Article discusses the influence of education on economic growth in developing countries, with a special focus on Indonesia. Education is considered a key factor in improving the quality of human resources, which contributes to economic growth. The three main theories that explain this relationship are human capital theory, allocation theory, and class growth theory. Human capital theory suggests that higher education can increase productivity and wages, despite criticism regarding job quality. Allocation theory highlights the role of education in allocating individuals based on educational strata, while class growth theory highlights the impact of education on social inequality. In Indonesia, challenges faced in the education sector include inequality of access and poor infrastructure, especially in remote areas. Despite increasing education budgets, data shows that classroom infrastructure problems are still not fully resolved. This article emphasizes the importance of research and development to improve the quality of education, which in turn is expected to encourage economic growth and reduce social problems such as unemployment and crime. Successful examples from other countries, such as South Korea, show that a strong education system can contribute significantly to economic growth. The method used in this research is a literature review, which collects and analyzes various studies related to the influence of education on economic growth. The literature sources used include books, academic journals, and research reports, which allows the authors to gain a broader picture of trends, findings, and research gaps in this topic.

The high growth of the cosmetics industry also creates problems in the form of business competition between companies and marketers operating in the cosmetics industry. This creates opportunities for the Indonesian cosmetics industry, with many new products entering the market, resulting in very tight competition. This provides opportunities for the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, so that many new products appear on the market which creates quite tight competition. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer experience and company reputation on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The research method uses descriptive causality in this study the population studied is those who have used Maybelline at least 2 times in the Kebon jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that consumer experience has a positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer experience and company reputation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Company reputation has no influence on consumer loyalty.

Many companies utilize PR consultant services in their public relations programs, one of which is In-Lite LED as a client of PT Prima Praxis Komunika or Praxis. In-Lite LED together with Praxis collaborate in organizing external communication programs that require the role of the media, one of which is the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program. This research aims to discuss in detail the program management process which includes the process of defining problems, planning, implementing action strategies and communication, and evaluation of the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program by Praxis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods based on interview data, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the problem definition process includes an assessment of individual concerns regarding an external condition that can be improved, carrying out informal interviews and secondary analysis via the internet, conducting site surveys, understanding evaluations of previous CSR in-Lite LEDs, as well as conducting brainstorming with client. The planning process includes determining public targets, objectives, strategies and tactics, days, dates and duration of events, spokespersons and talking points, to preparing media documents and preparing other technical needs. The implementation process includes implementing action strategies in the form of CSR programs, implementing active coordination, and implementing communication strategies. Finally, the evaluation process includes media monitoring and internal evaluation of the organizer. Overall, the program management process has gone well, although Praxis can still maximize each process to obtain more in-depth evaluation results regarding the impact on the residents of Untungjawa Island after the program has taken place.

In developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.

Individual Competency describes a characteristic or ability possessed by each employee in carrying out work. Of course, paying attention to existing factors and indicators can create quality competencies and improve employee performance. By using the literature study method, it is hoped that we will be able to analyze individual competencies accurately according to data from existing sources. So in this case, the development of human resources within the company will be of high quality. This article describes individual competencies which include the relationship between employee performance and motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills, and the benefits for the company and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their ability to develop, increase resilience, ability to face problems and develop skills in innovation and improve their individual performance. With individual competency, employees can shape their personality and increase employee knowledge, and employee skills will have a positive impact on maximizing company productivity.

Multipurpose financing is comprehensive financing where this financing is very much needed by the community where the financing is a consumer financing facility based on a Murabahah contract or multi-service ijarah contract for the purpose of purchasing halal goods and services obtained according to sharia, usually such as building materials, for house renovations, motorbike ownership. , education costs, and home equipment. This research aims to find out a procedure for having multipurpose IB Muamalat financing and to find out the steps taken to minimize the risk of customers defaulting on Muamalat financing. This research aims to describe several things, which include procedures for providing Multipurpose financing, problems in providing Multipurpose financing, and solutions to problems that occur in Multipurpose financing (PMG) at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. This research uses a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Katamso Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis from this research, it can be seen that the procedure for providing Multipurpose Financing to PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso branch office goes through several stages that have been determined by the bank. ability to cooperate with fellow employees as well and the lack of employee motivation. in carrying out the main tasks and work functions. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Work discipline tends to be good and employee performance is high, so work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency 4). Competence, motivation and work discipline tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence, motivation and work discipline, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

Inflation and unemployment are the two main problems in the economy, when inflation increases, the prices of goods and wages do not move at the same pace. high inflation and unemployment have a negative impact on the economy and stability of the country. He also stated that if inflation is high, unemployment will be low. This study uses a sample of inflation and unemployment rates in Bogor City in 2019-2021 based on the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the influence of low unemployment has a positive impact on the economy and workers, unemployment that is too low can push inflation up. But if the government takes steps to curb inflation, it could reduce unemployment and trigger a recession.

Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

The high population in Indonesia continues to increase, resulting in an increase in the number of existing workers. Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) and Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) are important sources of financing for developing regions and can make a significant contribution to development. As a component of capital flows, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is considered a relatively stable inflow compared to other capital flows, such as portfolio investment and foreign debt. A country's economy relies on investment to solve various problems, crises, and economic challenges. This is because investing in certain sectors of the economy can quickly change the various economic challenges facing a country. Both private and public investment bring many benefits, including job creation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of domestic and foreign investment on economic growth. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instrument used is documentation of research instruments through books and scientific journals. Data analysis using multiple regression method. As a result, it can be seen that foreign investment has a large positive effect on economic growth. Foreign direct investment helps Indonesia achieve stable national development. But domestic investment has no effect on economic growth. The implementation of this research is the need for the government's role as a regulator to support increased domestic and international investment in order to encourage Indonesia's economic growth.

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

Education should be a center of attention in Indonesia, education services for the community, must continue at the level throughout the country. Implementation and service of education in Indonesia is still uneven, still focused on big cities. Many areas in Indonesia find it difficult for the public to obtain educational services, Jakarta as the national capital, as if everything is there and available there, but it must be admitted for Banten Province which is adjacent to the Special Capital Region of Jakarta. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for 2016, shows that the average length of schooling in the Banten region is only 8.37 years, in Serang District some students have to risk their lives because the school is damaged, so that classrooms are used alternately. Based on data released by the Ministry of Culture and Culture, there are 48% of schools in Banten that have been damaged and are not suitable for normal use as school rooms. The Banten Education Office stated that there are many problems driving the low net enrollment rate (APM) in schools in Banten, including inadequate facilities and infrastructure, educational services are not evenly distributed, and the community's level of education is still low. This research is intended to identify and examine the existence of the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure in influencing students' interest in continuing their education to a higher level. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with descriptive and verification properties. The analysis tool used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS for Windows 25 program. The results of the study show that there is an influence from the image of higher education, peers and facilities and infrastructure on interest in college.
