The background of this research is relevant to evaluate and improve services in Mayapada Hospital Kuningan , especially in the obstetrics polyclinic. By understanding the relationship between family support and medical personnel, medical personnel competence, patient experience to the obstetrics polyclinic as an intervening variable, and the decision of the birth plan. In addition, there is also a need to evaluate the factors that influence the decision of the birth plan. The purpose of the study is to analyze influence family support and medical personnel, the competence of medical personnel simultaneously with patient experience at the obstetrics polyclinic regarding the decision to plan childbirth at Mayapada Hospital Kuningan. Method Study, this is study associative causality with cross sectional design. This study aims to determine the influence of family support and medical personnel (X1), the competence of medical personnel (X2) on the decision of birth plan (Y) with the patient's experience to the obstetric polyclinic as an intervening variable (Z). The findings of this study are from the statistical test analysis we can find that the most influential variables on the decision of birth plan are family support and medical personnel. The results of the study say that the patient's experience to the polyclinic as an intervening variable does not affect the decision of birth plan. The implications of this study can help management in improving the system for family support and medical personnel, the competence of medical personnel and the patient's experience to the obstetric polyclinic so that it is expected to improve the decision of birth plan to the hospital.

Breast Milk (ASI) is the primary source of nutrition for infants and provides long-term health benefits. However, some mothers experience insufficient breast milk production. Moringa leaves (Moringa oleifera) are known as a natural galactagogue that can enhance breast milk production. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of moringa leaves in increasing breast milk production through a systematic literature review and meta-analysis. Literature searches were conducted in the PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Library databases using relevant keywords. The meta-analysis results showed that moringa leaf supplementation significantly increased breast milk volume and prolactin levels compared to the control. However, further research is needed to evaluate its mechanism of action and long-term safety.

This study analyzes the intergenerational transmission of war trauma across three generations of Palestinian families through a systematic meta-analysis of 47 longitudinal studies (1948–2024), comprising 12,873 participants. The findings confirm a PTSD prevalence rate of 73.4% in the first generation (n=4,291), 61.2% in the second generation (n=4,582), and 48.7% in the third generation (n=4,000). Furthermore, hierarchical regression analysis reveals a significant correlation between the severity of first-generation trauma and its manifestation in subsequent generations (r=0.68, p<0.001). The most dominant intergenerational trauma symptoms include anxiety (89.3%), depression (82.1%), and attachment disorders (76.5%). Structural equation modelling identifies three primary mediators of trauma transmission: parenting patterns (?=0.59), family trauma narratives (?=0.47), and epigenetic factors (?=0.41). Consequently, this study extends the findings of Danieli et al. (2016) on intergenerational trauma mechanisms and contributes to Kellermann's (2013) theoretical model on protective factors in trauma resilience. Unlike previous research by Hassan (2019), which focused on two generations, these findings reveal an adaptive pattern in the third generation through the development of collective resilience (82.3%) and positive coping strategies (77.8%), offering a novel perspective on the potential for intergenerational trauma healing in the context of prolonged conflict.

This case report discusses a 54-year-old female patient diagnosed with Stage V Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) undergoing Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD). The patient presented with clinical symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and reduced ultrafiltration volume, raising suspicion of Encapsulated Peritoneal Sclerosis (EPS). EPS is a rare but serious complication in long-term CAPD patients. Management includes discontinuation of CAPD, adequate nutritional support, and symptomatic therapy. This report aims to enhance understanding of the diagnosis and management of EPS in Stage V CKD patients.

Objective: To determine the relationship between self-management and the anxiety level of diabetes mellitus patients who are on a diet at the Jampangtengah Community Health Center, Sukabumi. Method: Cross-sectional research with 79 samples using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test. Results: The statistical test shows a p value = 0.000 (<0.05), which means there is a significant relationship between self-management and the anxiety level of diabetes mellitus patients who are on a diet in the working area of ??the Central Jampang Health Center, Sukabumi Regency. Conclusion: There is a relationship between self-management and the anxiety level of diabetes mellitus patients who are on a diet.

Objective: To determine the effect of ginger compress therapy on the level of joint pain in the elderly. Method: The design in this research uses a quasi-experiment using a one group pretest posttest design approach. Results: based on the results of statistical tests using the Paired Samples Test, the resulting P value is 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: it can be concluded that there is an influence of ginger compress therapy on the level of joint pain in the elderly in the working area of ??the Central Jampang Community Health Center. Suggestion: It is recommended for future researchers to measure the influence of respondent characteristics such as age, gender, education level, length of time suffering from joint pain, type of work and type of medication used.

Compliance with iron and folic acid supplementation is an important factor contributing to the prevention and treatment of anemia in pregnant women to meet the nutritional needs of the fetus during pregnancy. The use of mobile health interventions (mHealth) such as SMS reminders, voice messages, videos and telephones can provide behavioral support and health education needs of pregnant women. determine the effectiveness of mHealth use on compliance with iron and folic acid supplementation (IFAS) among pregnant women. Systematic review and meta-analysis wre conducted using PRISMA guidelines and PICO models which included Population = pregnant women; Intervention = mHealth, Comparison = does not use mHealth; Outcome = compliance with iron and folic acid supplementation. Articles were collected through databases such as BMJ, Google Scholar, PubMed, Open Journal System. 6 articles met the inclusion criteria for meta-analysis and were assessed using RevMan 5.3. Meta-analysis from Kenya, India, Brazil and Indonesia showed that pregnant women who used mHealth services were 1.87 times more likely to adhere to iron and folic acid supplements compared to those who did not use mHealth and the effect was statistically significant (OR= 1.87; 95% CI= 1.10 to 3.16; p <0.001). The use of mHealth can improve compliance of pregnant women in consuming iron and folic acid supplements.
