The development of Indonesia’s traditional cuisine faces significant hurdles as shifting consumer preferences increasingly favor modern food options. This trend necessitates innovative approaches to ensure local culinary heritage remains competitive. This study examines the role of sociopreneurship as an innovation strategy at Ingkung Djawa Waroeng Ndesso. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative design, the research gathered insights from the business owner and employees selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved interviews, observations, and documentation, with validity ensured through source triangulation. The analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings reveal that implementing sociopreneurship effectively integrates economic and social objectives by preserving authentic recipes, empowering local communities, and generating employment. Key innovations include diversifying product offerings while maintaining authenticity and leveraging social media for strategic marketing. These results demonstrate that social entrepreneurship serves as a powerful mechanism for enhancing business competitiveness while safeguarding cultural sustainability. The study implies that traditional culinary development can be successfully managed through a sociopreneurial framework, allowing for modern innovation without compromising core cultural values. Consequently, this model offers a sustainable pathway for traditional businesses to thrive amidst the challenges of contemporary market globalization.

The healthcare sector is increasingly confronted with a VUCA environment (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity), requiring hospitals to adopt adaptive, resilient, and innovative strategies. This study aims to systematically review the evidence on smart hospital strategies in responding to uncertainty, particularly in improving service quality, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction. A systematic literature review was conducted using major academic databases, including Scopus-indexed sources, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar, covering publications from 2020 to 2026. Articles were selected based on predefined inclusion criteria focusing on hospital management strategies in dynamic and uncertain environments. A total of 10–15 relevant studies were included and analyzed using thematic synthesis. The findings indicate that key strategies in addressing VUCA challenges include digital transformation (e.g., electronic medical records and telemedicine), adaptive and transformational leadership, agile management approaches, and patient-centered care. Digital technologies significantly improve efficiency and decision-making processes, while agile and adaptive leadership enhances organizational responsiveness and resilience. However, several studies highlight that technological advancement alone is insufficient without integrating humanistic values such as empathy, communication, and trust. In conclusion, the most effective hospital strategies in a VUCA world are those that integrate technological innovation with human-centered care. Hospitals must develop flexible, data-driven, and patient-oriented systems to ensure sustainability and competitiveness in uncertain environments. Future research should focus on longitudinal and experimental designs to strengthen causal evidence and explore the integration of digital systems with humanistic healthcare values.

Human resources as a resource in a company have a strategic role compared to other resources. Humans play a very important role in the development of a company. If a company has higher quality human resources than its competitors, then its performance will definitely increase. Human resource and competency planning in a company plays an important role in improving human resources, especially in terms of employee performance, employee performance to help achieve company goals. In this case, employee performance is a result that can be achieved by an individual or group of people in a company organization according to quantitative or qualitative aspects, considering employee compensation. Apart from that, a mismatch between an employee's competency (the employee's educational background and skills) and their job can also make the employee uncomfortable with what they are doing. This of course greatly affects the level of work productivity in the company. Competencies can clarify work standards and expectations that the company wants to achieve and can make it easier for companies to align work behavior with organizational values. Apart from that, HR planning as an activity is a process of how to meet current and future workforce needs for an organization. In meeting current workforce needs, the HR planning process means efforts to fill/cover workforce shortages both in quantity and quality. HR planning emphasizes forecasting efforts regarding workforce availability based on needs in accordance with future business plans.

The history and development of waqf in Islam is a reflection of the deep social, humanitarian and religious values in Islamic teachings. Over the course of its history, waqf has become one of the main pillars of Islamic civilization, making a significant contribution to the development of education, health, culture and social services throughout the Muslim world. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information regarding the history and development of waqf. The results of the research explain that waqf already existed during the time of the Prophet and then during the time of Khulafaur Rasyidin, the Islamic Dynasties. As well as the development of the waqf era in various countries.

It is very necessary to enlighten all elements of Muhammadiyah's business charity management to make and apply the values ​​of the life guidelines of Muhammadiyah citizens in every policy and activity in the association without exception. The purpose of this study is to interpret the values ​​of Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents in the STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo budgeting system. The researcher will use the Islamic life guidelines for Muhammadiyah residents as a researcher's perspective in observing the activities of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo whether the values ​​of these guidelines are used as one of the considerations in the operation of the budgeting system at STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo in accordance with the expectations of Muhammadiyah's vision. This study found that the budget as a form of welfare is not only valued in nominal terms in the form of rupiah earned, but welfare is when people who work at Muhammadiyah always feel sufficient and grateful for the sustenance that Allah SWT has given. As a Muhammadiyah citizen, working in a Muhammadiyah business charity is a comfort in itself and believes that the sincerity they do will be a welfare for them in the hereafter. With their sincerity in working in the charity business of Muhammadiyah, they get rewards from Allah SWT such as unexpected sustenance and blessings in the income they get. STIE Muhammadiyah Palopo provides convenience, relief, and assistance in paying tuition fees for students. Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.
