot be separated from the use of oil. Moreover, the majority of Siwal Village residents work as food or fried food sellers on the roadside. Repeated use of cooking oil can have harmful effects on health. In addition, used cooking oil that can no longer be used is usually dumped in careless places and causes environmental pollution. Another problem in Siwal Village is the lack of skills of children due to the influence of gadgets. With these things in mind, training on how to process used cooking oil into an alternative material for making used used wax is one of the right solutions. Activities consist of a location survey, implementation, results and discussion. Implementation includes; 1) preparation 2) counseling 3) training 4) mentoring 5) evaluation 6) advanced stage training. Masyarakat kita cenderung hudup dalam budaya bekerja yang cenderung mencari aman atau menghendaki adanya Social Harmony. Hal ini sangat bertentangan dengan budaya dari kewirausahaan yang mengandung nilai-nilai seperti pantang menyerah ,berani mengambil re4siko, krersatif dan inovatif (Debbie Liao and Philip Semen, 2004) Industri kecil perumahan seperti makanan, mainan, kerajinan batik ini suadah turun temurun yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jejaring/ kelompok usaha kecil) di Sukowati Kabupaten Sragen.Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan dari kelompok usaha kecil adalah dengan memberikan solusi nilai alternative meliputi: difokuskan bekal apa yang harus disiapkan peserta penyu;uhan/pendampingan tersebut benar-benar dilaksanakan, Mengadakan penyuluhan sistem pemasaran dan promosi serta solusi serta distribusi dan keuangannya.,memberikan solusi kepada peserta penyuluhan agar selalu mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengelola usaha yang professional. Rencana target dengan kondisi secara umum sebetulnya masih banyak potensi yang masih membutuhkan uluran tangan untuk meningkatkan keberadaan kelompok usaha kecil yang tergabung dalam kelompok menjadi pertimbangan kami supaya mampu mengelola usaha dengan baik dan menguntungkan.
