Plastic is a non-organic waste that has uses, especially in daily activities. Plastic is widely used by traders to package food and others. The widespread use of plastic by the community and its indiscriminate disposal after use can lead to the accumulation of waste. The problem can be solved with the 3R strategy, namely Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. Not all locations have facilities to dispose of waste. Nowadays, landfills are a necessity, so it is necessary to provide these facilities. The solution is to make ecobrick products because they can be made easily. This research aims to increase public awareness in Pamarayan Village, Jiput Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province regarding ecobrick products as an invitation to care for the environment in order to create a healthy environment. The method used was the observation method and the approach was training in ecobricking. The result is that the community can understand the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and health through proper waste sorting, and are able to make ecobrick products in the form of trash cans from bottle waste for personal or community use.

Article discusses the influence of education on economic growth in developing countries, with a special focus on Indonesia. Education is considered a key factor in improving the quality of human resources, which contributes to economic growth. The three main theories that explain this relationship are human capital theory, allocation theory, and class growth theory. Human capital theory suggests that higher education can increase productivity and wages, despite criticism regarding job quality. Allocation theory highlights the role of education in allocating individuals based on educational strata, while class growth theory highlights the impact of education on social inequality. In Indonesia, challenges faced in the education sector include inequality of access and poor infrastructure, especially in remote areas. Despite increasing education budgets, data shows that classroom infrastructure problems are still not fully resolved. This article emphasizes the importance of research and development to improve the quality of education, which in turn is expected to encourage economic growth and reduce social problems such as unemployment and crime. Successful examples from other countries, such as South Korea, show that a strong education system can contribute significantly to economic growth. The method used in this research is a literature review, which collects and analyzes various studies related to the influence of education on economic growth. The literature sources used include books, academic journals, and research reports, which allows the authors to gain a broader picture of trends, findings, and research gaps in this topic.

The high growth of the cosmetics industry also creates problems in the form of business competition between companies and marketers operating in the cosmetics industry. This creates opportunities for the Indonesian cosmetics industry, with many new products entering the market, resulting in very tight competition. This provides opportunities for the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, so that many new products appear on the market which creates quite tight competition. This research aims to determine the influence of consumer experience and company reputation on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. The research method uses descriptive causality in this study the population studied is those who have used Maybelline at least 2 times in the Kebon jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 180 respondents using the structural equation model (SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that consumer experience has a positive effect on consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Consumer experience and company reputation have no effect on consumer satisfaction. Company reputation has no influence on consumer loyalty.

Many companies utilize PR consultant services in their public relations programs, one of which is In-Lite LED as a client of PT Prima Praxis Komunika or Praxis. In-Lite LED together with Praxis collaborate in organizing external communication programs that require the role of the media, one of which is the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program. This research aims to discuss in detail the program management process which includes the process of defining problems, planning, implementing action strategies and communication, and evaluation of the in-Lite LED 2023 CSR program by Praxis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods based on interview data, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the problem definition process includes an assessment of individual concerns regarding an external condition that can be improved, carrying out informal interviews and secondary analysis via the internet, conducting site surveys, understanding evaluations of previous CSR in-Lite LEDs, as well as conducting brainstorming with client. The planning process includes determining public targets, objectives, strategies and tactics, days, dates and duration of events, spokespersons and talking points, to preparing media documents and preparing other technical needs. The implementation process includes implementing action strategies in the form of CSR programs, implementing active coordination, and implementing communication strategies. Finally, the evaluation process includes media monitoring and internal evaluation of the organizer. Overall, the program management process has gone well, although Praxis can still maximize each process to obtain more in-depth evaluation results regarding the impact on the residents of Untungjawa Island after the program has taken place.

In developing more advanced human resources it is very important, proper employee management can realize human resources or improve the performance of skilled workers and help agencies achieve their goals. West Bekasi District is one of the state administrative bodies responsible for coordinating government administration, serving and empowering the surrounding community. There are several problems, namely a lack of supervision from the leadership, so that there are still employees who arrive late and do not come in without explanation and the facilities provided are inadequate so that employee performance is still less than optimal. This research aims to examine the influence of leadership and work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 37 respondents from the West Bekasi District Office. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Data processing uses SPSS 22 to carry out multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that partially or simultaneously leadership and the work environment have a positive effect on employee performance.

Pancur sub-district is an area that has great potential in the wooden furniture household industry. In the Pancur sub-district, the wooden household furniture industry is very easy to find because almost every village has household-scale furniture production. In carrying out household furniture industry production, education and work experience are pending factors in the production process. Low levels of education and work experience in the furniture industry can be a problem in production. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how work experience and education level influence the production of home furniture industry in Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. The quantitative descriptive method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the level of education does not have a significant impact on furniture production. furniture in the home industry, on the other hand, work experience influences the production of the home furniture industry. However, together the level of education and work experience has a significant influence. This is because the level of education can strengthen the level of work experience.

