Japanese language skills are a mandatory requirement for Indonesian interns who will work in Japan. Based on interviews with the leadership of LPK INNA (Indonesia Nippon Anugerah) Padang, it is known that the average intern who goes to Japan has Japanese language skills at N4 level or at least N5. At this level, students can read hiragana, katakana and basic kanji, they are can listen and take in information that is spoken slowly. However, interns are still hampered in communicating spontaneously, they are not fluent and stammer in carrying out conversations. In this PKM, training will be given to strengthen Japanese speaking skills to interns at LPK INNA through the Japanese Conversation Practice application. This training aims to: provide an understanding of Japanese culture related to communication and work ethic, practice carrying out daily Japanese conversations, introduce the use of the Japanese Conversation application as a medium for independent practice. Tujuan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan adalah pembuatan mural untuk penguatan program sekolah adiwiyata dan media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya anak Sekolah Dasar di Kalijambe Sragen. Dikarenakan (1) belum terciptanya lingkungan sekolah yang bersih, rapi, indah, nyaman, dan menarik sebagai pendukung program adiwiyata sekolah, (2) Sarana/media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya kurang maksimal. Solusi yang dilakukan adalah Penerapan seni mural dengan menggambar tembok sekolah sebagai sarana memperindah visual lingkungan sekolah, dan Pemanfaatan seni mural di tembok sekolah sebagai media pembelajaran seni budaya dan prakarya dalam kegiatan menggambar. Metode yang akan digunakan melalui pelatihan dan dan pendampingan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif berpijak pada hasil observasi dan wawancara secara mendalam mengenai tema mural dengan metode direct practice menggambar langsung lukisan pada dinding sekolah. Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan adalah (1) Karya mural di dinding sekolah (2) Artikel publikasi di jurnal Adiwidya (3) Video visualisasi karya dari hasil penerapan seni mural yang telah dilakukan; (4) Publikasi pada media cetak/online/repository UNS. Cloves are one of the richest sources of phenolic compounds such as eugenol, eugenol acetate and gallic acid and have great potential for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and agricultural applications. The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge regarding the benefits of cloves, which are applied in the form of cosmetic preparations, as well as providing training to partners so that their use is optimal and practical, and it is hoped that this can become a business opportunity.        The solution proposed in this service activity is (1) providing knowledge about clove plants, (2) procuring materials in the form of medicinal plants for making preparations. (3) procurement of containers for the packaging process (4) conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training to partners so that partners can make them independently.         In service activities, the method used is an approach to the collaboration partner "SMK Mandala Bhakti Surakarta" providing counseling about clove plants and training as a transfer of science and technology (IPTEK) to make cosmetic preparations as well as evaluating the results of activities by giving partners the opportunity to practice making preparation.

This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

Brebeg Village has great potential for producing Siamese oranges. Large areas of land have the productivity to produce more oranges, oranges can be harvested on average 18 tons per year. The large potential of orange fruit can improve the economy of orange farmers, the government Department of Agriculture provides assistance in the form of training on the care and rejuvenation of orange trees as well as providing training on processing orange fruit products in collaboration with UNAIC. The problems faced by Gapoktan are a lack of knowledge regarding planting oranges, an irregular irrigation system. The problems faced by KWT are lack of knowledge regarding orange-based products, product management and marketing. The method used is coordinating with all partners, providing knowledge and skills in creating orange cultivation facilities and orange-based food processing, implementing and evaluating activities. The results of Kosabangsa's research are able to provide benefits for community empowerment in this case, namely improving the economy through empowering Siamese orange farmer groups to become functional food-based processed products in Brebeg Village, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat pada UMKM ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan optimalisasi pemanfaatan platform digital. House of Duren merupakan UMKM yang membutuhkan bantuan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan memberikan materi pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait optimalisasi media sosial dan merancang website UMKM House Of Duren. Kegiatan tersebut meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam merancang content plan menggunakan Google Spreadsheet, membuat desain konten menggunakan aplikasi Canva, dan mengembangkan website menggunakan Google Sites. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dirancang sedemikian rupa sehingga nantinya House of Duren dapat secara mandiri terus melakukan perencanaan, perancangan, dan pemeliharaan konten & website.

