Cervical cancer is very dangerous because it can result in death, so it needs serious attention. One of the efforts to prevent cervical cancer in women of fertile age (WUS) is by conducting a visual inspection of acetic acid (IVA) test. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the low number of IVA examinations at the Margorejo Pati Community Health Center. Cervical cancer is the fourth highest cancer in women with an estimated 570,000 new cases in 2018 which represents 6.6% of all female cancers. The high mortality rate from cervical cancer globally can be reduced through prevention, early diagnosis, effective screening and treatment programs. As of 2016, VIA coverage in Indonesia was 4.34%, which is still far from the national target of 10% at the end of 2015. In Indonesia, cervical cancer is still the cancer with the second largest number of sufferers after breast cancer. The incidence of new cases of cervical cancer according to GLOBOCAN data, 2018 for women in Indonesia is around 32,469 cases (17.2%) with a death rate of 18,279 (8.8%). The Global Burden of Cancer Study (Globocan) from the World Health Organization (WHO) noted that the total cancer cases in Indonesia in 2020 reached 396,914 cases and the total deaths were 234,511 cases. According to the Indonesian Cancer Foundation (YKI), one of the causes of the high number of cancer cases in Indonesia is environmental conditions that continue to produce carcinogens, such as cigarettes, processed meat, etc. Other causes that also influence include the habit of staying up late, lack of exercise, and eating too much. As a form of cancer prevention and control in Indonesia, especially breast cancer and cervical cancer, the Ministry of Health has made several efforts such as early detection of breast cancer and cervical cancer in women aged 30-50 years using the Visual Inspection method with Acetic Acid (IVA).

Dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that occurs in the lower abdomen and spreads to the back, waist, pelvis, upper thighs, and calves. The cause of dysmenorrhea is an increase in prostaglandin levels so that the contractility of the uterine muscle is ischemic as a result of the vasoconstrictive effect produced by prostaglandins. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) the prevalence of dysmenorrhea in adolescents is 90% consisting of  75% -80% primary dysmenorrhea and 10% - 15% experiencing secondary dysmenorrhea, while data from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) prevalence of primary dysmenorrhea in Malaysia (69.4%), Thailand (84.2%), and Indonesia (65%). The prevalence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia in 2018 was 64.25% consisting of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% secondary dysmenorrhea. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of administering avocado juice (Persea americana Mill) on reducing the rate of primary dysmenorrhea in first-level students of applied undergraduate study programs at the Indonesian Ministry of Health Polytechnic in Medan in 2023.The type of research used was Quasi Experiment with One Group Pretest and Posttest design. The sample in the study amounted to 30 people. The results of the research on the experimental group obtained a decrease in menstrual pain scale with an average of 2.66. The results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon test with a 95% level of confidence show a Sig (2-tailed) value of <0.05, which means that there is an effect of giving avocado juice on a decrease in primary dysmenorrhea in first level female students of the Bachelor of Applied Midwifery Study Program, Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan in 2023. It is expected that Poltekkes Kemenkes Medan to be able to utilize avocado fruit which is processed into juice in reducing menstrual pain in female students and for future researchers to be able to use my thesis as a reference.

Diabetic ulcers are one of the chronic wounds resulting from the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus. Patients with diabetes mellitus are at risk of developing diabetic foot ulcers due to their vulnerability to nerve damage (neuropathy) and peripheral vascular disease in the lower limbs. In this case, a 68-year-old male presented with a non-healing ulcer on his right foot that has been progressively enlarging for the past month. The patient reported that the ulcer is currently pus-filled and wet. Previously, he often experienced numbness and tingling. The patient has been irregular in taking his diabetes medication. The wound has continued to enlarge, severely affecting the patient's foot. Prior to his departure to Madinah, he was hospitalized in Indonesia and underwent debridement for the ulcer. Non-adherence to diabetes treatment is a major cause of complications such as diabetic foot ulcers. Maintaining blood glucose levels as close to normal as possible is crucial for improving various hyperglycemia-related factors that can impede wound healing. In addition to providing pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacotherapy, doctors play a vital role in educating patients and their families about the disease. Doctors emphasize the importance of adhering to prescribed treatments, regularly monitoring blood glucose levels to keep them under control, and providing guidance on proper wound care.

Mental health problems that are still of concern to mental health practitioners in Indonesia are serious mental disorders, one of the serious mental disorders that we often encounter and treat is schizophrenia (Mashudi, 2021). According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2022) there are 300 million people worldwide experiencing mental disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, including 24 million people who experience schizophrenia. And one of the most common things found in schizophrenia is the risk of violent behavior. Violent behavior is a response to anger that is expressed by making threats, injuring other people and destroying the environment. To reduce the symptoms of violent behavior, appropriate treatment is needed. One of them is carrying out an implementation strategy. People with mental disorders in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, especially in the Kopeta Community Health Center working area, also need nursing actions such as implementation strategies to speed up the healing process and clients can become independent. For this reason, research was carried out by implementing an implementation strategy as the main intervention, because so far only treatment and home visits were carried out but not routinely.

Learning motivation can be divided into two types, namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation comes from within the student's personality which can encourage them to take learning actions. Intrinsic motivation arises based on awareness of certain goals, not just attributes or ceremonies. The findings indicated that the level of intrinsic motivation of the nursing students at Abulyatama University was still low. The low level of motivation led to learning outcomes obtained that were not optimal.  Hence, it was shown that the better the students’ perception regarding intrinsic motivation, the higher their GPA. In other words, their GPA was significantly influenced by their perception about the importance of having intrinsic motivation. This quantitative study was conducted by using a descriptive-correlational method and a cross-sectional design. The population of this study covered 269 nursing students at Abulyatama University. Out of this population, 65 students with GPA < 2.75 were chosen as the samples.  The results of statistical tests using the chi-square tes obtained a value of p=0,032, which means there is a relationship between learning motivation and perception instudents of the nurrsing science study program at Abulyatama University.