An increase in company value will make investors believe that the company is able to manage its performance in future prospects. From the background of the problem. The importance of the information needed in determining company policy, which is useful for measuring the company. To find out whether the budget plan for the construction of the Bukit Mega Harmoni housing development at PT. Graha Mega Cendana Makassar is effective and efficient. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. Based on the analysis of data from the research results and discussions that have been described, it can be concluded that in general the preparation of the budget plan for the construction of Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing by PT. Graha Mega Cendana in 2017-2019 was quite effective on average, although the overall level of cost efficiency was less than the expected target of 5%. The efficiency of direct costs for building materials was able to exceed the target of 5.32% because there were efforts to control the use of materials in the field, while for craftsman labor costs there was in-efficiency or inefficiency of -4.97% due to demands for increases. the cost of piecework wages for craftsmen during the course of project implementation. For overhead costs or indirect costs, the average efficiency is 20.36% and the most prominent is the efficiency in financial cost items of 32.56%. This occurs because of a decrease in the value of bank credit interest expenses as a result of smooth installment payments. credit and accelerated repayment of bank credit. However, on average, of all cost items, the cost efficiency of building Bukit Mega Harmoni Housing from 2017–2019 of 73 units was only 3.17%, this is because the comparison between the amount of efficiency funds and the total cost budget plan funds used is very small.

Individual Competency describes a characteristic or ability possessed by each employee in carrying out work. Of course, paying attention to existing factors and indicators can create quality competencies and improve employee performance. By using the literature study method, it is hoped that we will be able to analyze individual competencies accurately according to data from existing sources. So in this case, the development of human resources within the company will be of high quality. This article describes individual competencies which include the relationship between employee performance and motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills, and the benefits for the company and employees. This material is designed to help employees develop their ability to develop, increase resilience, ability to face problems and develop skills in innovation and improve their individual performance. With individual competency, employees can shape their personality and increase employee knowledge, and employee skills will have a positive impact on maximizing company productivity.

Poverty is a serious problem that is always faced by a country that must be overcome immediately. In addition to being a problem, poverty is also a benchmark for socioeconomic conditions in measuring the success of development carried out by the government in a region / region. On the other hand, the Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the important indicators to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life, and has an important impact on economic growth. Economic growth is the spearhead considering the correlation between HDI and poverty. This research was conducted to determine the influence of the human development index variable and poverty as the independent variable on economic growth in East Java as the dependent variable. The analysis used is quantitative analysis with multiple regression analysis methods in data with 2021 data and cross section data from 37 districts/cities in East Java and the conclusion is that all the independent variables used in this research have a significant effect on the amount of economic growth in East Java. either simultaneously or partially.

The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are as follows: 1. How does competence affect employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

The purpose of this study is to understand the restructuring mechanism in solving problematic murabahah financing at Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The source of the data obtained and used in this study was obtained directly at the research location at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. This study uses primary data. In addition, in this study, raw data was also collected in the form of secondary data, such as evidence, documents or historical reports, documents, archives, whether published or not. The data collection that the writer did was through observation, interviews and document studies. Observations were made through direct observation at PT Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso. Interviews were addressed directly to the Business or Marketing division of PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso according to the information needs by answering the questions raised by the author. Document research conducted by the author is in the form of written data or other documents needed by the author. After doing the research, it can be concluded that the North Sumatra Sharia KC Medan Katamso Bank in implementing the restructuring mechanism there are principles that must be followed in resolving problem financing contained in Bank Indonesia Regulations and can be said to be good. The principles applied by Bank Sumut Syariah KC Medan Katamso are in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/9/PBI/2011 concerning amendments to Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 10/1/PBI/2008 concerning Financing Restructuring for Sharia Banks and UUS. Namely, rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring.

Inflation and unemployment are the two main problems in the economy, when inflation increases, the prices of goods and wages do not move at the same pace. high inflation and unemployment have a negative impact on the economy and stability of the country. He also stated that if inflation is high, unemployment will be low. This study uses a sample of inflation and unemployment rates in Bogor City in 2019-2021 based on the Central Statistics Agency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the influence of low unemployment has a positive impact on the economy and workers, unemployment that is too low can push inflation up. But if the government takes steps to curb inflation, it could reduce unemployment and trigger a recession.

Indonesia is one of the countries whose residents have started using the internet in conducting buying and selling business transactions, with the increasing number of internet users and online business transactions, a marketplace, Shopee, was born. Shopee is an online marketplace platform that is used to practice buying and selling goods actively and easily. The products offered by this application are very diverse, ranging from garments, cellphones, beauty products, electronics, sports instruments, medicines, home furnishings, office stationery to food and beverages. Shopee services are implemented in interactions between producers and consumers quickly, easily and precisely. The advantages of Shopee are not only online business transactions, but Shopee is also a source of employment which is quite large and easy to work on. The sales strategy carried out by Shopee is very good so that this makes sellers and buyers more comfortable in shopping. The Shopee application is very suitable to be used as a sales medium because the promotional features provided by Shopee are able to increase the seller's sales profit. From the explanation above, the Hyunbina Collection business has a marketing method to sell products to consumers, it is necessary to use the Shopee Marketplace Sales to increase sales of women's bags. Based on the background of these problems, the authors are interested in compiling a Final Project report with the title "The Effect of Utilizing the Shopee Application in Increasing Sales of Hyunbina Collection".

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan dalam berbagai sektor kebutuhan manusia salah satunya pada bidang bisnis. Adanya perubahan ke arah digital memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk dapat menjual serta memasarkan produknya secara online dengan digital marketing. Problematik yang dihadapi usaha itu yakni yaitu kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produk. Metode  penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwasannya pelaku usaha belum mengerti, akan adanya pemberdayaan digital marketing sebagai media pemasaran produknya secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan adanya edukasi serta pelatihan  agar pemahaman digital marketing dapat terealisasikan secara optimal.