Digital marketing is overwhelmly replacing offline marketing. One of the classic challenges faced by private schools is student enrollment. The purpose of the programm is to increase teacher’s participation in new student admissions (PPDB) through marketing strategy sessions, teacher motivation class, and a workshop on creating audiovisual media using mobile phones. The community service was held on January 2nd, 2024, and was attended by 34 participants, including principals, teachers, and education staffs from SMK PMB Kutoarjo, SMP PMB Pituruh, and SMP PMB 1 Kutoarjo. The questionnaire data was analyzed descriptively. The training results indicated that most teachers (94.1%) were willing to participate in PPDB digital marketing by sharing promotional media (65.6%), creating promotional media (59.4%), making videos (50%), and involving students in media creation (31.3%) and sharing media (43.8%). Efforts to enhance the participation of teachers in PPDB require personal commitment as well as the support of leaders and policy stakeholders. Collaborative efforts involving teachers as key agent include peer teacher, students, and alumni. 

Pendampingan Proses Produk Halal (PPH)  merupakan kegiatan yang ditujukan untuk membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)  dalam kegiatan penguatan manajemen dan pengurusan sertifikasi halal pada program self declare/Sertifikasi Halal Gratis (SEHATI).  Program tersebut merupakan program yang ditawarkan oleh Kementrian Agama (Kemenag) melalui BPJPH, tujuannya sebagai memberikan kemudahan pelaku UMKM untuk memperoleh sertifikasi halal secara gratis, kegiatan  tersebut juga merupakan strategi mengakselasari peningkatan jumlah pelaku UMKM yang mempunyai produk bersertifikasi halal di Indonesia yang diawai Lembaga Pemeriksa Halal.  PPH juga merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen dan memperluas  akses pasar  yang lebih luas. Salah satu pelaku UMKM adalah produsen produk jenang ayu Bu Sono melalui program PPH  dan produk yang tersertifikasi halal dapa diakses oleh pasar muslim yang lebih luas dapat dikatakan meningkatkan produktivitasnya melalui kegiatan memperluas pangsar pasarnya. Selain itu pendampingan ini juga membantu UMKM untuk melatih , UMKM dalam pengisian SPJH, mengisi aplikasi si Halal dan menginput data produksi pada aplikasi si Halal, pendamping juga melakukan verifikasi dan validasi pada produk yang akan didaftarkan pada program self declare (SEHATI). Pengabdian ini akan menghasilkan produk Jenang Ayu Bu Sono tersertifikasi halal dan memiliki nilai tambah produk dan terjamin.  

The level of awareness Indonesian society regarding mental health, especially among teenagers, is still minimal, therefore lecturer and students from Faculty of Communication Sciences, University of Indonesia Maju provide education regarding how to maintain mental health for students at SMA PGRI 3 Jakarta. Mental health is a form of true balance of mental functions and the creation of adjustment between humans, themselves and their surrounding environtment. The method used in this community service is the lecture and discussion method. The results of community service activities for educational participants regarding interpersonal communication approaches in maintaining the mental health of SMA PGRI 3 Jakarta students begin to open up and increase their knowledge regarding maintaining mental health. These result were obtained from the evaluation form filled in by participants and observations during the discussion process.

The emerging issue in the latest technological advancements has become the most powerful mechanism for advancing living standards and environmental sustainability in the era of the 4.0 revolution, leading to the Society 5.0 era. The combination of technology, which also focuses on humans, will be balanced to advance economic growth. PT Jaya Selalu Juwana, located in Central Java, is a cold storage company engaged in the export of fresh products. This dedication to society is expected to increase knowledge and utilize technological advancements packaged through an application called "budgeting" that can be used to increase the revenue of PT Jaya Selalu Juwana, Central Java. In the future, PT Jaya Selalu Juwana, Central Java, can also analyze business activities ranging from income planning to projecting profit/loss through budgeting software applications that can be downloaded through the web or the Play Store and App Store.

Not having the geographic potential to be explored as a tourist area does not discourage the people of Mojogedang Village from improving their welfare. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future. The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. Karanganom (ICKK) Bakti Negeri adalah keterbatasan ekonomi yang berakibat ketidakmampuan mencukupi kebutuhan pangan bergizi untuk keluarganya. Adanya pandemic Covid 19 lebih memperburuk kondisi keluarga disabilitas yang berasal dari keluarga prasejahtera. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan di ICKK Bakti Negeri Kecamatan Karanganom. Tujuan pengabdian adalah (1) melatih ketrampilan anak disabilitas dalam budidaya lele dalam ember (budikdamber), (2) memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga disabilitas. Tujuan tersebut dicapai dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pemberian bantuan perlengkapan budikdamber. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik budidaya, dan monitoring. Kegiatan dilakukan secara tatap muka dari rumah ke rumah penerima bantuan.

