This quantitative study, involving 135 respondents, aims to analyze the influence of work efficiency and income on the welfare level of members of the Women Farmer Group (KWT) in X Koto Singkarak Sub-district. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests to determine both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on welfare. The results of the t-test reveal that work efficiency (X1) does not have a significant partial effect on the welfare of KWT members (Y), as indicated by a t-value of -1.817, which is lower than the t-table value of 1.977, and a significance level of 0.071, which exceeds 0.05. Conversely, income (X2) demonstrates a strong and significant partial effect on welfare, supported by a significance value of 0.000, which is lower than 0.05, and a t-value of 13.561, which is higher than the t-table value of 1.977. Furthermore, the simultaneous F-test confirms that work efficiency and income collectively have a significant effect on the welfare level of KWT members, with an F-value of 98.319 exceeding the F-table value of 19.490 and a significance level of 0.000. The digital era has fundamentally transformed the market landscape, requiring e-commerce platforms to understand the determinants of consumer behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of E-commerce Trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Enjoyment on Purchase Intention. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from 326 active users of the Lazada platform in Central Java. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that the three main factors ease, usefulness, and enjoyment have a positive and significant influence on Brand Trust and consumer Purchase Intention directly. Furthermore, it was found that E-commerce Trust acts as a crucial mediator that strengthens Purchase Intention through positive user experience. Theoretically, this study strengthens the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework and the context of Cross-Border E-commerce (CBEC) in the digital retail industry. Practically, these findings emphasize the importance of optimizing platform features to enhance transaction convenience and security and build long-term loyalty. The research's implications suggest that platform managers should focus on both aesthetics and functionality to create a credible and enjoyable digital shopping ecosystem for consumers in developing regions.

Amid intense market competition, the profitability of manufacturing companies is not solely determined by sales volume but is highly dependent on the precision of financial management, particularly in managing the working capital cycle and operating cash flow circulation. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between Working Capital Turnover (X1) and Operating Cash Flow (X2) on Profitability (Y) in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2022–2024 period. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis, this study processes 77 observations that have passed purposive sampling and outlier testing. The partial test results reveal contrasting findings: Working Capital Turnover (X1) does not have a significant effect on profitability, while Operating Cash Flow (X2) is proven to be a strong positive determinant. However, simultaneously, both variables have a significant influence on the financial performance of companies (Fhitung 24,008 > Ftabel 3,08), with operating cash flow acting as the dominant driving factor of profit. The implications of these findings emphasize that to maintain profit stability, management should prioritize the availability of cash generated from core operations, while investors should be more attentive to cash flow trends as an indicator of fundamental financial health before making investment decisions.

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives and physical work environment on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at the Denpasar City Cultural Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population was all employees of the Denpasar Cultural Office totaling 54 people, all of whom were sampled using saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the physical work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mediation testing showed that motivation was able to mediate the influence of incentives on employee performance, but was unable to mediate the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is more effective through providing the right incentives and increasing work motivation compared to improving the physical work environment alone.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of the impact of financial and non-financial compensation effectiveness on turnover intention among Generation Z employees. The high turnover rates within Generation Z, despite receiving adequate financial compensation, indicate a shift in their preferences regarding the workforce. Generation Z tends to seek more than just financial compensation, such as flexibility, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth. The method used in this study is a literature review, analyzing various relevant scholarly journals related to strategic compensation, Generation Z characteristics, and turnover intention. The research findings show that non-financial compensation has a more significant impact in reducing turnover intention among Generation Z compared to financial compensation. Therefore, companies need to focus on aspects such as work-life balance, career development opportunities, and an inclusive and supportive work culture. These findings provide valuable insights that companies should adopt a more holistic reward approach through the total rewards concept, which includes both financial and non-financial compensation, in order to enhance loyalty and retention of Generation Z employees in the long term.

This study aims to review the perspectives of MSME owners in the Gonilan area, particularly regarding part-time workers and their use in improving operational cost efficiency. The Gonilan area is known to have many MSMEs operating in various sectors, making this study relevant for understanding the challenges they face. A qualitative method was chosen so that the researcher could conduct in-depth interviews with three MSME owners. The informants were selected because they employed both full-time and part-time workers. The interview results showed that part-time workers were effective in reducing operational costs, such as more flexible hourly wages, although there were some disadvantages. The main disadvantages of part-time workers included lack of experience and limited working hours, which could be overcome through extra training and clear task distribution so that they could focus and increase productivity. The study concluded that the use of part-time workers has a significant impact on the operational cost efficiency of MSMEs, helping owners navigate the market without excessive financial burdens and encouraging long-term business growth.
