The digital industrial revolution 4.0 has had a significant impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the business sector. Currently, one of the digital marketing strategies that UMKM can adopt to promote their products and develop their businesses is the use of e-commerce. This scientific article was written to reveal the importance of digital marketing in facing the challenges of the digital industrial era 4.0, especially for UMKM. The method used in writing this article is qualitative descriptive research, with data collection through literature study. Data collection was carried out by referring to books, journals and online sources, which were then cited as the theoretical basis for writing. The research results show that digital marketing is a relevant strategy to be implemented in the current digital era, especially for UMKM. By implementing digital marketing, UMKM have a great opportunity to develop their business and expand their market reach. E-commerce as a form of digital marketing needs to be implemented by UMKM because it makes it easier to market their products.

This research aims to provide an explanation related to the basic concepts in the development of cost behavior, which is viewed from theoretical and practical cost behavior. The aim of writing this article is to provide a comprehensive picture of cost behavior towards fixed costs. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used by management in estimating more accurate production costs. For academics, this paper is useful for increasing insight and bringing theoretical concepts closer to a practical level. This research reviews the nature of cost behavior by examining the relationship between total costs and changes in cost drivers, which exist in manufacturing companies. Based on the discussion in this research, basically the nature of cost behavior can be grouped into two, namely fixed and variable. Fixed costs have the characteristic that the total costs remain the same, even though the cost drivers change. Meanwhile, variable costs are characterized by total costs that change proportionally to changes in the cost driver.

The purpose of this observation is to invite factors that are influenced by loyalty. Literature Survey Marketing management. The method of writing this research paper is quantitative method and the research sample is residents around Pujon District, Malang Regency.  Organizational culture affects management loyalty. Basically, this cooperative aims to improve the management of members and society as a whole. Although cooperatives do not prioritize profits, cooperative efforts can maintain their survival and increase their business continuity. The first goal of the establishment of cooperatives is to motivate the national economy to ensure the welfare of its members and has expanded the establishment of cooperatives to date. To help its members, cooperatives must improve their operations. This study also uses a questionnaire method that must be filled in at least 100 respondents of KUD members. The form must be filled in on the website that has been done by the cooperative on behalf of the village unit cooperative.

The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.