Batik Aluna merupakan salah satu UKM di Kampung Batik Sragen yang perlu didukung dalam bertahan dikondisi wabah pandemi Covid 19. Batik Aluna telah bekerja sama dengan berbagai mitra untuk memberdayakan masyararakat, salah satunya adalah masyarakat dari kalangan penjahit. Namun dengan sumber daya yang terbatas namun potensial dalam mempelajari dinamika keadaan, perlu adanya pelatihan berbagai inovasi dalam hal UKM Batik demi terciptanya ide-ide baru. Pelatihan penciptaan busana adalah solusi dari permasalahan surutnya minat dikarenakan stagnasi desain busana batik di pasaran. Pelatihan penciptaan busana dilakukan di daerah Pilang. Dalam proses penciptaan busana terdapat berbagai tahap seperti 1) Pembuatan ilustrasi mode, 2) Pembuatan pecah pola, 3) Pemotongan kain, dan 4) proses menjahit. Hasil akhir dari pelatihan penciptaan busana ini berupa dua atasan busana androgini yang mengaplikasikan bahan dasar kain batik printing dengan motif tradisi dan modern. Pelatihan ini memberikan pengetahuan untuk para mitra UKM Batik Aluna dalam membuat berbagai jenis desain busana sehingga mampu untuk memngembangkan berbagai desain dan bertahan secara mandiri.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. The high level of corruption in Indonesia raises an effort to fight. Efforts to prevent corruption can be prevented through families by increasing the role of women. The purpose of community service awareness raises women in the household in an effort to prevent corruption. Methods implemented by methods of socialization, counseling, and training. The result of devotion is the prevention of corruption can be done in the family through the role of women, as mothers, women as wives and women as working women.Conclusion by maximizing the role of women will be able to increase corruption prevention efforts in Indonesia.Key Word: women, corruption ,prevention

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mojopuro Wuryantoro Wonogiri Jawa Tengah. Desa tersebut merupakan desa petani, dimana penduduknya mengandalkan hidup dari hasil pertanian. Selain ditanami padi, desa ini juga memiliki tanaman sorgum yang secara rutin ditanam setiap tahunnya. Sebagian sorgum yang dipanen dijual dalam bentuk mentah dengan harga yang tidak terlalu tinggi. Mengubah sorgum menjadi kue kering dapat merubah kebiasaan petani yang hanya menjual sorgum dalam bentuk mentah. Dengan mengubah sorgum menjadi makanan lain yang lebih enak akan menggairahkan petani untuk mengolah sorgum lebih lanjut, minimalnya untuk dikonsumsi sendiri dan secara bertahap merubahnya menjadi kegiatan ekonomi yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan petani.Pengabdian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2017 yang lalu dan ternyata memberikan dampak pada petani khususnya kelompok Wanita Tani Rahayu Widodo yaitu berubahnya pengetahuan mereka terhadap komoditi sorghum dan perubahan keinginan mereka untuk memanfaatkan bahan baku sorghum menjadi makanan yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi.Kata kunci : sorgum, makanan tradisional, Mojopuro Wonogiri

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan data survey pemetaan politik. Tingkat akurasi data salah satunya disebabkan intrumen survey yang disusun kurang kredible. Aspek relibilitas dan validitas instrument belum melalui skrinning yang cukup. Secara khusus pengabdian ditujukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan ketrampilan tehnis dalam hal (a) menentukan instrument survey yang dapat digunakan dalam survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah; (b) menyusun instrument kusioner yang baik dan benar guna melakukan survey pemetaan politik pemilihan umum kepala daerah. Metode pengabdian berbentuk workshop. Peserta diberikan materi pengetahuan disekitar penyusunan instrument survey, menyusun pertanyaan kuisioner secara efektif, tehnik wawancara efektif dan menyampaian data lapangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan di Solo Raya Polling melibatkan duabelas pengurus dan team survey.
